Found it for a great price and had a bus stop right outside. Also used spa service and it was amazing, accompanied by a late check out, would defo book again

Keine eigene Parkplätze! Wurde immer wenn ich darauf angesprochen habe mit gesagt das die Valet service haben, nur die sind dann auch um den block gefahren bis sie ein öffentliches Parkplatz gefunden haben!!! Sehr sehr enttäuscht!!!!!

We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and pool. Unfortunately there was no restaurant only one to serve breakfast!! The pool photo on the advertisement looked lovely, unfortunately it was surrounded by high walls, not much area for sun loungers it was only open from midday until 18.00pm. No one overseeing the uncontrolled noisy children etc.. unfortunately l didn’t take photo. It was advertised as disable friendly which was not so. 3 steps to get into hotel or very steep slopes either side not good at all.,

They tell you there is parking. This is a lie. There is none, even in the surrounding tiny streets.

Très propre. Conforme à la description, personnel accueillant et attentif. Soins de qualité au SPA. Seul petit bémol : l'information relative à l'ouverture de la piscine n'est pas suffisamment claire, elle était malheureusement fermée car elle n'ouvre qu'en saison.

The property is located in a good area, Konyaalti beach and Old town are walking distance. You do get to enjoy walking around as there is a lot to see from the locals. The hotel itself overall is good, from staff to food everything was okay. The Spa in the hotel was not that great and did overcharge but beside that the hotel facilities and prices were okay.

It was a good place to stay, breakfast was good and it was very clean and comfortable. On the improvement side, we had a car and the parking seems to be full - so be careful on this. We had to park in the side street and staff were not helpful, so we had to carry 2 big bags ourselves when checking out

The location of the hotel is central so you can can enjoy old part of Antalya on walk. Morning breakfast is adequate for everyone’s needs. There is a great view of the nearby mountains from the hotel. There aren’t any activities for the kids so families with young children will struggle. Carpark is about 5 mins walk away and you have to go through a ‘No Entry’ to enter the road. The receptionist will tell you to make the manoeuvre if there is no police. Parking is limited to 6-7 cars so you have to bet on your luck. TVs in the room only show a handful of Turkish channels. They are very old so you can’t plug in any Firestick/Roku/Chromecast to watch your media. Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels we have been to (we booked connecting family room which had capacity of upto 5 adults). Bathrooms are rudimentary with only one hook by the door. There are no other hooks or shelves which causes issues. Also, there is no water mat near the shower which results in the whole bathroom soaked when you get out of the shower.

I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay. The room was great, had everything I needed - I used the Spa as well and just had an excellent overall experience.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, das Personal immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war immer sauber & aufgeräumt, wenn ich zurück kam, danke hierfür an Fatma. 😊 Das Zimmer war super für den Preis und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Dusche ist groß und es kommt ein sehr guter Wasserstrahl raus. Die kostenlose Minibar hat gefehlt, aber es gab immerhin Wasser und Tee. Frühstück war auch super und für jeden war etwas dabei. Alles in einem, würde ich hier jederzeit wieder einchecken. 👍

Das Frühstück war täglich frisch. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Excellent stay for our family. Breakfast was hearty, healthy and plentiful. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Two tv’s was a plus for us and the children. Public hospital 4 minutes away so that was a lifesaver when our children got sick. All iconic tourist spots in walking distance and so were the choices of eateries on that route. Vale parking was included and this was a huge stress off our shoulders. Communication was clear and many languages spoken. It was all the small details that made our stay so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

They said parking included but there parking is worst and it’s not even by the hotel as it’s 2/3 blocks away, also if you park your car a bit inside, first they will have take out all the other cars out to get ur car out just horrible. while rooms were also not cleaned as the bad sheets were dirty as well, even the room walls were dirty where we stayed. Important horrible staffs in the reception, as we gave clothes for laundry at night as they said it will be ready by morning, but when I went to pick up the bag in the morning the bag was still there by reception as it wasn’t given out at night. And instead of accepting their staff mistake the manager started arguing with us and was like what can I do. Just horrible experience there, as I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. And because of all these problems we checked out a day early.

