Great location next to Mt. Fuji train station (2 min walk). Staff let us drop off our bags early before check in and on check out too so we could walk around town with no luggage. Had a great room with an incredible view of Mt. Fuji. Be sure to go to the rooftop patio for sunrise! Gorgeous views.

Room is clean and very spacious. They offer self serve amenities and to top it all, it has a rooftop cafe which offers the best unobstructed view of Mt Fuji. recommend coming up there early in the morning.

有一小插曲，昨晚過了22：30到達，自助以密碼check in , 今早07：08 self check out , 這段時間未與職員見面。昨晚已提出要安排免費車位，但住所發出的電郵是晚上20：19，可惜的是我們今早10：47才收到由Expedia電郵有關車位的安排。當14：40取車時發了一張由Q-STA的泊車罰款通知，即向職員了解。最終可以享用免費泊車，原來要有泊車証才可泊車，但我沒收到相關的車位的安排，儘管我已預早提出需要安排車位。最後感謝協助有關泊車罰款的問題。房間環境很整潔，很舒適，地點鄰近車站，交通方便，會推薦給他人

新築のように綺麗で、パジャマやヘアアイロン、飲み物などアメニティがかなり充実していて、共同スペースも広々としていた。ただ、20:00以降スタッフが不在になるため、入り口が特殊になるので、20：00以前に済ませた方がいいと思うし、コンビニも一番近くて徒歩10分程度あるため、行く前にやるべきだと思う

후지산역근처라 기차로 와도 편하고 차로 올 경우 넓은 주차장을 이용할 수 있습니다. 특히 4층 옥상에서 후지산을 바라보는 뷰가 정말 멋집니다.

La dimensione della stanza era ben superiore alla media delle strutture giapponesi. C'è una sala comune al piano terra molto comoda per mangiare o anche solo svagarsi. Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.

Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs. Very comfy and practical!

Die Zimmer sind sauber. Hier und da gibt es etwas Staub (vor allem Hinter dem Fernseher). Die Betten sind bequem. An jeder Etage werden gratis Heißgetränke angeboten. Super Lage.

Cheguei tarde e fiz o self check-in, foi rápido e prático. Ótima localização e no terraço há uma vista privilegiada do Monte Fuji! Banheiro e quarto impecáveis! Recomendo a todos!

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English which was an unexpected bonus to make my life a little easier. The room was huge with a comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was strong and hot. There is a Mt Fuji viewpoint on the roof but it was too cloudy to get a view while I was there so I can't speak for how good it is. Proximity to Fujisan Station is excellent, very convenient for travel options around Yamanashi and to Tokyo by both bus and train.

We stayed here the night before our Mt. Fuji trek. The hotel was everything we needed ! Super close to the train station where we caught the cab to 5th station/ where the bus drops you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was much needed after the trek! Would recommend staying here, only a 5 minute train ride to Kawaguchiko station

Just steps away from the Mt. Fuji station and with direct views to Mt. Fuji itself a great location to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. The toilet however was shoved into a tiny cubicle which was uncomfortable to use. Very friendly staff.

部屋の雰囲気はとても気に入りました。トイレとシャワーが別々で快適。シャワーの勢いが良いのでとても使い易いです。TVで地上波が観られないのは残念です。Wi-Fiが部屋ごとに設定されているので安心です。 24時間行かれる屋上テラスも良かった。宿泊した日は天気が良かったので朝富士山がきれいに見えました。コンビニが近くにありませんでした。それはやはり不便ですね。

It is not a 5 stars hotel, But overall was excellent !! Especially I would like to praise for the Staffs and Services. Even I never met anyone of them, i had late check in (after 8pm) and leave about 6am. The instructions of self-check in/out was clear. Staff reply email very fast! I was planning to hike fuji mountain, I got some questions but couldn't reach the related department, and I ask for help from the hotel. They did an extra work for me , so appreciated!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and its staff. The complimentary items such as the pj’s, coffee, tea, soups and toiletries were an awesome addition. They even had hair straighteners and curling irons in case you forgot yours and a washer and dryer which came in so useful on a 14 day trip! The roof top balcony had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. We missed our cut off time for luggage transport while on an E-bike tour. The staff at the hotel drove us to the Yamato drop off station so our luggage could be on its way to our next destination.

