J’ai même pas osé rester je suis parti après 30 minutes. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité personne ne m’a dirigé vers la chambre l’odeur de moisi etait insupportable tout etait sale et je n’exagère pas n’allez pas labas et je ne suis généralement pas difficile donc fier vous à moi.

Great Pool & View, but NO Elevator Pros: Beautiful lakeside location in Tay Ho. Staff is supportive and the swimming pool is clean/well-maintained. Cons: Accessibility: No elevator in this 3-floor hotel. Do not book if traveling with elderly guests. (I had to switch to the 1st floor to avoid the stairs). Maintenance: Exhaust fan was broken on arrival and took a full day to fix. Verdict: Good for the view/pool, but lacks transparency on accessibility and quick repairs.

Frühstück war abgestanden und alt, Früchte teils vergoren, Pool war halb leer, dreckig und entsprechend nicht nutzbar, Lift war vorhanden aber defekt. Marode Steckdosen im Zimmer die halb in der Wand hingen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgenutzt und seit ewigkeiten nicht mehr aufbereitet worden, z.b. Fleckige wände, abgenutzte stühle und tische usw. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir im Bad zwei große Kakerlaken

I liked the location. Resort looks very tired, however room was clean, there was mould on the bathroom roof it didn't feel dirty though you could see cleaners were trying to keep it under control. Was so lovely and quiet until the last night, wow there was people running up and down the corridor making a lot of noise and continually banging doors, this did not stop until around 3am, couldn't call the reception as the phone in room didn't work niether did the number for the resort, however as i only speak English it would not made a difference as none of the staff spoke English. The price definitely reflects the stay The pool does not have any water so don't expect to relax in or around it, there is no chairs either. There is restaurants there, however I never seen anyone eating there or working in them
