Our HVAC went out and we needed a place to stay until repairs could be made. This hotel was the worst decision. The first room had no hot water, the second room's door wouldn't lock properly. The whole place made me reflect on my life choices. This hotel is purgatory, very run down and sad.

My husband and I booked at the HOTEL O ATLANTA last minute. Often we end up regretting last minute bookings.The staff was awesome and went over and beyond when helping with our checkin. The room exceeded our expectations. It was huge. We booked a premium king. The room was emmaculate. King bed, Full size fridge, microwave, dining area, free wifi and parking. The Hotel fills up fast. But our stay at the little Hotel O on the hill was perfect for us. We will be booking again.

This is a good place to stay. It's ssafe. But The floor was absolutely filthy. Got out of the shower and the bottoms my feet were brown within seconds . The AC didn't work in 112. I needed a room so I wasn't picky... probably should have been a little more picky.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! This place is a slum. Dingy nasty rooms. Smelly of stale cigarettes and depression. Many stray dogs on the property. All the flooring in all 4 rooms we were transferred to, was lifting and curling. Causing my wife to trip and stumble. Just a plethora of reasons to stay elsewhere. Staff was extremely helpful, and the water pressure was good.

THIQS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, BOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. Hotel O is much different in other states, like my home city and state, ( SW Houston, Texas. This hotel was disgusting, dirty, unclean, unsafe, thin walls, could hear someone puking and it soundsed so close that she was puking in my bathroom. I was a refund

The door had a hole in it. A car was parked so close I had to squeeze by to get in my room. The car had no bumper and it was dirty. I booked a king , but he gave me a queen. The mattress was very poor quality, and was brown with stains at the bottom. The room smelled like mold and rust. I sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the bed rose up off the floor almost dumping me on the floor. I checked out the next morning. I paid for a 5 day stay and was not refunded. Expedia expected me to work it out with the hotel, but all they offered me was a can of air freshener!!! Go somewhere else!! They need to be removed from the Expedia web site.

The staff was rude and horrible. Everything was dirty. They made me pay a 50 deposit and took 20 dollars because the towels were “black” after I used my spare towel to wipe down surfaces.

After addressing the issues and safety concerns with staff they refused to help me and then stood outside my room all night talking about me loudly on the phone.

The room was a smoking room (not what I booked) and it was run down and in desperate need of updating. No rod in make shift closet for hanging anything. No nightstand or table by the beds or a lamp. Stains on the walls and floor. Burn holes in the blanket. The a/c unit was so loud it was difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Honestly, not a very clean place. Bed was mildly comfortable, but room was kinda gross. Floors were dirty, bathroom light didn't turn off, door to the room didn't fit on the door jam correctly, curtains didn't really do anything to block out the light. If I wasn't as exhausted as I was, I don't know how I would have stayed asleep. I'd skip this place if possible.

There wasn't much to like. It's a room. When we walked in it smelled like mildew and old smoke. The room looks nothing like the ad picture (false advertisement). It was hot and muggy and the a/c unit didn't work. The bathroom towels looked dingy. We did not take a chance lying on the sheets. Was there a few hours and checked out. Worst hotel I've ever experienced. Never again lol. Yet, it was a room.

The hotel was terrible! The photos on your website are very misleading. I actually checked out early because I didn’t feel safe. I was attending an event in Atlanta and probably was in the room for about an hour if that. It was ran down and the refrigerator had some kind of disgusting thing in the freezer. If at all possible I would like a refund! Not to mention the fact that it took a long time to talk to the hotel representatives.