Wir hatten nach nur einer Nacht einen Ausschlag und uns wurde sowohl in der Apotheke also auch von der Rezeption gesagt es wäre eine allergische Reaktion. Als wir wieder angekommen sind hat uns die Ärztin bestätigt es waren Bettwanzen.

We stayed at this hotel, it is a center location. We would have given 5 star, but due to the fact that our sheets were not replaced for 7 days, we are giving "ONLY 3 STARS". Few employees are special: 1) Rashad from Reception is always nice, polite, hard working. 2) Ibrahim from Reception is always nice, polite, hardworking. 3) Sarkar from the Kitchen is always nice, polite, hardworking. 4) Rania, Mirchiban the Chef, Ahmed the waiter are nice, polite. 5) Also Lisa, Ondar, Ahmed, Mohamed, Omar are nice. *** We were staying in Room 5001. Room 5003 were very loud, too noisy and disrespectful guests. *** Rashad from the Reception was so nice, he went to request that they be quiet and respect others. It is important to check if the bedsheets and pillow cases are replaced every 2 days as our cleaning ladies "DID NOT REPLACE the BED SHEETS and PILLOW CASES FOR 7 DAYS !!!". We gave them tips BUT they DID NOT REPLACE OUR SHEETS FOR 7 DAYS !!! WE CAUGHT THEM LIE..

The two of us stayed four nights at Old Town Point Hotel and enjoyed the stay for the first three nights. The breakfast was superb, the rooms were newish and clean, and the cleaning crew was very friendly and helpful. We have traveled across Turkey quite a bit staying at various hotels and can confidently claim that this is one of the best hotels in its price range. What clouded our last night experience was the noise and vibration coming from an AC unit. The AC belonging to another room was placed right outside our room window. The noise was unbearable and we got very little sleep that night. Other than that this was a pleasant stay.

Men støyen fra trafikken var uutholdelig høy om natten og de tidlige morgentimene, så det trekker når det gjelder komforten. Frokostområdet var fullt rundt kl. 09.00 og nesten umulig å finne plass. Alt i alt et grei hotel for et par netter men ikke lenger opphold.

Oda temiz personel iyi kahvaltı güzeldi. Sadece iyi olmayan 6006 nolu odanın tam ortasında iki yatak arasındaki kocaman bir kolonun olması. Otoparkının olmaması. Otel güzel merkezi konumda.

The hotel is in great location but busy area. It’s very clean and it has an average buffet breakfast with lots of basic varieties. The rooms are not sound proof and you can easily hear your next door neighbors. The front facing rooms also get lots of traffic noise. The staff in general are dry and hardly see anyone smiling.

Lite dump med tanke på att vi bodde i ett familjerum. Rummet var mycket välstädat. Servicen på hotellet var däremot inte den bästa. Vi behövde kämpa för att få använda våra Gold-member fördelar. Detta var uppenbarligen något där det saknades rutiner för på hotellet. Vi hade också en fadäs där vi missat att hänga ut en skylt om att vi ville ha städning. Detta var givetvis vårt fel. Men när vi bad om en extra handduk och lite vatten tog det två påminnelser och en timmes väntan på att få det ordnat. Slutligen vill jag ge en varning för deras val av wifi-lösning. Den är inte stabil. Det gick bra första kvällen, men datorn hade svårt att koppla upp sig mot den vilket gjorde att jag under långa perioder var utan internet. Oftast krävdes det en omstart av datorn men även det var ingen garanti för att det skulle gå bra. Det gick bättre med våra telefoner men även när de var uppkopplade gick det långsamt. Hotellet erbjöd en helt okej frukost på morgonen. Det samlade intrycket är att jag har svårt att se att vi skulle välja samma hotell igen, men det beror uteslutande på hur dåligt internet fungerade. Mycket annat var mycket bra.

Otel resepsiyon çalışanları çok yardımcı oluyorlar ihtiyacınız olduğunda, çok erken giriş yapmamız gerektiğinde bile yardımcı oldular, odalar temiz ve kahvaltı mükemmel. Memnun kalmadığımız tek şey duvarların inceliğinden dolayı diğer odalarda kalanların gürültüsünü net duyuyorsunuz o nedenle gece uykusu zor olabiliyor.

Tv was another issue, very few English speaking channels which is ok but we asked 3 times for assistance with getting English subtitles for movies but each time no staff turned up to assist us. Breakfast buffet was great, wide choice and reception : restaurant staff were very friendly and polite.

