I chose this hotel bc of the convenience of getting to the cruise port. I will definitely stay here again when cruising. It was very clean, modern , and just a comfortable hotel.

This hotel could be great, but right now it is just so-so. The good: - location near the water; the seaplane base and multiple restaurants are in easy walking distance. - Large room with large bathroom - Clean The bad: - Zero amenities. As in nothing at all. No coffee maker. Actually the only coffee in the entire hotel is a miniscule Keurig machine in the lobby (the same type that normally is in every room). So you have to take the elevator, wait in line, fill the machine with water from the water dispenser (and maybe ask for that to be refilled, because it only holds about a gallon, walk very carefully to the elevator (there are no lids), wait for the elevator fumble to get your room key while trying no to spill your coffee...and now you can enjoy it. - No phone in the room - No hairdryer - Very noisy bed; woke us up every time someone moved a limb. - Noisy elevator (our room was 2nd from it) - Only 2 medium sized towels in the bathroom; not even enough for one person - There seems to be only one person staffing the hotel and on 2 occasions there was nobody at the reception desk. When she was there, service was very friendly. We will not stay here again, which is a pity because with some very minor improvements this could be a great hotel.

Great easy check in, beds were super comfortable, large spacious rooms, AMAZING SHOWER pressure, excellent soft fluffy towels. Easy shuttle to/from airport. Did not eat at the hotel but checked out their “market” grab & go and very reasonable prices.

Hotel and room was fine. Staff is terrible and not helpful. They cancelled my room before arrival for zero reasoning. And wouldn’t honor my previously booked price. Will not stay here again.
