We first stayed at this hotel in 2024, and we enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to come back again this year. We noticed a few differences compared to our previous stay, but overall everything went very well and we had another very enjoyable holiday. The hotel is in a great position, our room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety. A very special mention goes to Head Chef Tanos, a true professional and an exceptionally kind person. He was always helpful, attentive and welcoming, and always had a smile on his face. His professionalism, kindness and positive attitude really made a difference and contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks to Tanos! We had a very nice experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot on top of the Canal D Amour with easy walking to the resort shops and restaurants. The food was delicious and authentically Greek, a good variety too. The pool is lovely and big enough to swim easily, never crowded. The stand out feature is how lovely every single member of staff is, they really went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We loved it when the bar staff all kept up to join in the Greek dancing. My only caveat would be the steps up to second floor of the apartment could be a problem with small children.

We had a fantastic stay at Akron Resort! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this resort is committed to providing a top-notch, family-friendly experience. The resort was spotlessly clean at all times, with staff regularly maintaining both the common areas and the food stations. The all-inclusive food options were impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. The stations were constantly restocked and kept clean, which made every meal enjoyable. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we never once felt crowded. There were always plenty of loungers by the pool, no waiting in lines, and a calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. One of the highlights for me was how truly family-oriented the resort was. It was peaceful, well-managed, and respectful—no loud parties, no drunken behavior, just a great environment for families to enjoy their time together. We will absolutely be returning to Akron Resort and highly recommend it to any families looking for a stress-free and memorable vacation!

Location is absolutely amazing. Super friendly staff. Great variety during meals. Rooms are little outdated and minimal comfort ( no place to sit unless on the bed/couch, would have been nice to have a decent seat). Airco works well. More entertainment would have been nice. Enjoyed our stay because of the great location and lovely people.