這次在安卡拉的住宿體驗非常糟糕，提醒台灣旅客注意，除非沒有其他飯店，不然請務必避雷這家飯店： 1. 房型廣告不實：我們訂的三間標準房，中間都有一根大柱子，照片完全未顯示。 2. 非吸菸房卻充滿煙味(3006)：一開門就是濃烈菸味，員工否認並推責，還說「不喜歡可以找旅行社取消」。在我們堅持30分鐘後才勉強換房。 3. 設施老舊：隔音差、洗澡水忽冷忽熱、廁所無換氣、冷氣忽冷忽熱、沒有棉被，額外要毯子還要收10美金。 4. 服務態度差：員工不友善，甚至多次要求或暗示小費（每次5–10美金）。 雖然房價不高（一晚約100美金），但誠信、基本舒適與尊重才是最重要的。這間飯店不僅設施差，服務人員的態度更讓人懷疑是否針對亞洲旅客。建議三思再訂。

The AC compressors made a lot of noise during the night

We had a special request which we texted about that from Hotels.com but they didn't do anything. I think they might forgot. Hotel was not so good tbh. They merged 2 one person bed one 2 person bed which is not too comfortable. It was always slipping while we are sleeping. Hamam was not too clean all of the water pots were full with water. But massage was OK. Hamam crew was really friendly and makes us feel comfortable. But overall this hotel is not worth of it's price. We may choose again for their location if they give a discount next time. Internet was laggy we had some problem with our online meeting and we rushed out to a cafe. TV is really old btw we cannot even use Netflix or smth. Thank you for everythin afterall

4 women- had to stay a night with a clogged unsanitary toilet- in one room. Front desk manager was RUDE and refused to get us a plunger/ call a plumber saying it’s Saturday night- no one will come. Do as you please if you want to leave ( 9 pm-after a long day) , go ahead - Tgis was the response we got!!!

This hotel is an amazingly exceptional hotel. From clean rooms to helpful , kind staff especially Mr Onder and Mr Ibrahim, everything is perfect. Recommended hotel to everyone . The breakfast is also excellent, 10/10 . Would definitely come again if in the area.

Me and my family been stay in this hotel for three nights. This is the worst experience of my life. The staff are very rude. Limited space for breakfast limited time for the breakfast. Unhygienic no fresh food I wish I can give them less than one star.

Hotel personnel were very friendly and communication was great. Once arrived they met us and helped with our luggages. Breakfast was amazing and full of different kind of fresh food. Special thanks to the gentleman from the reception who arranged a taxi cab and carried our luggages to the taxi when we checked out. Flexible check in time was also convenient considering our flight was a late night flight. Thanks!

I would give zero star Evan less than zero if was possible for the staff for the receptionist who worked there it’s so disgusting rude 0 manners how to speak with the guests absolutely disgusting the receptionist is so rude so disrespecting the guest once the get your money and then they don’t care about anything , nothing was working on lots of rooms and I don’t know how they got a good reviews The hotel itself, it’s not too bad, but the stuff is really really bad. They need a lot improvements with their attitudes, manners, rudeness

Liked the location to almost everything

It was very much accessible to Restaurants, Shopping, Tram station and near to Beach.

Great location at the city centre. Amazing breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Although the room was clean and relatively recently updated, the hallway carpets were threadbare. Staff were friendly. Hotel was conveniently located to several dining options and the area was walkable.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants. Amazing breakfast.

I was ok for a downtown hotel. A bit noisy. The breakfast was excellent, however. The best during my whole trip to the country.

Tres bon hotel et rapport qualité prix ! Personnel de chambre au top ! Des viennoiseries au petit déjeuner serait les bienvenus ( et le jus en machine style poudre pas tip top sinon dans l’ensemble c’est correct)

The room was clean and fresh. There was a leak in the bathroom next to the toilet which didn’t bother us however one lady made a fuss rudely as floor mat got dirty obviously as wet floor from leak and wearing slippers outside you’re feet bound to be dirty which comes off as u enter the bathroom. Breakfast options limited for vegetarians. The reception staff could do with smiling a lot more. Looked miserable.
