This property offer 6 restaurants online but only 2-3 are working the entire property is under construction and lots of rust and old wood every where . Poor choices in food not much traditional food or tropical fruit everything is American style and basic

The location of this resort is amazing, all along the beach. Our room was right next to the lap pool and beach, great location. Most of the staff were super friendly, cocktails great. Sun loungers are a-plenty and comfy cushions. Good value for the money. Only negative was the lap pool being used as a kids pool often, and the food about 6/10 (typical for all inclusive). I would definitely visit again.

Thought the place was very clean and beautiful. Everyone was so nice but the resort was boring, had to leave just to be able to listen to some music and really feel like I was in the Caribbean.

I never leave reviews but this was needed first you can’t use the beach it’s full of seaweed. You have to take a shuttle bus that the hotel provides to another beach. When you get to that beach they charge you for everything. Why must I go to another beach when my hotel has a beach? And I paid for all inclusive? The shuttle only runs on certain days, and they take you at 10 and you return at 2. So if you wanna go to the beach on a day that the hotel doesn’t provide a shuttle. Either pay for an expensive cab or no beach. The beach is 20 mins away. The pools are very very small like backyard sized pools. Me and my wife thought it was funny the pictures online make the pool seem huge they are tiny. We didn’t use the pool our whole vacation. The rooms need to be overhauled immediately they are outdated. No room service at all after 11. On a good note the staff was very good though, and the food was very tasty as well. They don’t switch up the breakfast AT ALL same eggs and bacon for 5 days. And for lunch same 5 choices. Dinner menus switched nightly and again the food was good. Drinks was very good I would not recommend this hotel. Find a hotel that has a usable beach and a decent pool. There is no bar in the pool and at times seemed that the hotel was short staffed. TWICE during our week stay they forgot to makeup our room.

We had an amazing time at the resort.The resort was clean enough, well maintained; there was some construction noise, but nothing disruptive. There is no elevator, but each of the buildings are 3 or 4 storeyed so you don't really need one unless you need accommodations. There are few restaurants but not everything opens at all times so check the schedules. Amenities were good, only thing, bathroom lacked exhaust fans so we had to keep the windows slightly open for air circulation and humidity adjustment.We had an in room safe, mini bar(not pre stocked but that didn't matter since we could bring our drinks to room and stock it). We took the all inclusive and daved us trouble of walking around but if you like to explore places and try local, I'd suggest to go non inclusive. Breakfast and lunch were buffet with ample options, dinner is reservation only which you can make at any of the restaurants when you go for breakfast.Staff in general are nice and welcoming. There is pool, places to kayak and surf etc; other activities that require an instructor or special arrangements like snorkeling, scuba diving etc are not available at resort, however, available locally. Overall, we liked our stay and would recommend it.

The hotel was very well layout out, we were received warmly by the staff and treated very well. The hotel is very cleaned and spacious with an adult only area. We wanted a quiet vacation and this is what we got. Thanks Sea Breeze.

This was a beautiful beach property and a comfortable room. We had an issue with a discrepancy in the number of beds advertised prearrival which was the fault of Expedia that they were forced to rectify. Highly recommend calling the hotel prior to booking to confirm all information. Property was excellent overall but could use some tweaking like better quality beach chairs and some of the staff seemed a little overworked. Also note there is no spa and the gym is sad.

The hotel was incredibly dirty everywhere—the rooms, common areas, and restaurants were full of cockroaches, and even a rat jumped from the garden into the lobby. The hotel staff was extremely disrespectful, treating us terribly, with everyone showing a bad attitude. We’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel. On top of that, the price is way too high for what the hotel offers. The infrastructure is horrible, with no maintenance; everything is outdated and neglected. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, the power went out several times, and the food—oh, the food—was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, from breakfast to dinner. Honestly, this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money going there—you’ll leave feeling incredibly disappointed. We couldn’t even bear to stay another day and had to move to a different hotel. I truly hope they improve someday, but it’s unbelievable how bad everything was. All the taxis was super rude too , everything was awfull.

