So I guess I'd sort of say there's the Good The bad and The ugly. The good is the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was quite comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet, bathroom was clean, the room was clean, and the place is incredibly cheap. We paid $85 with taxes for two people and a dog. In a place where lots of hotels are $300 that was a bargain. But remember, you get what you pay for. The bad is the rooms are extremely small, in a bit of a state of disrepair, the fridge and air conditioner leak on the floor, and there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The ugly frankly is that this place is quite run down and that the ad isn't truthful about having dining on the property. It's not walkable really around the area.

Check in is inside the fas gas station, gentleman checking us in was friendly but there was a small dispute about kids under 17 staying no charge. Rooms use a standard metal door key. Not all rooms have parking at the door and i was worried to leavw my car away from my sight. Bed were soft but i found a sketchy bettle in mine. Smelled like stale smoke, tv didnt work, extremely run down, floors dirty like a wilderness cabin, dont take your shoes off unless you want black feet. Bathtub had mold and bad seal around tub. Needs some serious maintenance and cleaning.

Saw two rooms, stayed in one, neither bathroom fan worked, one tv didn't work, windows all fogged up in room from lack of ventilation. Supposed to be a microwave, none. No coffee maker. Walls paper thin. Mattress was worn out. Cigarette burns all over the bed cover.. Holes and cracks in drywall. Someones long hairs on the sheets. No screen on the window. No effort made to maintain the property. Poor water pressure in shower. Black mold where the caulking should be between the tub and surround. One of the worst motels I have ever seen. Not because it's old, but because of lack of effort on the part of those who run it. This shows a complete lack of hospitality on the part of the owners/managers. How many cigarette burns are "too many" before you replace a $10 bed cover? Very cheap? Yes. But not a single ounce of pride in the service they provide.

While the rooms were dated, the mattresses were new. The bathrooms were very old and the tub was stained, with some mildew build up. The toilet ran all night. It is connected to a gas station which felt weird as the office was in the gas station. The number to call staff was hard to find. They were also paving the parking area so we couldn’t park near our room which was frustrating.

1st room had no power. 2nd room had power but not enough water pressure to take a shower. Kid at the front desk was really nice. We had stayed here last year. But it was pretty bad this year..

Very basic room with outdated electric baseboard heat and no services. WiFi and TV were great but no dresser to put clothes out. No coffee till gas station opens at 9a. This sucked for me gas station adjacent is where you check in check out. But best rate accomodations in Revelstoke. Good for a short stay.

Pros: Staff was easy to reach and helpful, price is great compared to nearby options, it's located near most other hotels in the area Cons: slight road noise on occasion (single-bed rooms are facing the highway), not great beds comfort-wise but doable for short stays, single room is pretty tight depending on how much gear you have, restaurant/bar was not open during my stay For the price would stay again, but would probably pay a little more for the 2-bed room for a bit more space

Definitely an older motel, but it’s also half the price of every other hotel in town during my mid-August stay. With that in mind, this place was fine especially for a short stay. It was decently comfortable overall & all the basics are covered. Check-in is easy, no need to call the motel prior to arrival once your reservation is booked, as long as you know the gas station next door also manages the motel now, so that’s where the front desk is. The only downside is the interesting restaurant on site has long since closed.

We arrived at 11:15pm and the office was closed. There was a note on the door that they left the room open for us. We went to the room and found that there was a hole in the wall to the outside due to the portable air conditioner being removed and it was on the floor. The room was being renovated and there was wood and materials everywhere. The lights didn't work and we were unable to stay there due to these issues. Hopefully they just made an error and put us in the wrong room.

Pros: staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean Cons: We had to move rooms 3 times before we got a room in which both the TV and the A/C worked. Then when I connected my phone to the Wifi the the TV shut off and would not turn on. The cost was well below surrounding hotels and it shows ‘You get what you pay for’

Even though it is a cheap place, I don't think this property should exist. There were large bugs flying inside. Had to kill. They don't clean the the bedding. There were hairs. The battmroom wasn't clean. I don't know why they clean so poorly. The area is gravel. Just not worth it, even for low price.

The room was quite gross. It smelled so incredibly strongly of cigarettes. The headboards on the beds were very dusty. There were bugs in the room. I didn't feel great staying there with our young kids. Staff were friendly.

