I likeed everything specially the staff, always polite and smilling. Room was perfect and comfy. Loved the fridge and microwave. I really appreciated the coffee available early in morning. One only little thing is that my room was never cleaned while I stayed there but overall I loved my experience.

Nous avons du aller chercher le tout nous même . À 185 $ la nuit je trouve que c’est très décevant. Le personnel de jour n’a pas été aidant. J’ai du insister pour qu’on change les serviette de bain. There was hair in the shower. The room was very poorly designed. I had to get out of bed to turn the reading light off and the only outlets within reach of the bed were under the bedside table and I had to unplug the alarm clock to use them. All my cosmetics kept rolling off the counter into the sink. I guess none of that can be easily fixed except the hair. It was fine. I’ve stayed in way worse.

On avait réservé une chambre qui était déjà payée, lorsque nous sommes arrivé, on nous a donné notre carte (clef) de chambre pour notre séjour. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, la chambre était déjà attribuée à quelqu un d autre dans notre chambre (319). Nous sommes redescendus à la réception et ils ne savait pas pourquoi. On nous a donné une autre chambre (323) mais celle ci n'avait pas de douche alors qu on avait choisi\reservé une chambre avec douche au début. Le personnel était très gentil par contre et c'était très propre, déjeuner éatit aussi parfait pour un déjeuner inclut dans le prix de la chambre. Le prix aussi de la chambre était parfait.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. We thoroughly appreciated the fact that they had gluten free bread available upon request and that we had lots of variety for breakfast (oatmeal, cereal, toasts, muffins, bagels, yogourt and even soy milk) The only thing they could improve is the coffee which is really basic. The walls are not so well insulated but overall we were happy with the location of the hotel… right downtown where all the restaurants are and close to the marina.
