Gut sehr Zentral gelegen,der online Check in funktionierte problemlos. Der Bahnhof ist in drei Minuten und die Fußgängerzone in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, also beste Lage für eine Städte Tour. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist direkt vom Parkhaus (12€) aus möglich. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte gleich ein paar gute Tipps bereit. Das Zimmer war modern, vor dem Zimmer war die Hauptstraße, aber dank guter Lärmisolation der Fenster kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, jederzeit wieder.

Really good located, 5 min walk to the train station, supermarket, coffee and restarurants also walking distance. The parking lot Hbf is just behind with good day price, however not the best impression (from parking lot) The appartment we got would be better if the building has another entrance, was almos going around the building inside every time going in/out

Modernes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer wie Mini-Küche usw. Der Weg vom Parkhaus ist etwas laut und nachts nicht unbedingt der sicherste. Ansonsten aber ein tolles Hotel zu fairen Preisen.

Long weekend to visit the excellent Esslingen Christmas market. The apartment was clean and well presented. Accessing the property is by a keypad and code on front door and the room door. Initially we had the wrong code, which is exasperating when one has travelled a long way and just need to get into a hotel room. There is a bar next door which is associated with GINN and is the breakfast room. Staff there were helpful in resolving the door code. After that all went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Air conditioning was not working and the room was not private enough to have the window open. Surprised to find no coffee maker in the room, and no reception desk. We were also unsure of how clean the room was after finding a lot of crumbs near one side of the bed. On the plus side, the hotel was a good location, good price, had a kitchenette in the room, nice lounge and breakfast, and convenient check in, but we won’t be back due to our experience with the room.

Wir waren von Freitag - Sonntag im Hotel Ginn. Das Hotel ist zwar in Bahnhofsnähe, aber trotzdem ist der Standort super. Bäcker, Apotheke, Rewe und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe und ins Zentrum ist man auch schnell gelaufen. Das Hotel hat super isolierte Fenster man hört keinen Straßenlärm im Zimmer. Das Personal vom Hotel ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Zu den Minuspunkten Leider war das Zimmer, nicht ganz so sauber wie man es gerne hätte. Im Bad haben wir noch Zahnpastareste sowie Haare auf dem Boden und an den Handtüchern entdeckt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war aber sehr hilfsbereit und die externe Putzfirma kam nochmal. Im Grunde gilt dieser Minuspunkt für die externe Putzfirma, diese müsste ihre Arbeit besser machen. Die Klimaanlage kann man nur 3 Grad kühler Stellen, für uns war es in Ordnung. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass die Klimaanlage immer wieder sehr laute Geräusche von sich gibt und das auch nachts, davon wurde man immer wieder geweckt. Für diesen Preis war aber für uns trotzdem der Aufenthalt sehr schön und würden wieder ins Ginn Hotel gehen

Mooie ruime kamer/ appartement. Gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Esslingen am Neckar. Enige kritiek is op de reiniging. De vloer van de badkamer kon naar mijn mening schoner. En het prullenbakje in de keuken was niet geleegd en zat helemaal vol bij aankomst. Esslingen is een mooie authentieke stad en gunstig voor gelegen voor een bezoek per trein aan Stuttgart en het Mercedes museum.

Es war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist klein und die Möglichkeit sein Müll unterzubringen war leider nicht einfach. Die Tüten sind sehr klein und wird bei zwei drei Dingen direkt voll. Staub war auch leider klar erkennbar. Des weiteren störte mich das ich keine Verbrauchsmaterialien ( Shampoo, Kosmetiktücher etc.) hatte. Dazu wollte ich mich auch beim Personal wenden, welche leider nie antreffen konnte.

Wir haben uns angemeldet für zwei Personen und haben nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen. Für zwei Personen zu wenig! Ebenso gab es nicht mal einen Vorleger vor der Dusche. Die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert. Es lag alles von dem Vorgänger noch dafin. Die Lage fanden wir super.

Difficult at first getting used to the codes for rooms, but then it became extremely convenient. The waters were a nice touch. We had 2 rooms, on different floors, and a long walk between. Rooms were generally too warm for me even with window split at top. One room had late night wild party next door. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Rating somewhere between 4 and 5.

My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great lcation.

Zimmer 409 war bei Ankunft auf 8 °C (=Kühlschranktemperatur). Die Heizleistung der zentralen Lüftungsanlage war sehr schwach oder defekt, sodass wir 2 h lang im Zimmer erst Mal die Winterjacken anbehalten mussten. Mehr als 16- 18° wurde nicht erreicht. Trotz schönem Ambiente darf u.E. so etwas nicht passieren. Rezeption zur Klärung gibt es ja im GINN Konzept nicht

The room was nice and clean. The storage in the bathroom is severely lacking-it would be nice if a floating shelf could be added under the sink. The kitchenette is a joke. There’s one pot way above and i had 1 glass for. 3 person room. Those details could make it a better experience

We had terrible experience while Checking in and accessing our rooms thorought our stay. They are trying to utilize technology to save cost. However the processes they are using are terrible. It took hours to check in. The staff was not cooperative and rude. Would not recommend this property if you are business traveler.

