Impressive, the room was huge, bathroom had plenty of room. The staff was exceptional, courteous, respectful. Had an outdoor firepit with plenty of seating around it. Served an above average continental breakfast, plenty of choices. An excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay again.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy to get a parking spot, even if returning late Tile floor, shower floor, and front of dishwasher not as clean as expected. Shower curtain was about 7 inches off the floor so water covered half the bathroom floor after showering.

Everytime I visit the rugs in entries are very dirty --- doesn't matter what time of day. Same as the outdoor patio at the entrance --- dirty and not welcoming.

10/10 for value for my money 10/10 for the kitchen area in room 9/10 for bed comfort (King sized bed) 10/10 for room temperature and air conditioning 7/10 for breakfast (lacking in variety and protein options, gets a little boring after day 3. 2/10 for the pool. It was super small and dirty in the water. 9/10 for the lobby, could use a little more seating or tables 7/10 for staff. They were mostly friendly, but did not get the towels or housekeeping I requested 10/10 for noise level. It was super quiet and walls are thick. 9/10 for pet/service dog accommodations. They have a dog relief area on the side and back of the hotel which is nice and saw lots of dogs who were well behaved on leash. 9/10 for overall cleanliness of the hotel. Lots of spiderwebs on gate by the pool and a hornets nest above pool area. Definitely need a pest control visit. 9/10 for location. It was located near all the places I needed to visit. 6/10 proximity to food/restaurants, there is a gas station across the street with some food and beverage options as well as a liquor store but you have to drive up the street a ways or across the lake for some better food options or groceries. 9/10 I would stay here again, would love to see how it develops after more business open nearby and construction is finished on the nearby highway.

Arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready. After we got back to the room, we started unpacking and a staff member knocked at our door and said we made to much noise and ppl are complaining. We went to the pool in the evening, no lights were on and the pool is dirty and water unsafe to swim in. Lots of bugs in the water. I asked front desk for assistance in that, the gentleman asked if is pitch dark outside cause he doesn’t know how to work the pool lights. The room carpet smells like c…. Finally, when I left the hotel, I wanna make sure I will get the deposit money back(50$ night) and realized they where trying to use one credit card 3 time after I already paid in full on arrival with a debit card. Thankfully, it got declined all 3 times. Staff completely useless and lazy. They are just there and that’s it. I’m definitely not going to stay here ever again. Beds and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. Don’t trust their online pics. I won’t return here again.

Pool area covered in cobwebs. Pool full of bugs. I asked for it to be cleaned and in 3 days it was not. Had to clean area just to get in water. Breakfast was minimal. Seating area by parking lot was filthy and covered in spiders

Manager that was on duty was a gay guy and he had the worst attitude room was dirty I call numerous of times for someone to come clean the room because it was dirty when they gave me the key. The lady at night was sleeping and I have to keep saying excuse me.Tables outside was filthy where you didn’t even want to sit at them. Pool area had dirty towels everywhere and no one was out there.

Super clean and upscale without being pretentious. Staff at check in was friendly and professional. Parking area is well lit. There's road construction on the ramp which confused me a bit but GPS directions were accurate.

This place was exceptional! It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I can't say enough good things about it. The bed and linens were top-notch, and the toiletries were high-end. I highly recommend stopping in for a stay if you're in the area

When we drove up, my first impression was that the landscaping was new and poorly done; most of the new plants were dead. When I got up to the room, the dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher, snacks and crumbs still on the floor, no tissue in the bathroom, and tv remote batteries were dead. I went down to the lobby and asked for assistance, spoke to a man who assured me he’d take care of it, then 2 hours later, I tried to call the front desk and the phones didn’t work. So I went back down and was told that the other guy probably didn’t do those things because it was the end of his shift. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by this stay. The bed was comfortable, that’s my only positive point.

The floor was dirty had blood stains on it by the bed the shower was dirty with dirty on the wall and hair. The people above us let there child run all night over our heads. The people next door was having sexy and you could hear them.

