Very clean and tidy, especially for the price. The pool on the rooftop was cool too! The only improvements I would suggest is for their to be more clearly visible access to bins outside of your room for once your in-room bin is full. Also, would be helpful if the cleaning staff left a new toilet roll and towel in a bag on your room door handle, instead of waiting to be asked for a new one daily. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience and will stay at this place again.

Enkelt billigt, stora rum för billigt pris, varm pool. Men absolut bästa med hela hotellet är Toy i poolbaren han får din vistelse att bli underbar. Receptionen lite dålig engelska. Ganska mycket indier och vid poolen har Toy Stenkoll på dem :)

My stay at Glow was certainly good value as the room is quite spacious and well equipped; the gym and swimming pool are good; breakfast is nice and staff are friendly and efficient. The only negatives are the location (little far from the beach, nightlife and main shopping malls), and noisy guests can be clearlly heard through thin walls!

Hôtel de construction assez récente et bien entretenu. Belle piscine au 8ème étage et salle de fitness impeccable. Hélas, pas proche du centre de Pattaya. Lieu calme. Petit déjeuner bien assorti: personnellement j'aurai aimé de trouver du bacon frit pour les oeufs au plat et des pancakes avec du miel.

Very clean and tidy, especially for the price. The pool on the rooftop was cool too! 排水溝が詰まっており洗面台に水が溜まり気持ち悪かった。他はそれなりに清潔だがクーラーの音がうるさ過ぎてなかなか寝付けない。値段なりと言ったところ。周辺には特に慣れてない人には行きずらい施設しかなく、基本寝るだけと割り切れるなら安価な割に広くて良いと思います。ただ朝食はどの味付けも非常に良かったです。メニューは少ないですが満足できます。

A évité absolument cette hôtel. A l'arrivée dès le 1er moment, les canalisations sont bouchées. Quelqu'un a passé pour déboucher mais ça n'a pas changé grand-chose. Porte de douche ne ferme pas l'eau sort. La porte d'entrée ne se ferme pas correctement. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas impossible de dormir avec les moto et les voitures qui ne s'arrête jamais sur le grandboulevard. Le receptionist ma répondu en rigolant c'est normal ils sont au courant. Et pour le petit gobelet de sal de bains qui était cassé il a facturé 200bath. Même pas un geste commercial. Nous avons été très déçu.

In summary the hotel is ok, big room and good location near beach. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience, our room filled with toxic smelling fumes and the hallways were filled with the same fumes/smoke soo much so that we couldn’t even see to the end of the hallway. We found out they were doing pest control and fumigation whilst guest are inside the hotel!! They never informed us prior and we had to call the front desk and then physically ask them at the front desk as the staff had no idea it was happening, even when the pest control car was still out front of the hotel… I work in the hotel industry and know how dangerous this is to do with guests inside. We never received an apology or any compensation. This is extremely dangerous and a major health and safety risk. Really really bad experience.

Staff was great but sadly this was not my best experience. There were some really loud and inconsiderate guests yelling at 3 AM. The staff did a great job managing the situation, but the hotel in general was not very quiet. Pool is great though and location also fantastic. Also the TV remote gave me a finger cramp as it was not working well.

Desk Staff was EXCELLENT. Mo,... Supervisor,... was very confident, professional, and ki d. Very impressed on how Mo handled difficulty situation with Unruley guest yet handled very professionally!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mo ! Actually all front desk staff was professional and Friendly and Courteous. Restaurant also great and professional. I was very impressed with entire staff.

Everything about this property is just awesome. The breakfast is made fresh with multiple options. Has several food options near by. Pretty walkable to all happening places like Pattaya Tree Town/ Night Market & famous walking street. Staff are friendly. If i ever go back will definitely book with them

They accept early check-in but do not give you room on arrival, do not tell about deposit before making reservations but take 1000 thai bath as deposit and deduct on every little thing, AC not working, wifi do not connect, no Laundry service. Poor experience, do not give 2 keys, only one key for 2 people and cost 300 thai bath for additional key. Bad experience

Hotel is very nice (clean and good comfort). Breakfast could is fine, but could have had bacon, scrambled eggs and pancake to meet western customers. A lot of indian people as guest. But still a very nice hotel consider the low price.

Did not realize when booking I’d be staying in a separate building where you have to leave and walk to a different building to enjoy the pool / restaurant / amenities. Room was not ready had to wait 1 hour then found the room was dirty and not even in the same building. Breakfast is severely limited and the cooks stop making you made to order omelette 20 minutes before breakfast ends. Was not a good surprise as the rest of the food is awful. There are much better much cheaper options available I would not recommend this place
