Giannoulis - Santa Marina Plaza (Adults Only)

This is a relatively nice and good hotel. We had a good stay, but we have stayed in Platanias and further up the road in Agia Marina before and this hotel is a walk to get there (or a bus/taxi ride). We had a sea view room which was very nice and the ladies cleaning the room are providing excellent quality service, including changing your towels twice a day. We would consider going back, but would prefer closer to Platanias and further into Agia Marina for our next stay.

The property was very nice. A bit older, but very well maintained. The rooms are generously sized and the bed comfy. We had a small deck with a water and sunrise view. Walkable area and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The free breakfast was typical buffet style with many choices. I would stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is great: clean, spacious rooms, a large and beautiful swimming pool, and lovely gardens. However, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, the in-room beverage facilities could be better. If you want to offer coffee pods, please don't charge your guests for them. You are in the luxury hotel category, so this should be included. It is also standard practice to provide two small bottles of complimentary water each day. A selection of teas presented in a tea box would also be appreciated and would certainly enhance the guest experience. Most guests are unlikely to use more tea bags than you provide, but leaving only two tea bags per day feels a little stingy. On the other hand, you probably don't need to provide bathrobes. Given the hot climate, very few guests use them, so you could save some money there instead. We also couldn't find an ironing board or iron in the room. It could be better if it is available. I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection. There was a heavy focus on eggs and sausages prepared in different ways, while vegetarian options were limited. I had hoped to see more traditional Greek breakfast items, such as feta cheese, local pastries, and other regional specialties. Despite these points, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Lovely Simple Boutique Hotel in an excellent location to all amenities. The Hotel is simple but very clean located in an excellent Beach location but also having good access to Tavernas & Restaurants. There is a bus stop near the Hotel and a convenient Tour Operator also as well as convenience Shops. All the staff here are a close team playing an important part in ensuring you have a good stay. Really relaxing place to be , everything is easy and straightforward…
