Te dicen que tienen estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad. En realidad, el estacionamiento es pequeño y necesitar avidar a alguien para que re vaya a abrir si hay espacio. Igual cuando lo quieras sacar. De hecho,debes meter tu auto y sacarlo al dia siguiente. Eso no te permite salir con facilidad. Debes buscar otro estacionamiento de 24 horas, porque no es posible estacionarlo en las calles. Se trata de vias primarias y está prohibido. Por loa demas el hotel bastante aceptable. No es elegante pero tiene buen servicio y limpieza, no tiene restaurante.

my favorite hotel to stay in Merida. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pool is awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant beat the location

Great location, no elevator, no offer to help with bags and we are almost 80 years old, no blackout curtains so room was too bright from window by stairs and hallway. Heard talking and walking by room most of the night. Good price for location but wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely area, so close to the park and lovely restaurants. Nice pool. Friendly staff. No elevator, definitely not easy for anyone with physical difficulties. We stayed on the 3rd floor for 2 nights and then were ableto.move to a room on the ground floor. Lots of hot water and pressure, good , air conditioning good.

El estacionamiento lo restringen a un horario que no es conveniente para huéspedes que viajamos a conocer alrededores, pues el horario es de 8 am a 8 pm

Excelente Servicio del personal todos muy amables. Pueden mejorar en la piscina, al principio de nuestra estancia estaba sucia ya la limpiaron dos Dias después

Great location and rooms are decent/comfortable enough. Self parking is a pain. Lot is located 4 walk.. if you pay for breakfast is at another hotel. But u would stay there again.

Al aire acondicionado ya le falta mantenimiento, no enfría del todo la habitación, el estacionamiento solo funciona de 8am a 8pm, un inconveniente si ocupas salir por la noche con tu vehículo

Excelente, lo único es que aunque tenían servicio de estacionamiento, solo es de 9 a 9, si quieres salir más temprano olvídalo, conseguimos uno 24 horas, el costo por hora es de 31 pesos.

The only inconvenience was the parking, you have to ask front desk to send someone to unlock the padlock so you can go in or out, other than that the hotel is close to good restaurants right next door and in front next to the park

Not clean

Las instalaciones estaban muy descuidadas y viejas, la habitacion sucia. Las sábanas de la cama estaban manchadas, en el baño había cucarachas. No salía agua caliente de la regadera. Solo me quedé una noche porque no me gustó nada el lugar.

Me gusto mucho el Hotel, muy bonito, excelente ubicación y muy limpio. Me gusto mucho que es un hotel diferente a otros que he visitado, se siente más familiar y menos de negocio, es básicamente una Casona Yucateca exitosamente convertida en Hotel.

El Hotel es de muy buena calidad me encanto la limpieza y la tranquilidad así como el poder visitar los lugares que tienen cerca como restaurantes y diversas tiendas.

Old and dirty

I have stayed at alot of different hotels here in Merida, Hotel Santa Lucia is my favorite, it is super clean,very quiet in the hotel, surprisingly because it is in a very touristy area. Close to everything one would need. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is a nice size, also very clean. Prices are fantastic, I have no idea why its only rated as 1 star, I am fussy about quiet, cleanliness and the place is sparkling clean. Lots of high end restaurants right next door in the Santa Lucia Park. Love it ❤️

The staff are very attentive to requests. The rooms are clean and mattresses are comfortable. What we did not like in room #109 is the presence of what looks like black mold on the ceiling in the shower area and bathroom.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It might need some repairs as it is a very old building.

I really wanted to like this hotel because of its location, but my stay was honestly a big disappointment. From the moment I arrived, things felt off. 1st night felt like they gave me the worst room possible, and then switched me to one where the toilet wouldn’t flush, who does that? The room itself did not match the photos at all. It felt outdated, not well maintained, and definitely not worth the price. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the hallway made it almost impossible to sleep. Cleanliness was also questionable. I’ve traveled a lot through México, and Mérida usually has great options, but this was honestly one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Hotel is an older building, which is expected in Merida Centro. The Good: Plumbing was decent, the building has good character and was just steps to many shops and restaurants. It was clean, staff was kind. Cute pool area with plants, which I love. The neutral: Beds were not super comfortable, nor were they terrible. There wasn't a single blanket in the room, I prefer to have one. The bad: Hotel listed that parking was included. But, actually the only parking available was on the street, offsite. I had to get up by 7 am to move my car from the street, to a paid "Estacionmento" (paid parking lot)nearby. The Hotel Concierge told me at check-in that parking 'might' be available at 8 am if anyone left. But I would have to park elsewhere for the interim hour?? Super inconvenient information, as we were arriving at 10pm. I would have booked elsewhere had I known, since I had to leave my girls in the room sleeping, while I moved the car. Our room with four single beds, had wooden shutters on the windows that clacked back and forth all night waking us up a few times as the wind changed. I would have liked a towel or rug for exiting the shower, the tiles are slippery and not safe without prevention. There was a very thin roll of paper in the bathroom for 4 guests, and no hand towels in the bathroom. In local hotels there are not usually extra towels, etc. however, the toilet paper was unusually thin and sparse even for a hotel In Mexico.

The location of this hotel was great but our room was not in good condition. First, we couldn’t lock our door very well and it didn’t seem secure. Second, the bathroom smelled really bad like raw sewage. Third, there were missing slats in the bathroom window and no screen so someone would have be able to see in and mosquitoes could get in. Fourth, there were very few electrical outlets.