Our stay at the Seabreeze Beach House in Barbados was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. On our very first day, there was no running water. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, roaches were present, and the food was terrible. This resort is not safe—the showers are not slip-proof, and my young son slipped and fell due to the dangerously slick tiles. The staff and atmosphere made it clear that they cater primarily to European guests and show little regard for guests of color. The service, cleanliness, and overall quality were unacceptable. This was by far the worst vacation experience we’ve ever had. Please save your time, money, and peace of mind—skip this resort and book elsewhere.

The room was spotless. Staff were so pleasant - every single person I came in contact with. The food was far better than I expected, for a resort, so good I would rate it a 5 stars - extremely flavorful, l felt as though I was eating a a great home-cooked meal at a relatives home. The property itself was well kept and very clean. I can't wait to return!!!

Staff at this hotel were beyond friendly and they did everything they possibly could to make your stay amazing. On the other hand, the rooms were disgusting housekeeping would never come to clean and if they did come, they would take your towels and not leave new ones. Our toilet was broken our whole trip - wake up to puddles in our bathroom, we had no hot water one day. There was limited food, it you missed breakfast you had no options till lunch. No snacks in between - food was completely done by 11 PM. really not an all inclusive if you ask me. The best was they would run out of towels at the beach around noon and you had to wait 2 hrs for towels!

Honestly, in my entire life, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Zero value for money and the WORST SERVICE on earth. Every negative review on Trip Advisor is true, do not ignore it like me. The staff need intense training on hospitality. Housekeeping is a joke. For a beach hotel, how do you not think to sweep? Guest services shouldn't you smile? Why is a room dirty at 4:00pm? The attitude and incompetence is shocking and they do NOT care, they really think they are doing you a favour. I leave today and I couldn't be happier. I am so exhausted to list everything. A room even got flooded and before my family got another room? Lord. If you are reading this please take my advice and book another hotel please. You will regret staying and Sea Breeze Hotel. Inept.

The staff here were all so lovely and helpful! Service always delivered with a smile. Room was clean and housekeeping came every day without request. Property wasn’t super noisy so you can relax And have good nights rest and even enjoy a nap. Staff remember you by name and are super accommodating. Erin at reception was super sweet! Dakari was very helpful and so was Timothy. Damian and Chrisohn were great vibes and make sure you’re having a great time! There was one other front desk girl who I really liked but unfortunately I forgot her name. Shannon was always singing and smiling. Marcia remembers your omelet order for breakfast! The beach was nice and the waves weren’t choppy I enjoyed a nice sailboat ride on the property. The pools aren’t so big but there are 3 pools to enjoy including the adults only pool, although kids were around but still was enjoyable. Dinner and breakfast were pretty good although the lunch options weren’t my favorite I did like the loaded fries and shrimp Cesar salad. The glass shower didn’t have a closing which kind of annoyed because the floor would get super wet but other than that the room was great. I would definitely come back to this resort and recommend. Solo travel and family friendly! You will have a great time!

The Hotel was not at all what we expected for a "four star hotel". Boring, not enough entertainment. We had no hot water, they calling themselves fixing it, it lasted long enough for 1 shower. Ants in room and bed! The food was mediocre, same stuff everyday. We had to beg for towels. Hotels.com exaggerated the information about this hotel. I want be using you people again. Never going back to Barbados. That Hotel should be rated 3 star. We were also told that our bill was paid in full. When we got there, surprise! We found out that we had only paid the deposit. Then the put a hold on my credit card for $250. I was ok with that, as it is customary for hotel. The problem is, they charged me the hold fee twice on my credit card. Then even though I explain to them that a passenger died on our flight from Miami to Barbados, so we had to be re-routed to Puerto Rico for the night stay. they refuse to credit us for the one night we missed staying there. If it had been our fought I could understand it, but this was an unforeseen occurrence. Never again!

