IntercityHotel Wiesbaden

Das erste Mal in einem Intercity Hotel aber nicht das letzte Mal. Saubere moderne Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bar hatte wegen Personalmangel geschlossen.

Breakfast was very poor , room cleanness was also poor , they clean the room upon request not everyday as a standard procedure . I had a rent a car , so parking is a headache , you have to stamp your ticket from the reception every time you go out and in , even though i pay a daily rate .

Zero flexibility in check in time. Nearly 2km from city centre. Unpleasant staff. Lavatory paper hung back to front. No designated parking just instruction to dump car in crowded street outside, Not a good hotel.

Really conveniant to station and standard hotel amenities. Had some young men loitering in the elevator waiting for someone with a card to get in and let them up then wandered the corridors- felt quite uneasy after that. Charged for early check in which is fine but given how empty the hotel was at the time complemetary early check in would have made me more likely to book again. Overall however best option for access to station and good airconditioning.

Clean with a great location. Had AC on one of the hottest days. Made sleeping wonderful. Near hbf and Schlachthof. Perfect for concert going.

Great location right next to train station and close to shops/food. Staff were helpful a little pricy on car parking but otherwise super

Frühstück war sehr reichlich und ließ keinen Wunsch offen, Tische würden sofort abgeräumt und gereinigt. Das Personal am Empfang und im Service war sehr nett und freundlich. Wenn wir nochmals nach Wiesbaden gehen ist das Intercity Hotel unsere erste Wahl.

Das Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad aus den 90‘ern. Sonst sehr gute Lage. Parkplatz umsonst. Frühstück war „OK“

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof und einem Einkaufszentrum, kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war ruhig.

Great hotel - great value - spotless and modern - I'll definitely return!

Upon arrival we asked if we could check in early we got a prompt no by a rude young lady at the front desk. Not until 3:00p. But at 2:30 we noticed others checking in so I asked and what seemed like a manager said yes. But our room would be dirty. The room was clean. But we needed more pillows for my neck. When we asked they said they’d bring them up. Well we just flew in from America and we went to sleep around 8p to wake up at 1a to see pillows on the bed and floor! They actually entered our room while we were sleeping! Then asking for room cleaning, another dissatisfaction when they did not replace hand soap,conditioner, Kleenex, coffee etc. Also for the first two days our room cards would not work and we constantly had to ask for them to be fixed. All of this would not have been so bad if they were nice and sorry. Instead it seemed we were putting “them” out. And after I requested room cleaning we came back to find our safe would not open. Talk about freaking out! The manager had to come with a key to unlock it. I asked if this happened often and she shrugged and said “sometimes” ugh. As the week progressed we would have to ask for coffee, toilet paper, towel etc. The manager was actually starting to be more helpful. I will not stay here again. We left housekeeping a tip hoping the room would be restocked. Nope. This is a hotel ment for business travel only. I booked it because I’ve been to Wiesbaden several times and it was convenient for me to know where I was.

Good, simple hotel. Clean. Efficient. We paid an extra 25 euros for early access to our room. We were here because of a flight connection situation at FRA. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!!!! It’s next to the train station and a mall. Walking distant to restaurants. Also, it is very clean!

Vorhang und Überwurf auf dem Bett waren leicht verschmutzt, ansonsten alles perfekt. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Non vengono rifatte le camere. Solo su richiesta.Non viene fornito il bollitore per caffè o the. Nessun servizio interno alla struttura. Sala colazioni ristretta e poco fornita. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: troppo costoso.

Very close to the station...extremely close. With that in mind, my room was right next to the tracks and can't recall ever hearing a train while in the room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and in a great location. I will definitely come again.

Soweit alles gut, nur wer sich die Nasszelle ausgedacht hat, naja perfekter Blick vom Bett in die Dusche

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof und einem Einkaufszentrum, kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war ruhig.