It was perfect for my needs. Only issue was the sprinting child the floor above me(parent issue), going as late as 12-1 in the morning. I would've called the desk but by the time I went to bed, it subsided & I was exhausted. Will return next month.

Property is well located near I30. Decent overall. Semi-suite setup decently spacious with good table for both eating and work. Breakfast is ok, will fill you up but it's all premade. There are some restaurant options nearby but most are a shrt drive east on I30.

We were in Dallas for a baby shower, and this hotel was close to my nephew's house. We were greeted immediately and the guy at the front was very friendly and checked us in right away. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and we had a very good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again. PS There is a lot of construction around the area and the GPS sent me through an entrance on the feeder that is no longer there. Keep on driving up the street to the other entrance.

Came in late and left early but it's a new hotel, rooms are modern and nice, fully carpeted, comfortable mattress and bedding, and clean. Great for the price in the area. Only complaint is thin walls (which seems to be par for the course of all the new hotels these days), but, staff was super friendly about moving me to a different room. And they gave me free bottles of water and SmatFood! I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

My initial impressions of this hotel were not good. I had just arrived after having driven 13 hours that day and the front desk employee, Brendan, ignored me when I tried to check in. He was in the back room on the phone for at least five minutes and never acknowledged my presence at all. When he finally came out, I discovered that the hotel required me to give them $150 in incidental fees before I could check in to my fully prepaid room. I've traveled all over the country and have never had an incidental charge as large as that. It was excessive and was never mentioned anywhere when I purchased the room online. Once the terrible check in process was done, the hotel experience improved. The rooms are large and nice and the area around the hotel is very nice. We had the free hot breakfast every morning and really enjoyed it. Overall, the customer service issues and hidden fees need to be addressed, but the hotel itself was great.

We love staying at this hotel. We have stayed multiple times with no issues and staff has gone above my expectations. However, the staff member working the front desk this morning was not friendly nor accommodating at all. She was more concerned with whatever she was doing on her computer than helping hotel guests. I simply asked for something to put ice in because my cooler was too big and my room was on the 4th floor. My daughter and all of our things were also already down stairs so it would have been a tremendous hassle to carry all of these things back to the room to get the ice bucket. She advised me she didn’t have anything and she couldn’t help me. Told me to go get the one out of my room. Then walked back to her computer and pretended like I didn’t exist. The breakfast area was directly behind her. She could have at least humored me and went to see if she could find something. For this I believe I will find somewhere else for my future trips. It’s sad because the previous staff have been so amazing!

Front desk rep DeLance was amazing. Breakfast was subpar and repetitive (waffles, breakfast sandwich, grits, and cereal) Nobody answers the phone when called from room. I’d advise calling the main line from your cell if you need assistance. Would prefer frequent housekeeping throughout the duration of stay, not just every 4 nights, excluding weekends. There was miscommunication about my room being cleaned. I personally had to ask for cleaning supplies, including a vacuum, to tidy up the room, myself. DeLance, again, was great in helping with this issue.

Home2Suites was amazing. The management and front desk staff were great. They were able to assist with my multiple questions/needs and the process of adding an additional night was smoother that what I have experienced at other places. The parking lot is land locked and hard to get to coming from Rockwall since there is not a break in the median. Plus always having to u-turn to leave property. Otherwise, great property.

The facility, comfort and space of the room and desk service was great. My rating is ....because it serves the Worst bar breakfast of any hotel that offers this service. Just terrible! No fruit, no OJ day I was there. Their protein was a McDonalds, look alike biscuit, egg,sausage, and oatmeal was i think either grits or possibly cream of wheat...it was hard to tell and terrible. How about a muffin?

Hotel was great. Staff that called me to tell me they changed my reservation from 2 queens to a king and a foldout were rude and apparently don’t know the meaning of a reservation. All other staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good