My spouse and I vacation a couple of times a year, and despite many trips, this is the first time we’ve felt compelled to write a review. Our stay had several issues. The AC unit made a loud, persistent noise, and the toilet broke early on, remaining unrepaired despite multiple calls to maintenance. Shower pressure was low for four days, and we had no hot water for three. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often re-hanging our used towels rather than replacing them. Dining was the biggest disappointment. Most meals were buffet-style, with flies swarming the food, which made dining unenjoyable and unsanitary. Aqua Terra’s menu was supposed to be available elsewhere but never was, and Cerulean’s menu was limited. When we asked to transfer to their sister resort, we were told we’d face a $1,900 penalty, and management was dismissive, saying, “You had a choice, and you chose Sea Breeze.” The ocean views were beautiful, and the staff was kind, but the lack of management response and food hygiene left us feeling disappointed.

Upon arrival room was not ready we waited until 4:30 pm for the room. When we asked if there was any upgrade on the room available since it was a VIP hotel they said all the rooms were full. Upon entering our room they placed us in a building with no elevator access and we were traveling with a 5 year old they placed us at the third floor. I asked if there was any possibility of a different room since I had a child and going three floors up and down was not convenient. They said they could give us a room with elevator access but we had to pay $200 extra the night. Meaning they did have rooms empty they just wanted us to pay for the ‘vip’ upgrade. They made Dinner reservations without consulting us, not the restaurant nor the time. Food was mediocre and bad quality with only exception the cerulean restaurant their food was great. The drinks were good. With a few exceptions most of the staff was not attentive and seemed bothered by questions or having to explain the menu. I will not be back

We thoroughly enjoyed being at Sea Breeze. This hotel is very relaxing and enjoyed the privacy of having our own beach. The white sand is soft without any rocks as some beaches. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Loved having the ocean view from our room. I think all rooms there have ocean views. Can’t beat that ! The food was good and enjoyed the barbecue on the beach. Breakfast options were plentiful but hoped they would offer non pork products as well for those who do not eat pork. The pumpkin fritters were amazing and really loved their local cakes for breakfast. Thanks to the wonderful lady at the omelette station. Happy Belated birthday !! Also enjoyed the cocktail hour and liked talking to Allison , Jared and the manager who tried their best to make us feel comfortable. Also thank you Joaquon for being tons of laughter to the cocktail hour. I definitely did enjoy those chicken wings Joaquon !! Also thank you to David, Javon and other dinner staff for your service. We had a 5 night stay at the Sea Breeze hotel on the south coast of Barbados in early September. There was a variety of restaurants for the size of the resort (Mahogany, Aqua Terra, Cerulean and several outdoor cafes). In the morning, the omelette/egg bar was really nice. The lunch time buffet was really good too. Lots of local flavours in the foods offered there. The Tipsy Tuesday dinner was a nice relaxed atmosphere where you could try some local cuisine. Our room (junior deluxe oceanfront suite) was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It was decorated with bright Caribbean inspired colours and themes. The bed was very comfy and we couldn’t here our neighbours which was fantastic! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every night we were there. The beach was amazing. There was a gradual slope into the ocean, with gentle swells and waves. We spent quite a few hours swimming in the ocean and felt very safe. We also got to take out kayaks and paddle out to the area with reefs. The staff were, for the most part, friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing relaxing vacation at the Sea Breeze Hotel.

The staff here were all so lovely and helpful! Service always delivered with a smile. Room was clean and housekeeping came every day without request. Property wasn’t super noisy so you can relax And have good nights rest and even enjoy a nap. Staff remember you by name and are super accommodating. Erin at reception was super sweet! Dakari was very helpful and so was Timothy. Damian and Chrisohn were great vibes and make sure you’re having a great time! There was one other front desk girl who I really liked but unfortunately I forgot her name. Shannon was always singing and smiling. Marcia remembers your omelet order for breakfast! The beach was nice and the waves weren’t choppy I enjoyed a nice sailboat ride on the property. The pools aren’t so big but there are 3 pools to enjoy including the adults only pool, although kids were around but still was enjoyable. Dinner and breakfast were pretty good although the lunch options weren’t my favorite I did like the loaded fries and shrimp Cesar salad. The glass shower didn’t have a closing which kind of annoyed because the floor would get super wet but other than that the room was great. I would definitely come back to this resort and recommend. Solo travel and family friendly! You will have a great time!