Perfect location if you want to use the trains. You are 3 minutes from the station. Esslingen alone is worth to stay a few days. The online check in is a bit unusual but works flawlessly. If you have problems there is still somebody there to help you. Breakfast was great and in abundant.

Since I stayed last time, the hotel had some improvements. The room was clean and comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner makes some random and very irritating noise. Fortunately, during the night it was chilly enough to set it off and we could sleep. We appreciated the possibility to leave our bags at the reception the day we arrived and we left. On the other hand, we did not appreciate at all the staff refusing to fill up our bottles when we came back to pick up the bags, “because we had already checked out and therefore water could only be sold”. After three nights spent in the hotel, during a heatwave with more than 30C, and also considering that in Esslingen tap water is drinkable, I found this very annoying. It’s common sense and good manners, and this should be the basics for a hospitality manager/employee.

Aparthotel di nuova costruzione, stanza con angolo cottura completo di utensili e microonde, ottimo frigorifero. Letti comodi, smart tv con servizi streaming, cassaforte, tavolo e due sgabelli. Bagno ampio con comoda doccia e prodotti di cortesia. Unica pecca il sistema di check in (automatico), completamente da rivedere: bisogna attendere le 15 in punto per ricevere una mail con il link per generare i codici di accesso. Fin qui nulla di strano se non che i nostri non funzionavano! Abbiamo dovuto avvertire il personale di reception che, essendo ancora presente, ci consegnato una chiave. However, there were two things that could have been improved. First, the blackout curtains didn't completely cover the window. Second, when they cleaned the apartment, they took all of the towels and didn't replace them. We called as soon as we returned that evening and had to wait more than an hour for someone to bring us towels. This meant missing a dinner reservation.

Long weekend to visit the excellent Esslingen Christmas market. The apartment was clean and well presented. Accessing the property is by a keypad and code on front door and the room door. Initially we had the wrong code, which is exasperating when one has travelled a long way and just need to get into a hotel room. There is a bar next door which is associated with GINN and is the breakfast room. Staff there were helpful in resolving the door code. After that all went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Fuldstændig forfærdelig service, Det starter med da vi ankommer til hotellet, Skal jeg diskutere med den unge dame i receptionen om jeg har bestilt værelse eller ej. Når du kom eller kig fra hotellet, Kiggede personalet ikke engang på dig ingen sag hej velkommen eller goddag!! Morgenmaden er noget af det sløj jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Når det så er sagt er hotellet ganske fint og pænt og rent og ligger central placeret i forhold til at skulle Komme rundt.

Really well-placed for exploring Esslingen and close to transport to Stuttgart city and airport. The apartment was really comfortable and having kitchen facilities was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Difficult at first getting used to the codes for rooms, but then it became extremely convenient. The waters were a nice touch. We had 2 rooms, on different floors, and a long walk between. Rooms were generally too warm for me even with window split at top. One room had late night wild party next door. Location was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Rating somewhere between 4 and 5.

Perfect location if you want to use the trains. You are 3 minutes from the station. Esslingen alone is worth to stay a few days. The online check in is a bit unusual but works flawlessly. If you have problems there is still somebody there to help you. Breakfast was great and in abundant.

Gut sehr Zentral gelegen,der online Check in funktionierte problemlos. Der Bahnhof ist in drei Minuten und die Fußgängerzone in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, also beste Lage für eine Städte Tour. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist direkt vom Parkhaus (12€) aus möglich. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte gleich ein paar gute Tipps bereit. Das Zimmer war modern, vor dem Zimmer war die Hauptstraße, aber dank guter Lärmisolation der Fenster kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, jederzeit wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und in einem sauberen Zustand. Viele Möglichkeiten gehabt um außerhalb essen zu gehen oder auch in der Unterkunft zu kochen. Zudem sehr nah am Bahnhof was die Fahrt nach Stuttgart leicht gemacht hat.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und in einem sauberen Zustand. Viele Möglichkeiten gehabt um außerhalb essen zu gehen oder auch in der Unterkunft zu kochen. Zudem sehr nah am Bahnhof was die Fahrt nach Stuttgart leicht gemacht hat.

Our bathroom smelled the worst. There seemed to be odor coming from the drains. We emailed the staff and because there is no check in desk we couldn’t talk to someone about it. It was quite unbearable and was resolved.

Room was clean but there was a foul odor coming from the shower drain. There was also a loud noise that would sometimes come from the fan in the room. Had to leave the fan off while I slept which made it quite hot in the room. Location is great and fridge is a good size. Didn't use the stove or microwave but looked good to me. Having the REWE grocery store immediately downstairs was a very nice amenity.

It was generally good, nicely decorated. I missed having a desk for some home office work. And it was a bit awkward that on checkout day, someone came to fix the AC right when I was getting ready to leave. It would've been better if they'd planned it an hour later when I was gone or at least given me a heads-up.
