The people running Quinta do Caracol were really great. We felt welcomed as if we were part of the family. The gardens and area is really nice to hang out in and it is a short walk to the town centre along the river.

This property is a gem, everything is excellent. From the easy checkin, to the comfortable and very quiet rooms, great breakfast and a host that is very nice and provides excellent suggestions to the local highlights. Quinta do Caracol is excellent, can’t wait to go back. Thank YOU Margarida, you have a fantastic place.

The property owners are so kind and accommodating. I asked about their laundry services and they offered to wash and dry/iron them for us and return them to our room the next day. The room was very cute and had everything we needed.