Honestly, in my entire life, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Zero value for money and the WORST SERVICE on earth. Every negative review on Trip Advisor is true, do not ignore it like me. The staff need intense training on hospitality. Housekeeping is a joke. For a beach hotel, how do you not think to sweep? Guest services shouldn't you smile? Why is a room dirty at 4:00pm? The attitude and incompetence is shocking and they do NOT care, they really think they are doing you a favour. I leave today and I couldn't be happier. I am so exhausted to list everything. A room even got flooded and before my family got another room? Lord. If you are reading this please take my advice and book another hotel please. You will regret staying and Sea Breeze Hotel. Inept.

This was literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at because of the staff! Everybody was super welcoming, accommodating, personal, friendly and helped out with any enquiries possible. We were a party of 5 and included 3 generations of our family so it was important that everybody felt comfortable and relaxed. Where could I start - with the warmest welcome to start with, concierge services that went way above and beyond of any help I have ever received (special thanks to Deniko!!!! he was amazing) to the beautiful rooms and the best oceanfront view I have ever seen (we had 2 bedroom oceanfront hotel room). The food was incredible - we literally couldn't wait for the breakfast to start to enjoy this hospitality (and really enjoyed chef making the omelettes on the go). The pools were great including a kids friendly pool and the ocean was incredible with some amazing trampolines in the water. The dinner had plenty of options and we enjoyed Cerulean restaurant so much that I even ordered same dishes a couple of nights in a row. Barmen were friendly and innovative mixing rum cocktails based on my favourite flavours (I ended up ordering many melon flavoured rum cocktails which were just delicious). Overall I can recommend this hotel to anybody who loves the beauty of Barbados and the hospitality. We have never been happier in one place and will always be grateful to the staff. Would return in a heartbeat!

The customer service experience exceeded my expectations!!! My guest services ambassador Fabian was outstanding. He personalized my needs during my stay which contributed to an exceptional experience. Over amazing agents were Jerome, Karen, Kemalla, Torisha. There was one other youngman who delivered the birthday balloons.... I forgot his name. I would definitely visit this resort again!!!

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in the Caribbean. Many of the staff are dour, ignore you until you actually ask for some service and then the service does not come with a smile. The hotel is all inclusive. When we were shown to our 2 bedroom suite, the man who showed us the room explained what we had in the room, including snacks and a mini bar. He said it would all be replenished each day. We drank the bottle of Prosecco from our fridge and expected it to be replaced; we even confirmed with him that the Prosecco would be replaced. When it was not replaced my girlfriend called reception to ask for it to be replaced and was told “we’ll get back to you”… no-one ever got back to us. I went down to the bar to ask for a bottle and was told that the Prosecco was never replenished. The same went for the crisps etc, we could buy more from the gift shop. We were paying over £780 per night for all inclusive. Late check out, sadly not possible but we understood. The departure luggage store is a cupboard that is stacked full of unused furniture, rolled up carpets and other cardboard boxes; it is neither locked nor guarded. It is about 10 metres from the public road. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world with somewhere secure to leave luggage. The receptionist offered that I could speak to the manager. I was told the manager would see me in 15 mins. After 30 minutes, no show. After an hour no show. Typical of the disdain this hotel has for their guests.

I stayed at theSea Breeze for 1.5 weeks with my wife and two children to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. While the bar/restaurant staff are great, management could care less about their guests. I really dislike complaining about issues unless they are significant. We had issues with the room including the A/C not work properly in 30 degree weather. I approached the staff several times but they brushed us off. Then I approached management. The manager could care less that we were staying at his hotel for almost 2 weeks for our 15 year anniversary. He did not even promise to fix the issue and/or provide us with a new room. When I asked him if that is how he intended to manage the situation, he said yes. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor, don't waste $10k staying at a resort where the management does not appreciate you and your family. Go elsewhere. On a final note, their wifi was terrible the entire trip.

