Very nice hotel in the very centre of Como town, literally a few yards away from the Cathedral. Rooms,, staff and breakfast offerings were excellent. Slight downsides were the lack of drawer space in the room and no parking within 5 to 10 minutes (a wee issue when pulling cases in the rain).

Sehr zentral gelegen. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant im Hotel aber einige in der Umgebung. Parkieren muss man etwas ausserhalb. Schöne Zimmer, freundliche Bedienung. Es gibt einen Empfang der immer besetzt ist.

What a great find. This hotel was located right next to the basilica. Only a 15 min walk from the train station. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating. The towels and linens were top notch. You can’t go wrong. Just remember if you go in the hottest time of the year (mid August for us) the ac struggles to keep up. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We had such a nice stay here. The room was immaculately clean, the hotel was very close to the train station. It was so nice to walk around because it’s right by the lake, and so close to all the shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the cappuccino was perfect. Staff was so friendly, and front desk was available 24 hours. The bed was so comfortable, we got really nice rest. The bathroom was nice too, really good water pressure making for quite pleasant showers. The room had a mini fridge, stocked with drinks. They also included complimentary water, a coffee machine, a safe, and really comfortable robes and slippers. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay at a reasonable price.

War ein super schönes Zimmer auf zwei Etagen mit einem Balkon und Dachfenstern im Schlafzimmer. Lage top neben dem Duomo… wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einziger Wermutstropfen: neues Hotel! Warum spart ihr bei der Zimmertuere? Man hört alles was im Gang läuft.

The staff was very helpful and extremely responsive when messaged on WhatsApp. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The wait staff was kind. Rooms were cleaned well daily and the front desk quickly responded to any requests. We had a very early checkout and they even packed takeaway breakfast for our trip to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff is so incredibly wonderful. The hotel is clean the breakfast was simple yet delicious. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It is in the best location as well, right across from the cathedral.

Nous avons réservé et payé 8 chambres pour une seule nuit et avons prévenu qu’un des voyageurs avait eu un accident et ne serait pas avec nous. Nous avons prévenu plus de 24 heures avant et l’hôtel n’a pas voulu faire un seul geste. Double peine pour l’accidenté et un service et un accueil indigne du tarif et du standing du lieu. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est très quelconque et sans i regret et … obligatoire. En plus l’hôtel demande une foule d’infos presque une semaine avant et vous fait perdre un temps fou avec son booking et, ensuite, aussi à la réception. Vraiment un endroit nul, pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions. Le pire des 8 hôtels de notre séjour italien

Great location, small rooms but clean and modern. Only disappointment was the front desk not having advice on local recommendations and sending us to the tourist traps! Make sure you stay inside the town (walking distance from the hotel, minutes!) and you’ll have a great experience. Avoid restaurants by the water even if the hotel refers you!

Excellent stay and great location. Walking distance to ferry and multiple restaurants. The staff was very helpful and extremely responsive when messaged on WhatsApp. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The wait staff was kind. Rooms were cleaned well daily and the front desk quickly responded to any requests. We had a very early checkout and they even packed takeaway breakfast for our trip to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Vi bodde i en business-suite, og den var perfekt for vår familie på fire. Rommet var stille og godt isolert, selv om vinduet vendte ut mot handlegaten. Badet var stort og romslig. Frokosten var enkel, men den mettet oss alle.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff is so incredibly wonderful. The hotel is clean the breakfast was simple yet delicious. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It is in the best location as well, right across from the cathedral.

Wow! Tellement un beau hôtel boutique, nous l’avons même mentionné au personnel. La chambre était tellement luxueuse!!! Nous avons été agréablement surpris sur toute la ligne. Magnifique! Même le petit déjeuné était inclus et c’était très bon. Il y avait un peu de tout, dej européen (pain et pâtisserie), américain (œuf bacon saucisse), tunisien (yaourt, olive), etc! L’emplacement est incroyable. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps! Merci encore, nous serons de retour

Nice modern hotel right in the shadows of the Duomo. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The room was a nice size for Italian 4 stars standard. Area relatively safe with lots of eating choices. We will be back.

It was $1555 CAD and the bed looked nothing like it did on the picture and kept on breaking, One of the beds was extremely small and unstable, looked nothing like the advertisement. The staff tried fixing it and the bed still kept on breaking. We tried asking the staff to change the bed but they said it was the only bed they have.

The hotel was beautiful with friendly staff. I loved waking up to the church view, and the central location was perfect for sightseeing and easy transfers. Highly recommended!

DBH is probably one of the most hospitable boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the front desk staff is exceptional and truly seems to care. We had a no-so-fun issue as first timers in the area and did not know about the zoning restrictions as it was a last minute booking. Usually a hotel will send a message to let you know where to drive/park, but we literally booked DBH 30 minutes before we arrived. So silly us just drove up to the front of the hotel! Note to all guests with cars, this is a no no in the area as the location is literally next to the stunning Duomo. I did not have time to do my usual research. All that said, the staff went above and beyond to get us taken care of and get our room prepared quickly for my family of 3. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast on the front patio was lovely as well and had air conditioning. The location was perfect as well, all sorts of restaurants and shops around. Quick stay but we will definitely save it for our next visit to Como!