We were looking for a last-minute stay in the old part of town near our walking tours and this was perfect. It is directly across the street from Santa Lucia park and four blocks from the main square. The check-in was easy and the front desk people very helpful. Our room was very clean and had two comfortable beds. The shower had plenty of hot water and was great. We only use the air conditioner at night to take out the humidity but it worked great. Had a ceiling fan right over the bed and a rocking chair in the room. It was next door to one of the most famous restaurants, Chaya Maya and had great taco restaurants down the street also. 10 minutes and either direction where the two best markets.

Great location for walking in historic district. Old hotel with very noisy hallway where hear passer by footsteps and conversations. No food or coffee on site.

El hotel es bonito, antiguo pero bonito, ahora nos toco un cuarto cerca de recepción muy diferente a los otro cuartos, se nota poca falta de mantenimiento y el minisplit super antiguo, apenas si enfriaba, de ahi en más todo bien

We found this hotel to be entirety adequate for our stay. It's an older property with small rooms and minimal furnishings and amenities. Some reviews will be less than glowing because some people will have expectations of a Ritz experience for a Motel 6 budget. You won't find that here, but if you are looking for a clean, safe, not always totally quiet room to rest after a day of exploring for a very reasonable price, this properly is entirely suitable. I've paid $150 per night for rooms no where near as good as this hotel. Come with the right attitude and you will love your stay.

Ubicación privilegiada para el costo, aire acondicionado perfecto. Si te toca habitacion en el primer piso bien, si ya te toca en el segundo o tercero no hay señal de internet y no puedes ni conectar la televisión.

Muy mal servicio, los del estacionamiento son muy ofensivos, únicamente quieren propina pero insultan y se enojan cuando uno quiere salir a dar la vuelta en su carro

No se hacen responsable de nada el estacionamiento está condicionado uno tiene que solucionar los problemas no hay Internet en las habitaciones muy mal trato terrible, pareciera qué uno se tiene que aguantar como que si te quieres quedar en mi hotel son esas condiciones si quieres terrible trato

El personal de recepción tiene 2 chicos que requieren capacitacion en el trato con la gente, solo la persona que nos hizo el check in tiene un 10 y las chicas tambien todas muy amables , el joven de la noche malo. El colchon en la habitación muy duro. La habitación limpia. Hotel muy bien ubicado La piscina un poco sucia

De acuerdo al reglamento de la propiedad, la piscina no deberia estar en uso despues de cierta hora y se pide consideracion por los demas clientes. El pasado sabado 17 de mayo, la piscina estuvo ocupada hasta media noche por un grupo de huespedes que ademas tenian una bocina con el volumen extremadamente alto. Despues de retirarse de ahi, pasaron a una habitacion en donde la fiesta continuo hasta aproximadamente las 4am que cansada de esta situacion y de no poder dormir, llame a recepción para pedirles que por favor nos apoyaran a que los huespedes tuviesen mesura. Lo mas decepcionante de todo ello, fue que al marcar y mencionar esta situacion en recepcion, una persona identificado como Rodrigo de forma muy grosera me dijo que no se escuchaba el escandalo de la bocina y fiesta en la recepcion cuando por ubicacion esta mas cerca que la habitacion que se me habia asignado. Imposible no darse cuenta. No solo exhibio indiferencia respecto a las reglas del propio hotel, falta de empatía con el resto de las personas que estabamos ahi hospedados, sino que entonces tambien esta demostrando una tremenda inseguridad dentro de las instalaciones. Es una lastima que la estancia en el hotel, desmerezca una buena calificacion positiva por no respetar las reglas que ustedes mismos establecen.

We were looking for a last-minute stay in the old part of town near our walking tours and this was perfect. It is directly across the street from Santa Lucia park and four blocks from the main square. The check-in was easy and the front desk people very helpful. Our room was very clean and had two comfortable beds. The shower had plenty of hot water and was great. We only use the air conditioner at night to take out the humidity but it worked great. The location of the Hotel is great, it is on the center of the Mérida Downtown. Very close to the Airport Bus and close to Cathedral, restaurants and stores. It is great Hotel different to the big chain Hotels

Great location. Good deal for the price. It's an old hotel, and you need to set your expectations for that.

I have stayed here multiple times. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. Same with the cleaning staff. The pool area has improved and looks great with a coat of paint. This is not a luxury hotel and the price reflects that. But it is clean, quiet, safe, and in a great area near the colonial center of Merida, a few blocks walk to Paseo de Montejo, 1/2 block from a busier street where one can find taxis. Restaurants abound and across the street is Parque Santa Lucia with evening ambiance, restaurants, and Thursday night music performances. I will definitely stay again if I’m Mérida.

Lo que no está bien es el desayuno americano, baja calidad y muy simple y sin buen sazón

The bed was so comfortable an clean. The breakfast was good. I didnt get time to watch the tv because i spent most of the time in that soft bed. The shower water was hot it was a surprise. I give it a 10 out of 10 i will go back. Both of the customer service treated me with respect an kindness surprise for me in Merida

The hotel doesn"t have restaurant, so youbhave to go to another hotel too take it, and the service there is also bad. The parking lot is 2 blocks away and it opens from 8am to 8pm. There are no extra towels. The hotel needs to focus on customer service and change the management.
