Gostamos bastante da acomodação. Flat amplo, com boa localização, limpo e novo. Único ponto a considerar como negativo foi quando formos utilizar a piscina que, embora fosse climatizada, estava gelada em um dia frio. Fora isso, indico e retornaria, sem dúvidas.

Eu gosto de ficar na rede Charlie e adorei conhecer o Stay Charlie Itaim. A equipe de portaria é a melhor entre os que eu já fiquei hospedado. São rápidos e educados, independente da hora que eu chegava do trabalho. Ótima piscina coberta e academia estruturada. No apartamento que fiquei senti falta da prateleira dentro do box, pois estava quebrada e não foi substituída. Sugiro um treinamento melhor pra equipe do checkin on-line pois me deram uma informação equivocada me dizendo que não era possível esperar o checkin no local, me fazendo gastar com o estacionamento mais próximo, que é no Mercury. A informação no site diz que a partir de 12h é possível aguardar no local e essa possibilidade me foi negada. No mais, estadia prazerosa e sem problema.

This property is a joke! The property is dirty and the things broke around. Hot water didn’t work and toilet/bidet is not working. The property communication is broken, and when we reached out to the security team, they asked us to check and inspect the electrical panel, and then they offered us to use the SPA open showers and facilities instead.

Communication was ok, WhatsApp always replied. Garage door in&out done with msg on WhatsApp to open the gate. Location is perfect, cleaning could be better. Few issues with maintenance like water drain on the sink ( almost clogged) and water to fill the toilet bowl ( low pressure ). Nice facilities on the building. Overall I would recommend and would stay again in the future.

Quarto super bonito, tudo novo e confortável, com todos os itens necessários, muito melhor que ibis. Ponto positivo para o espaço, a decoração, a limpeza, a cafeteira com cápsula gratuita de café, o fato de ter bebedouro de água no quarto, geladeira grande e ducha higiênica. Pontos negativos: estacionamento fica fechado, tive que achar uma vaga na rua (super movimentada), descer, fazer o cadastro e só depois liberaram entrar no estacionamento. Fiquei duas noites e não houve arrumação no período, conclusão fiquei sem cápsula de café no segundo dia. Secador de cabelo estava quebrado. Além disso, não há nenhum tipo de protetor nos colchões e os lençóis são bem finos (apesar dos travesseiros serem ótimos e ter vários no quarto).

The room itself was brilliant and Charlie Itaim were prompt to communicate through WhatsApp for any questions we had. However, we felt that some instructions for the building and the processes could have been left in the room rather than having to reach out every time. The room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 4 night stay and so we had to clear our own waste. There were no extra bin bags supplied for us and we had to go to the concierge desk to find out where to take the rubbish. We were also told we’d need to book into the pool due to the pandemic however upon approaching the desk they told us that we didn’t need to book. The concierge desk were helpful but spoke no English whatsoever so this was tough. The location wasn’t terrible but we did have to get ubers to all the places we visited.

O apto. 55 qur nos hospedamos precisa apenas de reparo na pia do banheiro que se encontra quebrada/trincada e sugestão de ter alguns utensílios adicionais como uma torradeira ou sanduicheira e ferro de passar.

Localização excelente. Já fiquei algumas vezes no Charlie Itaim pela localização,porém a limpeza e manutenção está ficando terrível. Paredes sujas, tetos mofados e o pior de tudo desta vez foi encontrar copos e pratos guardados sujos dentro do armário. Um nojo!

O local é muito bom e a acomodação tá bonita. Mas é EXTREMAMENTE RUUIM A LIMPEZA. É nítido. Fico imaginando a vigilância sanitária indo lá. Os travesseiros e as toalhas estão bem velhos tb.

Quando entrei o apartamento estava extremamente sujo. Tive que solicitar limpeza. Tampa do vaso do banheiro quebrada, chão completamente sem limpar, tapete há dias não via um aspirador de pó. Pó por tudo. Geladeira ultra barulhenta a noite.

O predio é bom e o local é Otimo. O apartamento é amplo e a cama confortável. Mas a limpeza deixa MUITO a desejar. O chao estava sujo. As cadeiras manchadas. E nenhum pano de chao na cozinha. Alias, nenhum pano de prato nem toalha na cozinha. Tinham apenas 2 cabides no armario. O banheiro estava sujo. As torneiras, tanto da pia quanto do box, estão dificeis de abrir. O ralo do box tem um parafuso (ou similar) que espeta o pé durante o banho. Para duas pessoas foram colocadas 2 toalhas de banho e apenas 1 de rosto. Uma pena porque o local é otimo. Faltou um pouco mais de cuidado e atenção. E manutenção.

We received no information for Check-in. The only contract number was a Whatsapp number answered by a robot. It was very dificult to manage to speak with a real person. In the meantime we were locked outside the apartment, not knowing what to do, at night. Once inside, the walls are not well maintained. It doesn’t look neat. The curtains are very dirty (picture attached), as well as the furniture (picture attached). The toilet seat was broken. For something in the area of Itaim Bibi, it’s sure disappointing and not worth what they charge. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.

O Charlie é sempre muito bom, mas dessa vez tive alguns pequenos problemas. A TV estava com o painel ruim e a imagem ficava comprometida. O ralo da pia do banheiro estava entupido com cabelo. As toalhas estavam poídas.. pareciam bem velhas. De resto tudo muito bom. Recomendo o Charlie. São detalhes que precisam ficar atentos.

As toalhas poderiam ser maiores e de melhor qualidade. Não tinha secador de cabelo. É disponibilizado no sistema de café da manhã por R$40 no térreo, que atende bem as expectativas. Recomendo.

