There for 3 days. Great hotel for price. Rooms were cleaned every day without even asking. Breakfast was good. Pool was small but still nice! Would recommend to anyone and will stay there again if ever in area.

I enjoyed that the pool was salt water. Unfortunately the heater in the pool is broken and resulted in VERY cold swimming. My children were disappointed since that was most of the fun for them. If we had known the pool heater was broken we wouldn’t have stayed here. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding barn style and would not stay closed which resulted in awkwardness when needing to use the bathroom. A simple hook eye would solve that. Overall the staff was kind and the property was very clean and well kept. The breakfast area was a definite plus! Overall we were happy with our stay. Just fix the pool heater or Atleast notify guests before hand.

We had a family stay and during our stay our son got extremely sick and soiled his clothes, we were able to use the washer and dryer , which was extremely helpful. The full breakfast was delicious.

Loved my stay at this hotel! It was very clean and comfortable. We sat outside at the fire pit for HOURS. The pool was warm and nice. They served breakfast which was also great! Overall 10/10 hotel!

I loved it. I was a little worried, but everything was great. When we got to the hotel we were greeted . The room was very clean. The breakfast was egg omelette with cheese, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal with topping options, cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. the breakfast attendant was cleaning the table after people got up. The only negative is at night it smelled like smoke on the hallway but other than that it was great

The staff was amazning, so friendly and accomading. The housekeeping staff was awesome. I room was spotless everyday. The breakfast was so great. There was something different to choose from each day. The cooks were really good. I would definetly reccomend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

We loved this hotel so much. Clean rooms and common areas. The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was good. Conveniently located halfway between the Ark Experience and Creation Museum. We had rooms with two queens and a sofa. The rooms were huge. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself seems very new and clean and fresh. It was relatively comfortable. I hated the barn door for the bathroom. It was a pain to open and close and you know it doesn’t give you any privacy if you have multiple guests in your room. Also my key to get through doors to use the elevator, etc. I mean really I should only have to use my key tag to get in my room and nothing else The pool was small, but it was indoors so it was open so that’s nice but it was also incredibly cold. It’s not a heated pool so there’s that cold, tiny shallow but refreshing I guess. The breakfast was convenient from 6 to 10 AM, but it was basically inedible. The food looked really good. It just tasted horrible like the eggs looked good but they didn’t taste like eggs. I’m not sure what they were. The sausage was called. The potatoes didn’t taste like potatoes. The make your own waffles tasted like Styrofoam. I mean it’s nice that they offer breakfast for you. It just wasn’t any good. I’m saying you know it’s a bonus, but I wouldn’t plan my life around it. You’re someone who plans on eating breakfast and you were counting on this complementary breakfast being a big filling meal then you will be disappointed.

Brand new hotel. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Larger than standard room. Hotel served many people on a busy weekend and no holdups or delays. Well done. I saw manager Theresa Martini being very kind and extra helpful to a confused and difficult guest. TM really went out of her way, I could tell she really wants to help.

When we checked in, no one at the desk. When she came out, she appeared put out, interrupted. Checked me in and said all instructions of elevator and internet so fast and very low, I had to ask her to repeat it. After we went to our room a still could not figure out the internet, k went back down and rang the bell and she came out again and was a little more accommodating, she wrote out a code that worked. I do t think she is happy with her job! Sorry to say!

Booking this trip last-minute (actually from the parking lot) caused a problem with finding the reservation at the check-in. The person who checked us in, though, was quick to explain why she couldn't find us and worked diligently to find our reservation. The room and our stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable as was the room.

This property is stellar. We have a family of 6 and finding a room suitable for us to stay together in one room is tough- their studio suite was just phenomenal. This campus is perfect. Breakfast was great(4 kids approve). Housekeeping kept our room clean and furnished multiple times a day. We were in town visiting the ark- the drive time to it and the creation museum was perfect. Excellent church nearby for our family to worship with Sunday morning. Staff helped us with our reservation shift- due to weather we had to leave a day early, and they were more than accommodating to refund us a portion of money spent. We will be back! Thank you to this entire crew!

A quality hotel. The on-line images give the impression that this property is in a rustic area. It is not! The check-in side is on a busy street with a large volume of semi truck traffic. The other side faces a wooded area of limited size. Supplemental material indicates the presence of near by hiking/walking areas. We could not find either.

Our stay was quite nice. The hotel was clean the AC worked well. We chose a hotel that was almost equidistant from the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, and it worked out very well. We were also quite close to the Ohio border and had plenty of choices to find the best Cincinnati chili! All in all we had a great time. While the room was quite comfortable the bed was on the very firm side. I didn’t mind it but it bothered my wife. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to visit the area again.

This hotel is great and close to Cincinnati and the Ark Encounter attractions. Very clean, quiet and also has a couple of restaurants nearby that are walkable from hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the value & location to the ark/creation museum we thought we’d take a drop in hotel quality to save money. Not so. A different hot free breakfast everyday, rotating waffle flavors, incredible clean rooms, turnover service daily, friendly staff, great selection of cheap items to buy against your room charge, clean pool. Any of my friends going to the go to the ark will be recommended to go hear. Best hotel I’ve been at in years.
