Hotel muy moderno y elegante. Personal muy amable. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Desayuno espectacular. Restaurante muy bueno. Situado a las afueras de Tralee, muy bien comunicado. Restaurant staff -some were obviously not happy about their job , blunt, etc. others language was an issue. We had previously stayed at 5star hotels in Ireland and use of pool facilities without the need of a shower cap was no issue but at this property it was required and they would charge you to buy one

Beautiful from start to finish. Leisure facilities included, which we happily used. Playroom for kids. Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and a bunk for my kids which was a bonus, fridge and kettle in room. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The welcome sign on the tv on arrival & throughout the stay made it feel personal. Thought the staff were very friendly. Thanks ,lovely hotel.

Absolutely lovely room, the nicest we stayed in on the whole trip Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool because the hotel still insists on swimming caps (get with the times) which was the only disappointment.

We booked an executive suite so I could work while away. Room was partially cleaned on day 2. On day 3 no room cleaned even at 5pm after leaving it empty for the day with a clean request on the door. Asked for a flat pillow never cane had to ask again. For an executive suite & a much higher rate I would expect better service & a better quality room. As for the restaurant, the Indian host was hard to understand a little grumpy & slammed our food on the table after he served a different table before us, even though we arrived 10 mins before them. We watched as he struggled to interact with the older people & made them feel very uneasy & not welcoming. Advise would be replace him with a better hostess and place him in the kitchen away from paying guests. We had din 2 nights then left for better surroundings. 3 rd time at this hotel but I think it might be our last. For what you pay and food quality I think better places to stay out there. Main reception staff were excellent once we made any issues known and fixed in a timely manner. More management of cleaning staff and restaurant staff would be advised before you lose more paying customers.

We were coming to Tralee to celebrate my daughters 9th Birthday, I messaged hotel and asked if they can prepare something - they said yes, chocolates and card will be waiting for her. I was very disappointed to only find a card, no sign of chocolates! If I knew I would pay to have something ready for her! First hotel everto show so little effort and it supposed to be focused on Families... Also room was very clean but smelt really bad, I think it was cigarettes? Lovely bathroom, lovely clean white sheets. Lady in the reception not good, was telling me how much Expedia paid her (I booked via Hotels.com) using Tesco vouchers, it took her about 10 minutes to finally tell me that all I had to pay was 40 Euros for extra person/bed, which we didnt use anyway... We will not be back to this hotel mainly due to the disappointment for my daughter...

Staff in the hotel are excellent. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. All areas are spotless clean and the decor is modern. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Location is fine. Its situated in a Manor West retail park which is great for a wander around the big stores - Home Store and More, The Range, Kysk to name but a few...however its only a dander into the centre of Tralee which has lots more choice of shops. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for young families

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and staff were very attentive. Never used the leisure facilities as we didn’t have time. We had no issues and would stay here again.

The staff at the Manor West is incredible. They are the epitome of the word “hospitality”. I was there recently for a last minute trip due to a medical emergency and the staff was incredibly accommodating and supportive. The psychical hotel itself was the perfect home base, clean, QUIET, and surrounded by perfect amenities.

JC was amazingly helpful with recommendations for pubs, taxis, and anything we needed. She was friendly and quick too. The beds were hard, but we forgave it since JC more than made up for it being so helpful. Since it was a bank holiday we were unable to use the spa facilities in the allotted hours.

Children running around corridors late at night. This is NOT a comfortable hotel. Staff are nice but indifferent to service. TERRIBLE internet connection in the room. Of you’re a family with young kids stay here, otherwise avoid.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was garbage. Temperature control in my room didn't work. Sooo hot in there. They gave me a fan after 20 minutes of searching for a new room. No idea why that took so long, but to no avail. Also, the toilet and wood panel it was attached to was falling off the wall. There was a large gap between the unit and the wall and it creaked like it was coming off at any moment. Not comfortable to say the least. So we slept little in the heat, and had to hover a bit in the bathroom. Check out lady said "sorry" and sent us on our way. Not what i expected. Disappointing.

All the staff were incredible, from the front of house to the cleaning team to the bartenders. Jacy at the front of house was so friendly and particularly helpful with a tonne of things, including transport and recommendations. Breakfast was great, the spa was a treat, and the hotel was within perfect distance from the wedding we were in Ireland for. Supermarkets, coffee and fast food all within a stonesthrow from the hotel. Tralee centre was a 20-30 min walk away, also bus routes in I believe. A great stay in a beautiful part of Ireland. Highly recommend

Great high quality hotel, faultless. Comfortable large bed, great bath shower. Breakfast lovely at seat service, efficent & helpful. Checkin friendly. Adjacent retail park with Tesco & other food options. €8 Taxi from town. 30/35 mins flat & straight walk town/Station. People's bus to town €2 (currently using a school bus). Bus from Tesco metro (in town) to stop in retail park 150m from hotel in front of The Range store, you can see both from the stop. Hourly 0840 to c 1740 from retail park, from Town 0815 (no 1415). Can be a little late depending on traffic.

lovely hotel, only downside, booking play room, booking breakfast and breakfast itself was poor - no hot buffet, you order it, everything we ordered arrived cold and my full irish was really a half irish (1 suasage!)

Arrived at 15.04. My wife asked at coffee dock for a coffee ☕️ to be informed that they had closed at 15.00. Even though they still filling coffees. We were told that the hotel was very busy and we had to have breakfast at 9.30. Yet we observed people coming down for breakfast at 10.05. Breakfast room was 75% full

The hotel was lovely, as was the room, bed etc. dinner was superb, served by the delightful Ciara. What was not so nice was the breakfast. We had to choose a time to have breakfast, and it was table service. You had to choose what you wanted - for example natural or fruit yogurt. No choice as to which fruit yogurt. We were given hazelnut which would have been my last choice! The toast was purely bread shown the toaster for 30 seconds. Make sure the staff know what cooked meal you wish to have as clearly done of them don’t understand! Otherwise the hotel was well placed next to a retail park and not in the centre.
