Casa Sunny Days

The location is unbeatable. Great pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was that the screen doors everywhere and window screens upstairs need to be replaced/repaired. As they are right now it's impossible to have the doors open without letting bugs in. But I was happy to see that additional railings had been added upstairs making the balcony safe for kids. Overall the hospitality was great and the rental company was helpful. We would love to come back someday.

The privacy and my wife prefers houses over hotels. Very comfortable and close to the beach!

House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!! No outside lighting for when we would come home at night!!! Dangerous, no railings on the second floor balcony which is unlawful, no railings off the porch on the main floor, no staircase to come down to the pool - only a ramp!!! The main bedroom had no chairs, no closet to hang our clothes...and more. WE WANT A REFUND!!!. I asked to have us changed to another place but was told there was no other place!!!! We also lost 6 days of our holidays waiting for people to come and fix things! I took some pictures and will happily send them to you. And yet, you post this place on VRBO!!! I also paid for cleaning and was told the charge was for cleaning before and after we leave!!! I have never paid for that as it is up to the owners to have the place clean when we arrive. We had to pay extra for cleaning... rip off!!! You do not have to pay to get your room cleaned at a hotel, why should I have to pay for this on a rental? Please respond!!

The house was fantastic and was the perfect fit for our family trip. The place is only one house back from the beach, so we were out there all the time enjoying the water. We found fantastic snorkeling off the rocks just to the east of the property. The house was as advertised and really comfortable for our group of 5. I would recommend it for any family trip. The property management was very responsive and took care of any issues we had almost immediately (needed more blankets, a broken umbrella, etc). Full recommend.

We had a great stay here. Great easy location, quiet, and wonderful property. We enjoyed the ocean views, we say stingrays and whales from the backyard! Had all the things we needed. Hot tub was great during our winter stay. Would stay here again!
