The home was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The hosts thought of everything to make quests comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The beds and bedding were super comfy. The setting was so pretty and the views gorgeous—it made it hard to leave. The trails were accessible, right behind the house, and such a treat. Chad and Liv were responsive and thoughtful. The weather and our schedule did not allow for us to take advantage of the fire pit and deck so we will have to return! This was our favorite stay in Vermont!

Views from the panoramic winds in living room, kitchen and dining room were amazing. Owner’s Liz & Chad live across the highway and were very attentive. House is on a working farm which was kinda cool. Three miles to town which was convenient. Positive Pie was an awesome place to eat and drink in Hardwick!! We stayed 7 days and we traveled in all directions and everything to see was less than an hour drive. My wife and I would highly recommend this property if want to see peace and quite with access all that Vermont has to offer! Must see Stowe,VT, covered bridges in Montgomery, VT, and lake Willoughby, Clear Lake & Caspain north of the property. Must eat at Pro-Pig in Waterbury after Ben & Jerry ice cream plant tour and Snow Shoe Lodge & Pub in Montgomery Center, VT on way back from seeing covered bridges built in late 1800’s.
