They upgraded us to a suite as a kind gesture at no extra cost,very nice and clean and very spacious located on a retail park with plenty of food outlets and shops only 15 minutes to Alicante airport Would highly recommend before flying home for a nights stay.

We stayed here for 12 days our room was comfy but lacking in things as it was a junior suit , no kettle no toaster no chopping board or sharp knife’s only 1 pan how are you meant to cook like this? Went to reception and we did get more stuff sent up to us.we only had breakfast once was ok no proper sausages scrambled eggs was runny no labels to tell you what things where. The pool was good but sun chairs need looking at as falling apart a part from sun visor fell off and just missed his head we did tell the maintenance man but never returned to fix the bed or visor !!! When the room got cleaned our daughters teddy was picked up with bedding we did try to speak to reception but not many of them spoke English, we was told to come back in 2 days when they had rang the laundry place when we did it was like they had not rang them this was he teddy of grand parents who have now passed away so she was so upset about it.

Bought this stay last minute, everything and everyone was professional and clean. Room cleaning was outstanding, and breakfast was gorgeous in everyway. Location is good, beside some great eating places. Free carparking underground to avoid heat. Best bit was the terrific air-conditioning. In summary, top hotel and not one complaint.

A nice, cozy hotel near the airport. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the city center, and there was a lot of traffic.
