8 Rooms House

Very comfortable

I traveled to Izmir in June. Since it was important for me to be close to Istinye Park Mall, I chose this house. I booked the Panorama unit because I like having a nice view from the room. The host was very polite. All the cooking facilities are located on the ground floor of the building. However, please note that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage to the top floor can be challenging. The house itself is situated on an uphill alley. The air conditioner needs to be on constantly, as it gets quite hot. The bathroom is small and separated from the room by a shutter-style door. Cleanliness was well maintained. Overall, I was satisfied because it was close to both the metro and the shopping center. However, the stairs and the steep street were a bit inconvenient.

We had the most wonderful experience at 8 Rooms House. It is reasonably well located and is a few stops from Konak on the metro. And is at 10 minute walk from the Metro. Our host, Neslihan, was super gracious and welcoming to us. The place was done up impeccably and was a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Izmir to stay here.
