Lovely place to stay and I can’t fault the staff and Hotel , they really know what they are doing . Room was spotless as were its amenities. If you want to pop into Benidorm then the Taxi isn’t too expensive but if you want to pay less then there is a bus too . You can use its sister hotel the Nucia Palms amenities too if you want a change and it’s literally across the road . The best praise I can give it would be I would stop there again .

Hotel reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff are great BUT Aitana bar daytime staff are poorly organised / managed. There is no customer service here and no individual stands out. They seem ill-equipped to help customers, there are no smiles, there is no proactive customer service and they give the appearance that having customers is an annoyance. The team is visibly stressed, yet even with 8 staff behind a quiet bar, no one attempts to take an order. I was stood for more than 20 minutes on one occasion with only one other customer present. If there is pool service, I didn’t see it. This one part of the hotel lets it down badly and I will not return. What is even more disappointing - the hotel GM failed to respond to my email to him personally, giving him the opportunity to try to put things right. If you’re Spanish, stay at the hotel. If you’re British, don’t as this is the first time ( in many years of travelling ) that I’ve experienced being treated as a second-class citizen at this bar.

The room was not ready upon arrival even though the clock was past checkin time. We was told to wait 10-15 minutes. There was no available pool towels by the pool, we’ve got directed to the reception desk who was also out of towels so we was asked to wait to go to the pool so they could solve the towel situation which I said no to and went to get the towels from the room instead. Which the cleaning staff said no to. We went up to the rooftop pool and bar. The bar was unattended and I was adviced to use a QR code to order. Which of course did not work. They also lacked and kind of snacks on the menu. So I didn’t get any drinks. In our hotel room the toilet was not attached correct to the floor so it was a bit loose, same with our water fixture by the ”sink”. One downlight did not work in the bathroom. The aircondition was very slow and did not get cold until the middle of the night. Apart of this the property was very nice. The dinner buffet was not the best but the breakfest was fantastic.

The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option.
