Only overnighted here in transit. The property itself is very nice and our room was excellent. Seems to be very new. The twp complaints I have are the parking lack of signage for checking in. Had to pay a hefty price for parking. This took me completely by surprise as I had no idea. As.for checking in, I had to drive to an area, walk in tben take an elevator up the lobby area to check in. There was no area to leave your car while checking in. I was told I had to proceed to the parking lot, which incidentally shared with the adjoining main Marriott property

Don’t wait on the shuttle, after waiting an hour I had to get an Uber before I missed my flight! They say the shuttle runs every hour at the top of the hour. I arrived 20 minutes early. After waiting a full hour I called an Uber.

We got king bed room. It’s very nice and big like the picture. Our room is in the same floor as swimming pool and fitness ctr which is convenient. We can see the pool from our room. We enjoy our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the neighborhood. The only complaint was we waited for an hour for the shuttle van. It’s easier just to take uber about $23.

WONDERFUL hotel near Port Everglades (10 minutes to the cruise port) and just steps away from dining and shopping! Shuttle service from airport is complimentary and arrives super quick after a quick phone call letting them know you’ve arrived. Rooms are super clean and cozy. Heated pool and health club quality fitness room were luxurious and we even had a DJ spinning tunes at the pool! The super thoughtful added touch was a make your own lavender pillow sachet (to help you sleep) which was near the elevator on the way up to our room at the end of the night.

Overall, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay, on the other hand, getting to it and parking and checking in are IMPOSSIBLE! It is in the middle of an under construction combination commercial shopping and business complex. There are no signs telling you how to get to your destination, and then no signs telling you where to go at the desired destination. No parking information, NOTHING!!! At the check-in desk, (on the second floor), I was told to pull into the garage and someone would tell me where to go. The attendant in the garage was more interested in looking at her phone than helping me. I wasted two hours trying to check in and park my car for a one night stay. I would not recommend this hotel for one night business travellers under any circumstances! A lot needs to be addressed regarding the signage and communication department in ths hotel! It is TERRIBLE.

The room was not clean to it's usual standard. The sheets were itchy and has lots of hair on it (possibly from the previous guest), which makes me believe they were not changed.

The property was nice except we had an issue. Our bed linen had dirt and hair which indicated the linen was never switched out between guests. This was so alarming and disappointing. Housekeeping came by and changed the linen but I couldn’t get the site out of my mind.

My first time staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott and I would go back for a staycation for sure. I loved the pool and the view. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the bathroom. The only thing I didn't care for was breakfast. It wasn't a lot of options. However, I went to First Watch which was walking distance! : ) Overall my stay was amazing and relaxing!

Unfortunately, my stay was far from restful. The air conditioner in my room was broken, and I barely slept—miserable doesn’t even begin to describe it. Thankfully, the repair technician who came was kind and helpful, and I learned they actually offer 24-hour service (who knew?). But just when I thought things might improve, the fire alarm went off the next morning at 8 AM—and kept blaring for 45 minutes. It was exhausting. When I shared my experience with the front desk, I was offered points as compensation. I appreciated the gesture, but overall, the stay was disappointing.

Very clean but so minimalist. Not inviting in any way. Our tv did not work but the rooms are large and spacious. It’s just not a homey or comfortable feel in general. A serious lack of restaurants inside and places to get snacks and sodas.

The staff was friendly.The room was lovely and clean. The shower was fantastic with rain shower head but the view was dissapointing. I paid extra for a city view but what I got was a view of the condos straight across from my room .

Great price! However, the comfort of the room was underwhelming. The bed seemed very firm and the couch was not comfortable (which I may be a little picky due to my age...51?). The initial entrance to the hotel was confusing because the registration desk & restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. I would've liked some more directional signage throughout the main lobby. The gym and pool deck were great! Location was great for proximity to loca restaurants and shops. In retrospect, I may have booked the Marriott that was connected to the same hotel.

Had just an overnight stay, but it was amazing. The reception hostess was extremely welcoming and informative. Even allowed me a late checkout which most hotels don't do without a fight. The complimentary breakfast for being a Mariott member was very good and the service staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is fresh, clean and new. The room was a nice size and the king bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was pleasantly big and shower was great. The pool area was very open and big and quiet. Fitness room also looked amazing. Very pleased with this hotel and would recommend.

We had reserved a room with a king bed and called the day before to check our reservation and the front desk said everything was good. When we arrived at 11:30pm, they gave us our room key and when we got to our room, it was 2 double beds and when we went back to the front desk she said that there weren’t anymore rooms available. She had to call another hotel and send us there which took another 30min. It was frustrating to have to deal with this at 11:30pm.

The property was upscale, modern, and in very close proximity to the airport and cruise terminal. Kelly at guest services was amazing and helped to make our stay enjoyable. She was very thorough and provided exemplary service. I would certainly recommend staying in this hotel.

Clean, modern room and common areas, especially the lobby, which was welcoming for our visitors Marilyn at the front desk was amazing! She not only took excellent care of us, but remembered and greeted us warmly each time we met.

We went to a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, and this hotel was a short 9 min Uber ride to the Hard Rock Hotel where we utilized their bus system to go to the stadium. The hotel was centrally located to other shops and places to eat as well. It had updated rooms, it was quiet, and staff was friendly.

Our Stay was short but sweet. The staff was very friendly , the breakfast was very filing, the dinner at the bar was lovely. Our only wish is that they introduce an actual restaurant in the hotel rather than a lounge area in the lobby. The gym and the pool was nice swell.

Ok property. The description was not good and it said there was a restaurant but actually it’s just breakfast. To go to the restaurant me as a woman traveling alone had to walk through the parking garage to get to the Marriott bar and restaurant! I feel scammed!!!!!
