Simplicity Citrus Springs Home about 4 Mi to Rivers

Roomy place with the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Lots of room in the garage for bikes and boats. Quiet neighborhood and a very convenient location for hitting lots of springs. Loved the shower and all of the thoughtful extras.

House and pool were absolutely amazing! The house was stocked with more than I expected and had no serious problems. Only complaint was that it was during the month of July in Florida. I hadn’t been informed that the thermostat couldn’t be reduced from the programmed 70 degrees. It did make the visit a bit uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. I’m going through menopause and prefer the interior of my own home to be a bit cooler. Overall all was great except for

The property manager was very helpful and responsive to my messages and concerns with our flight being canceled. The home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a slice of paradise. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope we can come back and stay for another vacation as we absolutely fell in love with Florida. Thank you

Wow! We had such an amazing stay. This home has everything you need and more. We enjoyed three sister springs. Riviera Mexican Restaurant has amazing food. Publix is so close to home. Thank you so much for a memorable weekend stay. This is truly a home away from home. we would gladly stay again in the future