It was a perfect place to store my luggage while hiking Mount Fuji. Quite expensive to get to and from. Very limited transportation. Wouldn’t honor a late check out, but they did store my luggage in return.

Great location next to Mt. Fuji train station (2 min walk). Staff let us drop off our bags early before check in and on check out too so we could walk around town with no luggage. Had a great room with an incredible view of Mt. Fuji. Be sure to go to the rooftop patio for sunrise! Gorgeous views.

部屋の雰囲気はとても気に入りました。トイレとシャワーが別々で快適。シャワーの勢いが良いのでとても使い易いです。TVで地上波が観られないのは残念です。Wi-Fiが部屋ごとに設定されているので安心です。 24時間行かれる屋上テラスも良かった。宿泊した日は天気が良かったので朝富士山がきれいに見えました。コンビニが近くにありませんでした。それはやはり不便ですね。

富士山駅から至近にある新しいホテルです。滞在者の殆どは外国人とのことでしたが、実際そうでした。館内は清潔でフロントの若者も感じが良く快適に利用できました。何より屋上からの富士山は息を飲む美しさと雄大さでした。テーブルと椅子があるのでここで暫く時間を過ごせます。ただ、富士山駅近くにはコンビニが全く無いので、買い物は事前に済ませておくことをお薦めします。

Easy access to train station. There’s a breakfast and coffee place nearby too. Other than that there’s very little here which can be a good thing if you want to be away from extensive tourist activity.

Room is clean and very spacious. They offer self serve amenities and to top it all, it has a rooftop cafe which offers the best unobstructed view of Mt Fuji. recommend coming up there early in the morning.

Die Zimmer sind sauber. Hier und da gibt es etwas Staub (vor allem Hinter dem Fernseher). Die Betten sind bequem. An jeder Etage werden gratis Heißgetränke angeboten. Super Lage.

新築のように綺麗で、パジャマやヘアアイロン、飲み物などアメニティがかなり充実していて、共同スペースも広々としていた。ただ、20:00以降スタッフが不在になるため、入り口が特殊になるので、20：00以前に済ませた方がいいと思うし、コンビニも一番近くて徒歩10分程度あるため、行く前にやるべきだと思う

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and its staff. The complimentary items such as the pj’s, coffee, tea, soups and toiletries were an awesome addition. They even had hair straighteners and curling irons in case you forgot yours and a washer and dryer which came in so useful on a 14 day trip! The roof top balcony had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. We missed our cut off time for luggage transport while on an E-bike tour. The staff at the hotel drove us to the Yamato drop off station so our luggage could be on its way to our next destination.

Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs. Very comfy and practical!

La dimensione della stanza era ben superiore alla media delle strutture giapponesi. C'è una sala comune al piano terra molto comoda per mangiare o anche solo svagarsi. Il terrazzo liberamente visitabile gode di un'ottima vista del monte Fuji. Le lavatrici a gettoni erano di qualità superiore all norma. Il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.

This was the third hotel we had stayed in on the first leg of our Japan trip. First, check-in was very simple and the staff was courteous. Second, the room was surprisingly large and everything was clean and fresh. Third, the best part of the room was there was two twin beds and they were very comfortable. I don't understand why Japan hotels have ridiculously hard beds and pillows; very poor sleep. At the previous hotel I had to purchase a new and very nice pillow that I used for the rest of the trip. My wife and I slept very well. Our son/wife were in another room and they also experienced a nice sleep. Fourth, the shower was so great. I wish America had shower stalls like that. Fifth, the hotel provided coffee, tea, hot miso soup packs, cellphone cords for every type and a very nice comfortable lounge on the first floor. No breakfast but restaurants close by. Sixth; The hotel had individual packs of coffee bags (red and blue) and a hot water station on the floor and a kettle in the room. By far the best tasting coffee in Japan. My apologies but I raided the coffee and stashed in my bag. My wife and I enjoyed that coffee at the other 4 hotels we stayed. None of them had good coffee. Seventh, It poured rain on our second day but the hotel had complimentary umbrellas. Nice :) Eighth, The hotel is next door to the train station but you can't hear any noise. Ninth, did I mention that the bed was extremely comfortable and the coffee was oishii. Tenth, will go back again

O hotel fica muito perto da estação Monte Fuji/Fujisan. Quarto muito confortável, espaçoso e limpo. A recepção do hotel foi nota 10! Com certeza, me hospedaria novamente!