A clean, sleek, attractive building with smallish but comfortable rooms. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location less than 50 meters from Wiesbaden’s main train station and a nearby complex of grocery and other stores added to its practical appeal.

Das InterCity direkt am Hauptbahnhof von Wiesbaden gelegen ist für einen Städtetripp in die Hessische Landeshauptstadt sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig an großer Auswahl. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Hotel an sich wirkt mit seinem Einrichtungsstil, sehr einladend und charmant. Warum ich nicht 5 sondern nur 4 Sterne und beim Service nur 3 vergebe, liegt daran, dass es ja ok ist nur alle 4 Tage die Zimmer zu säubern (Zuhause mach ich das auch nicht öfters) aber Mülleimer, Toilettenpapier und Badartikel Kontrolle sollte schon jeden Tag erfolgen und nicht erst wenn der Gast diese Dinge einfordert. Das ist sehr schade, da ich Zeiten des InterCity Hotels auch anders kenne, vor allem wenn es sich ein Hotel in einer bestimmten Sterne Kategorie handelt. Die 3 Sterne, die positiv gemeint sind vergebe ich wegen des freundlichen Personals, die bei Nachfrage für Badartikel sofort zur Stelle waren und wegen des sehr guten Feühstücks. Alles in allem auch wenn die Zommerpflege, Wartung nur so erfolgt kann man mit dem Hotel mehr als zufrieden sein. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Achtung Geschäftsreisende: IntercityHotel weigert sich, eine Rechnung auszustellen, wenn die Zahlung (!) über Expedia erfolgte. Selbstverständlich stellen andere Hotels Rechnungen aus, wenn sie die Leistung erbracht haben, Intercity müsste das auch. Attention business travelers: IntercityHotel refuses to issue an invoice if the payment (!) was made via Expedia. Of course, other hotels issue invoices, if they provide services, Intercity is also obliged to do so.

Certainly convenient to the train station. Biggest issue is that it was freezing cold and they have a problem with their heating system. It takes about 40 minutes to actually blow warm air and instead of just telling customers this, they stall and don't respond clearly. So, while there was heat, eventually, it was much less than pleasant to get to a comfortable stay.

The first night there the front desk guy was great to accommodate. The second night it was a different person and not as nice . Overall it was good for what we need it . We are from us and we are used to people accommodating the guests more efficiently and friendly.

Gutes Hotel nahe dem Hauptbahnhof

We booked this hotel because it is right next to the train station. Didn’t expect much. However it really exceeded our expectations; it was clean, the staff was friendly and location is super safe.

Da ich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs bin ist das Intercity Hotel sehr praktisch gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, sowie zu den Bussen in die Innenstadt. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ausserdem ein Einkaufscenter. Was ich nicht so gut fand ist die Lärmbelästigung. Nachts sammeln sich auf der Rückseite zwischen Hotel und Bahnhof Gruppen mit Jugendlichen oder Betrunkenen die recht laut waren, bei geschlossenem Fenster. Ausserdem sollte man die Raucher von der Eingangstür verweisen, etwas mehr zur Seite. Es gäbe genug Platz. Als Nichtraucher will ich nicht immer durch den Zigarettenrauch laufen müssen.

Sehr gepflegtes, ruhiges Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof, freundliches & ausmerksames Personal, leckeres Frühstück u.a. mit veganen Aufstrichen und wenig Verpackungsmüll

Bei dem Frühstück sahen leider die Gurken und Tomaten sehr vertrocknet aus.Wäre besser ,weniger aufzuschneiden und dafür öfters nachzufüllen.

房間內沒有吹風機，打電話到櫃檯和房務沒有人接，後來到平台上留言，再打一次電話到櫃檯，同時就有員工送過來了。 只是我剛好和櫃檯在講電話，這時員工以為房間內沒有人，就直接開門了，有一點嚇到。 不過整體來說房間乾淨，也很舒適，早餐也不錯。若有機會會再回訪
