Der Preis ist für eine Woche ist nach meiner Meinung überrissen: Man muss die Betten selber beziehen. Ankunft vor 16uhr hat keiben Sinn, da sie nicht besetzt ist. Da offenbar niemand für recht und Ordnung schaut, können Hotelgäste tun und lassen wie sie wollen - sprich Lärm bis morgens um 2Uhr. Schade eigentlich: der Standort ist ideal, um auch zu Fuss die City zu erreichen. Parkplatz sind genügend vorhanden. Der Pool ist einladend.

Nous sommes arrives a 12h heure de fermeture mais la personne a pris notre arrivee quand même. L hotel est propre mais un peu vieillissant. Les chambres sont tres simple sans grand luxe pour une nuit c est tres bien pour un plus long sejour c est rudimentaire. En maai laa piscine n etait pas en service et nous avons du paye un supplément de 10 euros pour une place de parking. Emplacement tres pratiques pour przndre le ferry. Ne proposait pas une nuit seule pour le samedi soir.

Very good property, easy location a short walk from shops and amenities and well maintained. The reception opening hours are quite limited and be careful of the barrier to the carpark; its not suitable for a right hand drive car if you are on your own as there is no sensor and it closes abruptly, so you will need to ask someone to hold the card for you or lean right accross the passenger seat and strain to open it. Make sure you have booked the parking, as parking on the residential streets around the site is very limited

Fantastic location. Near shops , fresh market Tuesdays & Fridays. Bus stop into the Old Town or Shopping centre is just outside. Walking distance to beach and to Old Town. Accomodation is great for cooking , having fresh breakfast. Shower is good . Dishwasher is great to have . Linen comfortable, pillows amazing, sofa bed was fine and we slept ok. Swimming pool was excellent for my son to meet other kids. Family room was excellent, except locked at 7 pm. Have to prompt reception, they are very helpful but distant but nice for your own space . Pizza along the main road was so so delicious. Will book again. Great holiday, great appartment and wonderful time . The kitchen sink blocked a day before we left .( Only fault)

Very handy for the ferry. Secure internal storage for our bicycles. Just wish we could get decent firm pillows when in France. I always get a stiff neck with these soft square French ones.

Dåligt skick och kändes inte så fräscht. Inte så serviceinriktad personal som vi mötte vid incheckning. Hade valt hotellet pga parkering och pool. När vi kom fram sa hon bara att parkeringen var full. Vi fick stå långt bort på allmän parkering som vi inte tyckte kändes så trevlig. Hon sa inget om att poolen inte fungerade. Barnen glada i hågen springer dit och då är den stängd. Nu var det pga dåliga värden och kanske inte något de kan rå för. Men kanske då ska meddela vid ankomst och sedan när den är ok, men nej. Slitet hotell

Très bon séjour passé au Ty Mat. Établissement très propre, accueil très chaleureux, emplacement près d’une rue commerçante et à 10mn à pied de l’intramuros, piscine et salle de jeux agréables pour petits et grands et parking privé payant mais pratique.

Тихое место. Номер чистый и уютный. Бассейн на территории. Территория чистая, много растений, но к сожалению ни одной скамейки. И некоторые отдыхающие сидят на бордюрах. В обед ресепшен закрывается, что также неудобно, для людей , которые прибыли в это время.

Séjour agréable avec possibilité d'aller a intra muros a pied en 25 min . Nous avions réservé une place de parking pour la voiture pour ne pas avoir a la garer ailleurs . Cet établissement accepte les animaux c'est un plus . Appartement très bien petite kitchenette et bien agencé avec un petit balcon et une piscine chauffée Adresse a conservée

Tres bon accueil, chambre très propre, bonne situation dans Saint Malo, et bon rapport qualité/prix. Dommage que nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans ce centre.

Studio est bien propre et bien équipé, un peu petit pour 4 adultes. Lit superposé fort petit pour mon fils. On a dû prendre un 2eme studio. Ascenceur besoin de nettoyage. Personnel très gentille.

Très bon séjour. La chambre était vraiment très propre. La décoration est simple mais c'est bien. Ce pierre et vacances est un peu excentré de saint malo intra muros mais ça fait une bonne balade pour y aller. Très bon séjour.

Dry clean and tidy self contained studio room Bed very comfortable but metal frame was not very good as hit leg on it a couple of times A normal bed would be better Otherwise we can’t fault the accommodation Staff very helpful especially as we had a late check in and arrived after 7pm Very clear instructions on how to get room key and parking Would definitely use again

Loved the close proximity to the port and town. The mini kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans. The sofa bed was not comfortable- only issue with the whole stay. I think as the room is for families, a permanent double would make much more sense. A sofa is not needed as you have a well proportioned dining area plus lovely little balcony with chairs. I would stay again if in the area- just would want a better bed!

