The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, and we loved the rooftop bar, which had delightful cocktails and a fabulous view of Vesuvius. The location was perfect for visiting the ruins and was also close to many great restaurants. Would fully recommend a stay.

Good hotel, beside the archaeology park entrance and dominating the town just off the square. Nothing to fault except the breakfast which should be done differently. A self-serve tea coffee machine would be a start. The hot selection left a lot to be desired too. A much cheaper stay on our trip had a better breakfast experience.

Very nice hotel close by to the Pompeii ruins which was the reason for our visit. Nice spa and wellness facilities for only 20€ extra. Delicious food available in the hotel restaurant and nice selection of wines too. Some healthier options at the breakfast Buffett would have been appreciated and the service was alittle slow at times. Lovely big clean bedroom although the water wasn’t that hot when showering. Apart from that we had a great stay.
