Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the lounge was closed for a Corporate event so we couldn’t eat there as planned. Paid $27 for valet parking and due to our request to have our vehicle ready at 6 am, they just left it parked on the street in front of the hotel all night. We could’ve done that ourselves for free. Lesson learned.

They gave me a room w/ a broken shower head that was attached to the shower pole with a plastic strap. Also valet never entered my checked car in their system when I arrived so when I tried to retrieve the car the following day, it was MIA & took 30 mins for them to find causing me to be late to my appointment. Additionally they only had 1 total valet covering this hotel & another Marriott property next door. When I tried to check out the day I was leaving, I texted valet w/ no reply so I went down stairs. Front desk told me valet didn’t get in for another 10 minutes & id gave to wait. Nice property, nice location, friendly staff, terrible operations execution & oversight by their leadership.

We booked a last minute room here after a day of hiking hoping for a treat ourselves to a nice room Room was fine but only really has valet parking so if your rig is a mess from camping you end up on the street also no breakfast or rooftop bar when we were there

If they try to give you room 411. Try and book somewelse. Really wanted to lime this property but everything, especially service, is just off. Booked for 5 nights checked in on a Tuesday and was given a room right off the elevator and across from ice/housekeeping closet. Noise galore. Wouldn't move me as they were "sold out".......hopefully had nothing to do with the fact i was a solo female traveler?!?!. Dirty coffee cup on sideboard in elevator "lobby" didn't get removed for 24 hours.. Whoever is the management compnay needs to retrain or get fired

Modified, non permanent air venting. So loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. Only choice was to turn off air completely. Really uncomfortable sleeping since it was so warm. Couldn’t even put a sheet over me. I had booked a 2 queen bed room. Definitely not queens.

A beautiful, upscale hotel in the center of town. Every place we wanted to go was walkable. The facility is lovely, the staff very friendly, the beds very comfortable and the mountain views wonderful. Given what a high end (although reasonably priced) place this is, I was surprised at the meager options for in room coffee. Yes, I am a coffee snob, so I was surprised to see that the coffee maker was the cheapest possible. A Nespresso would be more in keeping with the character of the rest of the facility. I would absolutely stay here again, I would just bring my Nespresso with me.

Air conditioning not working was very hot outside and air conditioner was important. Maintenance brought cooling fan which helped but when your paying for high end hotel you expect a cool room on a HOT day!

The desk clerk was so welcoming and efficient. The Valet attendant was also efficient and explained everything to us. I did have my toilet clog in the middle of the night though which wasnt good and didnt want to call for help when my husband was sleeping so i had to unplug it on my own 😳 didnt have a plunger so had to use a makeshift plunger out of my cup. 😆 other than that it was great and atleast the toilet was clean...lol

We travel with a service dog. Staff insisted they needed specific information on what service our dog performs, and for what disability my husband had. We have never been asked that, and found the questions invasive, and inappropriate. Both evening and daytime staff were extremely rude, and displeased with our service dog. Felt like we were being watched, and judged on our every move. This hotel is not friendly, oppressive, and we did not feel welcome. Will not be returning.

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way to Idaho. The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel seems safe. We walked to a restaurant about two blocks from the hotel. Lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

Had two rooms with king beds but plans changed and both rooms needed to be two queens. Hotel went out of its way and accommodated. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The 7th floor outdoor bar is a small piece of bliss.