Apartment needed some TLC but had a dishwasher, large fridge, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Terrace very small, barely enough room for 2 people given the apartment was meant for 4. Please note some rooms do not have a bed. The description stated a double sofa bed and bunk beds but we assumed it would also have a bed!! Bed linen was provided but we had to make all the beds on arrival and strip them upon departure. Not ideal after a long drive. I have stayed in Pierre & Vacances accommodation in another area in France before and this was nothing like previous experience. Description mentioned a private beach?? Where? We were not told of this. Someone mentioned a family room? Where? Nightmare parking on first arrival, had to park a distance away in the street. We were not told about this. Taking into account the price paid, I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Gute Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung, Zimmer war sehr laut, meine Tochter konnte im vorderen Zimmer nicht schlafen, man hat alles vom Gang sehr laut gehört. Ansonsten gut ausgestatte und ganz ok. In die Jahre gekommen.

Ich bin mit der Nachtfähre ohne Fahrzeug am Morgen in St. Malo angekommen. Ein Einchecken um 10 Uhr wurde mir verweigert. Dies sei erst um 16.00 Uhr möglich. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist das Haus geschlossen und die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Üblicherweise bekommt man den Schlüssel für das Zimmer und den Türcode und wird per SMS benachrichtigt, wenn das Zimmer bezogen werden kann. Dies war unter keinen Umständen möglich. Ab 15.30 stand ich vor verschlossener Tür. Auf dem Gelände gab es keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine Bank im Garten wäre für einen gehbehinderten älteren Mann gut gewesen. Aber nichts dergleichen. Im Zimmer das nächste Problem. Das Bett (eine Klappcouch) war nicht bezogen. Ein Stapel Bettwäsche mit einem Wust an Bezügen und Laken, der findige Gast wird sich ja das Richtige heraussuchen können. Kissen waren übrigens im Schrank versteckt. Und jetzt die nächste Schikane. Eine ältere Person soll alleine eine 2,5 x 2,5m Bettdecke beziehen. Eine Zumutung. An der Rezeption erkundigte ich mich über frühesAuschecken, da mein Zug um 6.00 Uhr fahren würde. Antwort: Werfen Sie den Schlüssel in den Kasten neben der Tür. Nächster Morgen 5.30 Uhr. Tür abgeschlossen. Niemand zu erreichen. Keine offene Tür zu finden. Ich hoffe, in diesem Haus brennt es nie in der Nacht. Ich beendete meinen Besuch in diesem gastfreundlichen Haus, indem ich unter großen Schmerzen aus dem Fenster stieg.

Kissen waren übrigens im Schrank versteckt. Und jetzt die nächste Schikane. Eine ältere Person soll alleine eine 2,5 x 2,5m Bettdecke beziehen. Eine Zumutung. An der Rezeption erkundigte ich mich über frühesAuschecken, da mein Zug um 6.00 Uhr fahren würde. Antwort: Werfen Sie den Schlüssel in den Kasten neben der Tür. Nächster Morgen 5.30 Uhr. Tür abgeschlossen. Niemand zu erreichen. Keine offene Tür zu finden. Ich hoffe, in diesem Haus brennt es nie in der Nacht. Ich beendete meinen Besuch in diesem gastfreundlichen Haus, indem ich unter großen Schmerzen aus dem Fenster stieg.

Check-in was easy and the room was reasonably clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. The front desk staff member with glasses was curt when this was brought to her attention, although another colleague resolved the issue quickly. We were traveling by car and the hotel was easy to find. We had pre arranged to park at the hotel and the fee was reasonable. Very good property, easy location a short walk from shops and amenities and well maintained. The reception opening hours are quite limited and be careful of the barrier to the carpark; its not suitable for a right hand drive car if you are on your own as there is no sensor and it closes abruptly, so you will need to ask someone to hold the card for you or lean right accross the passenger seat and strain to open it. Make sure you have booked the parking, as parking on the residential streets around the site is very limited

It was a very short stop over as we arrived late at night and left early next morning on the boat back to jersey. We were foot passengers and it took us 10/15 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal which is why we chose to stay here. We didn’t get to see the pool or anything else that’s was on offer.

Good location, nice area. Nice pool. Bonus for the fact that they have different food trucks coming by every evening except Sunday. Big negative for the fact that the double bed is a sofa bed with very poor sleep quality as a consequence. Also a bit weird that they use an eco image as an excuse for not having soap in the bathroom... Cleanliness was a bit so-so.
