The Rif - Boutique Hotel

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på the Rif under en kokhet julidag i Pisa; bemötande från Simone i receptionen var outstanding! Vi fick komma in i svalkan, fick bra tips om restaurang och bjöds även att sitta inomhus i AC i vår långa väntan på flyget. Mycket bra!

Overall the hotel was good. I stayed for New Years night. Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide a bottle of free Champagne and when I did meet the staff in the morning they were super nice.

Customer service was rubbish. My friends room was damp and smelt like fish. She was told to open the window. I definitely would not stay there again. Overpriced and a waste of money.

A very good stay at this hotel and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and the outside terrace is lovely. The location is very convenient to the nearest local station and to explore Pisa town (which is recommended) and the tourist area. Would highly recommend if you are exploring Pisa or want to take a trip to Florence or other areas of Tuscany as the transport networks are very efficient. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