O colchão precisa ser trocado urgente, de um lado tem um buraco que a pessoa afunda, muito desconfortável, sai de lá com dor nas costas. E o ar refrigerado precisa de manutenção, pingando e dando estalos a noite toda. Se acertar estes 2 pontos tá otimo, pois o local é muito bom, portaria funciona bem.

Charlie Itaim is really going downhill. In the past 5 years I’ve stayed multiple times here and the service is going down and down and down. This time my bathroom didn't have a mirror, impossible to shave for example. But the mirror used to be there, it just was probably broken and never replaced. My room didn’t have WiFi working for 1 week, had to use a very slow connection from and adjoining room. The cutlery they provide you is less and less. You get 2 glasses, 2 forks, 2 knife’s, it’s so sad how they count the amount of stuff they provide in this way instead of taking care of providing good service. I will find a different accommodation for my next SP trip.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well thought out. They supplied small soaps and towels, just like a hotel. Pots, pans, plate, and cups were all there, along with a seasoning for cooking to take home as a gift. Parking was safe in the garage, and overall the price was good. However, I had to wait in the lobby for well over an hour because they lost my documents, never sent them to the building to let me in, and then did not answer me or Hotels.com staff over the phone. Meanwhile, we had to pay for street parking, and I got totally soaked in the rain making trips to and back from the car. Due to the long delay, we missed an appointment and got nothing in return except for a "we\'re really sorry" message. All in all, the apartment itself was great, but I would stay there again ONLY if organization were improved, providing easier and more direct lines of communication with staff and if the plans of sending digital entry codes and a way directly into the parking garage.

Eu gosto de ficar na rede Charlie e adorei conhecer o Stay Charlie Itaim. A equipe de portaria é a melhor entre os que eu já fiquei hospedado. São rápidos e educados, independente da hora que eu chegava do trabalho. Ótima piscina coberta e academia estruturada. No apartamento que fiquei senti falta da prateleira dentro do box, pois estava quebrada e não foi substituída. Sugiro um treinamento melhor pra equipe do checkin on-line pois me deram uma informação equivocada me dizendo que não era possível esperar o checkin no local, me fazendo gastar com o estacionamento mais próximo, que é no Mercury. A informação no site diz que a partir de 12h é possível aguardar no local e essa possibilidade me foi negada. No mais, estadia prazerosa e sem problema.

We received no information for Check-in. The only contract number was a Whatsapp number answered by a robot. It was very dificult to manage to speak with a real person. In the meantime we were locked outside the apartment, not knowing what to do, at night. Once inside, the walls are not well maintained. It doesn’t look neat. The curtains are very dirty (picture attached), as well as the furniture (picture attached). The toilet seat was broken. For something in the area of Itaim Bibi, it’s sure disappointing and not worth what they charge. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.

The room itself was brilliant and Charlie Itaim were prompt to communicate through WhatsApp for any questions we had. However, we felt that some instructions for the building and the processes could have been left in the room rather than having to reach out every time. The room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 4 night stay and so we had to clear our own waste. There were no extra bin bags supplied for us and we had to go to the concierge desk to find out where to take the rubbish. We were also told we’d need to book into the pool due to the pandemic however upon approaching the desk they told us that we didn’t need to book. The concierge desk were helpful but spoke no English whatsoever so this was tough. The location wasn’t terrible but we did have to get ubers to all the places we visited.

O colchão precisa ser trocado urgente, de um lado tem um buraco que a pessoa afunda, muito desconfortável, sai de lá com dor nas costas. E o ar refrigerado precisa de manutenção, pingando e dando estalos a noite toda. Se acertar estes 2 pontos tá otimo, pois o local é muito bom, portaria funciona bem.

Communication was ok, WhatsApp always replied. Garage door in&out done with msg on WhatsApp to open the gate. Location is perfect, cleaning could be better. Few issues with maintenance like water drain on the sink ( almost clogged) and water to fill the toilet bowl ( low pressure ). Nice facilities on the building. Overall I would recommend and would stay again in the future.

Quarto super bonito, tudo novo e confortável, com todos os itens necessários, muito melhor que ibis. Ponto positivo para o espaço, a decoração, a limpeza, a cafeteira com cápsula gratuita de café, o fato de ter bebedouro de água no quarto, geladeira grande e ducha higiênica. Pontos negativos: estacionamento fica fechado, tive que achar uma vaga na rua (super movimentada), descer, fazer o cadastro e só depois liberaram entrar no estacionamento. Fiquei duas noites e não houve arrumação no período, conclusão fiquei sem cápsula de café no segundo dia. Secador de cabelo estava quebrado. Além disso, não há nenhum tipo de protetor nos colchões e os lençóis são bem finos (apesar dos travesseiros serem ótimos e ter vários no quarto).

Gosto de me hospedar no “Stay in Charlie” pelo custo-beneficio. Apartamento bom, ótima localização, limpo e cheiroso. Prédio com ótima infra estrutura. Desta vez, senti falta do espelho no banheiro. Fora isso, me sinto em casa. Como sugestão para melhorar ainda mais, acho que poderia ter pelo menos uma garrafinha de água nos esperando.

It's the last time I'll stay at Charlie Itaim. The company can't keep up with simple maintenance of the flats they own in this building. The door handles are gone, a lot of ACs don't work, the furniture is looking bad, toilet lids are missing. It's incredible how the company can't keep maintenance up. In 2 stays that I did in 2 consecutive weeks, in both I had to change bedrooms as there was multiple items missing like cutlery, chairs, towels, pillows, etc. In one of the times the AC was leaking water non-stop. In one of the stays I was also robbed at gun point just outside the building, and heard from people that live in the building that the security in the block has gone down.

The apartments need a maintenance everything it’s poor condition furniture , faucets are damaged, my first 3 days was all about fixing something even the toilet flush valve was broken. The location fantastic but I’m not going back there.
