The Hotel was in Disarray due to having just hosted a “Pride” Party. There was trash everywhere, trash cans overflowing. Pool was disgustingly cloudy. Would have been nice to know this before we booked as we wouldn’t have!! Noise issues from surrounding room in middle of the night, however the person on duty that I called at 3:00 am was able to quiet them down.

I feel like I discovered a secret boutique hotel that I want to visit again again! The staff was amazing. The pool was awesome and the coffee shop/bar in the lobby was so hip and understated. I love my entire experience here and I highly recommend it.

The pool was open to public, over capacity, people eating in the pool. The outside pool guests were very rude and it was non kid friendly. Not what I would expect from a Hilton facility.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice! It’s in a good spot that it close to a lot of restaurant that are easily walkable to. The hotel is very modern and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Street parking is free but the parking lot for the hotel you have to pay for. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic if slightly quirky property as we were told was previously the largest Disco Ball factory in the USA if not the World Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown Pool area spotless as were the spacious rooms Will be staying again next time we are in Louisville

This was our second stay at Myriad. We stay here for access to the pool and pool bar. Unfortunately, on June 28th, it was closed to the public for a private event. There was no mention of this before checkin. If I would have known, I would have canceled my stay and booked somehwere else. The pool and bar are the only things that make this place "special" and without access to those ammentites, there are other special locations in Louisville. I checked their facebook and there was a notification that it would be closed to the public on June 22nd. If you book and it's important that the pool be available, make sure you call days before check in to confirm if it's closed to the public. I'm not sure if I'll give this location another shot. I believe that Hilton taking over this property has cheapen the experience a bit. The mini bar and snacks have been removed. The room also did not go below 70 degrees. There was no house keeping performed to our room during out stay.

The room did not have a table or desk to work from. The windows appeared to have mold on them, the shower faucet was loose from the shower. They did not have vending machine or any place to get a drink after 1030 at night for kids.

The room is pretty large, but it smells a bit musty. Like animal or dirty laundry I can’t make it out. The water in the shower takes a while to get luke warm at best. Parking is atrocious.The nightlife was full of sport bikers revving engines til around 1am. Other than that I liked the space, the view, and the service. If you’re looking for a 800sqft getaway and you don’t want to enjoy the town after 10pm it is a pretty nice spot

horrible experience, paid insane amt for derby weekend for a room that had nothing working, starting with remote for the tv, but thats not it, the worst is that both me and my husband had very bad allergic reactions while in the room and could not figure out what it was until we saw exposed insulation just flying down in small pieces on our bed while sleeping and management said pretty much " while we are sympathetic to your experience we have no cannot directly connect any of the materials used to your illness."

The rooms are incredibly thin so if you like quiet or privacy this is not the place for you. Someone above us was coughing and hacking all night and we heard every bit of it. My friend stayed in a room around the corner and heard every bit of an argument happening above her. It’s a very nice hotel, but it’s difficult to sleep or enjoy your time when it’s so noisy. It would be great if they invest in some better insulation or something to dampen the noise.

The only reason for 3 stars was the sound proofing was pretty bad. Whether it was the walls or coming through the duct work the gals next door were partying it up and we wrre trying to sleep. We could hesr EVERY word lol. The room was super cool. A litte dark though. We were on the ground floor and faced a busy street. Again the street noise was loud, easier to tolerate than the grils next door screaming. The window was very old and small. And not very safe looking. Could've used an extra floor lamp in the room with such a small window. Noise eas not anyones fault, front desk handled the request promptly but they should update some of those windows and look into sound proofing. I wish I had time for the pool it looked awesome, The litte bar/ lounge in the lobby was amazing. Will definitely stay again but will ask for a 2nd floor room. Loved the concrete floors in the room, the decor, the industrial feel, the neighborhood, etc. Oh they don't have a parking lot....there was a public parking lot across the street for a fee. It worked fine for our 2 night stay, But more than that it would be to expensive.

The hotel seems to be pretty basic at least my double bed room was. It was tiny and had only a tiny window up by the ceiling which you could not see outside. Also it was very noisy. The staff was really nice and the room was clean and cute if a bit small. The main issue was the noise. We could hear everyone on the streets around the hotel—traffic and people yelling. We barely slept bc of it. The pool is very small but nice and the bar and restaurant by it are great. They were very accommodating! I just wish they had something to drown out the noise. Even within the building you could hear quite a bit.

It started with check-in, they asked my name, took a card then then handed me the room key. No directions, no information. The rooms were very modern, minimalist, & clean. The phone & TV were both broken. They are short on housekeeping staff, so they didn't freshen up the room for our 5 day stay but did give us fresh towels. The checking process was ridiculous. They canceled my room accidentally because one lady didn’t know what she was doing and it took and extra 1:45 to get into our room. They did not inform us that there was an event that had rented out the pool and we didn’t have access and we had to buy a ticket for the event to get access to the pool. Very poorly run and managed if you ask me. Has so much good potential.

Fantastic if slightly quirky property as we were told was previously the largest Disco Ball factory in the USA if not the World Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown Pool area spotless as were the spacious rooms Will be staying again next time we are in Louisville

The Myriad is welcoming and very well designed! It’s in fun neighborhood and we had easy free parking on the street. Right away we met a neighborhood ambassador! What a cool area! All of the staff were friendly and down to earth! Above all it was quiet! I would definitely stay there again.

Room could have used a little more furniture because there was a large amount of empty unused space, but we were not in the room a lot. VERY friendly reception staff. Lobby coffee shop has delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffees. The pool area looks fun but we did not use that space. Hotel is a very short walk to fun restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. We would stay there again for the location.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The restaurant on site, Paseo, was fantastic for brunch. My only complaint is that there was only one regular coffee in my room and three decafs. Hotels have a tendency to greatly overestimate the amount of decaf drinkers there are in the world. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

Really cool hotel. Definitely had a young adult vibe. They had to dose the pool with chemicals when we were there and posted tiny little signs that were easy to miss so my kids jumped in and got yelled at. I think it could have been handled differently because adults were jumping in too and were not treated like that.

We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!
We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!

I can’t remember the woman’s name that helped the morning of our arrival but I swear she was the kindest person I have ever met. She set the standard for us throughout our entire stay in the area for how strangers interacted with us. Everyone in the area is nothing but kind and my partner and I really needed that. 100000000% will come back to this hotel if we are in the area again.