The gentlemen that checked me in was amazing, super friendly. The property was in very poor condition. The tub was clogged with hair over time not sure when it was cleaned last. There was cob webs in the bathroom. The shower head screams while showering and leaks like a fountain. Hair on the ceiling from previous occupants. The paint was peeling off the door to the bathroom and also the hinges were coming loose. There was an old moldy can of opened diced tomatoes in the fridge. There was dust everywhere. It was a quick stay for a shower and and bed for the night but definitely npt worth 95$.

Hi there !! This is a run down motel used as cash cow , the rooms are Dirty , I checked under the bed and was disgusting . You get what you paid for , and if you are going cheap don’t expect to much , in my case I was travelling solo in my motorbike and I don’t mind a cheap accommodation, but , at least something cleaner !

The bed was comfortable but that was all I can say that was okay about the room. The room and en-suite needed a thoroughly good clean,I don’t think the en-suite bathroom floor had been swept or cleaned properly for weeks! A complete renovation of the whole motel is what’s needed. Won’t be back!

The room smelled overwhelmingly of stale cigarettes, the key really struggled to fit in the lock, the tv screen was smashed and didn’t work and the walls were so thin, I felt like I was participating in my neighbors conversation. You get what you pay for but honestly, this wasn’t even worth the cost

Was pre booked and the office was closed at 10pm when I arrived. Was told the office closed at 11 so this was a surprise. After 15 min. Someone responded to my call about the situation. Said all The rooms were booked and they sent the staff home I explained that I was booked and need a room Key. Someone texting me sent Sent a worker to confirm my booking and provide a key. All Is well after a weird setback

Said all The rooms were booked and they sent the staff home I explained that I was booked and need a room Key. Someone texting me sent Sent a worker to confirm my booking and provide a key. All Is well after a weird setback

Absolutely lovely experiences with all the staff i came im contact with, super friendly, kind and very helpful! Especially when I realized i forgot my phone charger at home. 😅 Ac in my room was an absolute godsend during my stay. Bonus points for clean bedding and towels, mini fridge and microwave! The downtown area including grocery store are about a 30 minute walk away, or I very highly recommend howards taxi to get around, both howard and allen are incredibly funny and very good people to get to know! I cant wait to come back again, and again!

While the place was sketchy upon arrival and the room was musty and smelled of cigarettes, the staff were very accomidating and kind and provided a refund. Note, we did not end up staying the night.

Gas station and convenience store on site. It has a lot of character, it's old but comfortable. And very handy to access from the highway. Very friendly and helpful staff.

So I guess I'd sort of say there's the Good The bad and The ugly. The good is the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was quite comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet, bathroom was clean, the room was clean, and the place is incredibly cheap. We paid $85 with taxes for two people and a dog. In a place where lots of hotels are $300 that was a bargain. But remember, you get what you pay for. The bad is the rooms are extremely small, in a bit of a state of disrepair, the fridge and air conditioner leak on the floor, and there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The ugly frankly is that this place is quite run down and that the ad isn't truthful about having dining on the property. It's not walkable really around the area.

Tout à fait acceptable comme camp de base quand l’on passe ses journées à l’extérieur. Le plancher aurait pu être mieux nettoyé avant mon arrivée et la taille de la chambre est probablement restreinte pour les bagages de 2 personnes, mais seul, j’y ai passé une semaine et j’ai pu bien m’y installer.

Clean sheets and towels, just off of the highway, and a great price which means you save enough for a decent dinner in town! You get what you pay for, I was pleased with our stay, did what it says on the tin :)

Very basic room with outdated electric baseboard heat and no services. WiFi and TV were great but no dresser to put clothes out. No coffee till gas station opens at 9a. This sucked for me gas station adjacent is where you check in check out. But best rate accomodations in Revelstoke. Good for a short stay.

Definitely an older motel, but it’s also half the price of every other hotel in town during my mid-August stay. With that in mind, this place was fine especially for a short stay. It was decently comfortable overall & all the basics are covered. Check-in is easy, no need to call the motel prior to arrival once your reservation is booked, as long as you know the gas station next door also manages the motel now, so that’s where the front desk is. The only downside is the interesting restaurant on site has long since closed.

Desperately needing some TLC. Had to switch rooms 4 times before finding one half way suitable. Rooms was very dirty with hair and used soap still in the shower. Room smells of smoke and was not very warm. Was given electric heaters to help with that. Parking lot was not plowed early in the morning after an overnight snow. Other hotels in the area had their parking lots already cleared. Only saving grace was the front staff was helpful in accommodating us checking out the very next day to find a new hotel. Took a few days to get a refund though because the employee working the evening shift did not know how to process a refund so had to go back to the hotel twice before I was able to get the refund.
