Charlie Itaim

It's the last time I'll stay at Charlie Itaim. The company can't keep up with simple maintenance of the flats they own in this building. The door handles are gone, a lot of ACs don't work, the furniture is looking bad, toilet lids are missing. It's incredible how the company can't keep maintenance up. In 2 stays that I did in 2 consecutive weeks, in both I had to change bedrooms as there was multiple items missing like cutlery, chairs, towels, pillows, etc. In one of the times the AC was leaking water non-stop. In one of the stays I was also robbed at gun point just outside the building, and heard from people that live in the building that the security in the block has gone down.

Charlie Itaim always has the worst service out of all of Itaim. They only speak with you through WhatsApp and their attendants are rude and have no idea of what they are doing

Service sucks

We received no information for Check-in. The only contract number was a Whatsapp number answered by a robot. It was very dificult to manage to speak with a real person. In the meantime we were locked outside the apartment, not knowing what to do, at night. Once inside, the walls are not well maintained. It doesn’t look neat. The curtains are very dirty (picture attached), as well as the furniture (picture attached). The toilet seat was broken. For something in the area of Itaim Bibi, it’s sure disappointing and not worth what they charge. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.