We needed a place to relax and this was it! Everything taken care of with may drink and dining options all very close the room. Fantastic ocean views from the balcony and located right on the beach! Very quiet place to enjoy rest and relaxation. Highly recommended if that is your goal while on vacation!

The entire staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Always pleasant and friendly. Property was a good size. Food options were very good. Only downside was the surf was pretty rough for most of the week.

The locations of the buildings on the property were excellent. Everything faced the ocean and there as no more than a 4 or 5 minute walk between the furtherest buildings.

The location of this resort is amazing, all along the beach. Our room was right next to the lap pool and beach, great location. Most of the staff were super friendly, cocktails great. Sun loungers are a-plenty and comfy cushions. Good value for the money. Only negative was the lap pool being used as a kids pool often, and the food about 6/10 (typical for all inclusive). I would definitely visit again.

We chose this resort for a destination wedding here and we extended our stay to make it into a vacation and that was the best decision we made. The staff at Sea Breeze went above and beyond to make that wedding and the reception absolutely stunning with a gorgeous ocean backdrop. Anyone considering doing a wedding in Barbados should consider this resort because this was one of the most beautiful weddings I've attended. Every day from morning to night the food is exceptional and beyond delicious. You need to make a reservation for dinner each night and so we tried out each one. The Mahogany Lounge is where they serve the buffet style food for breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. Cerulean is fine dining, so you need to dress up for it. Food was good but unfortunately small. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Bathroom functionality was probably my only complaint since the bathroom door didn’t fit properly and was hiding the light switches plus the lack of a completely closed shower makes a mess with the water. Try out the complimentary hobie cat, a small private catamaran that can take maybe 2-4 people with the staff member who takes you around the ocean for about 30-45 minutes. The staff members made this experience so amazing and is the main reason why we would want to come back. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We felt so spoiled and can’t wait to go back but hoping to come back with a crew of people that we’ve been bragging to.

We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even surprised our family with a small celebration for our son’s early 1st birthday, which meant a lot to us. The kitchen and dining team, as well as the kids’ centre teachers, were always smiling, kind, and genuinely engaging. The ocean was stunning with its clear blue/emerald water and soft white sand. Dining was first-class — we were especially impressed by the seafood night featuring all-you-can-eat boiled lobster! The Saturday night entertainment, particularly the fire show, was fantastic and kept even our young children captivated. Overall, it’s a very cozy, family-friendly resort that we’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Barbados.

The room was spotless. Staff were so pleasant - every single person I came in contact with. The food was far better than I expected, for a resort, so good I would rate it a 5 stars - extremely flavorful, l felt as though I was eating a a great home-cooked meal at a relatives home. The property itself was well kept and very clean. I can't wait to return!!!

Overall this resort is average. Pros Beach: the beach area was beautiful Rooms: the room was beautiful and clean. Cleaned daily Cons Food: Very limited dining options. There was only one restaurant for breakfast, which served the same limited buffet everyday (omelet station, assorted pastries, fruit, baked beans, baked tomatoes, pancakes, and some sort of breakfast meat). The breakfast food was bland and didn't always look fresh. For lunch also limited options. Dinner only had 3 restaurants that you need reservations for but they weren't all available every night. The food for dinner was slightly better but nothing outstanding. The drinks were also average. Service: the service was hit or miss. Majority of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several seemingly disgruntled staff members that seemed put off or annoyed when we'd ask for something. There also seemed to be a shortage of servers for meals. Smoking: this is a nonsmoking resort with designated smoking sections, however the smoking sections are right in the MIDDLE of everything! Sitting on the beach there were 2 smoking sections right above so we were frequently smelling smoke around the resort. Entertainment: limited options for things to do at night. There was some dancers one night with a very loud DJ and a beach party another night. The DJ was horrible, he totally killed the party they were trying to have.

My spouse and I vacation a couple of times a year, and despite many trips, this is the first time we’ve felt compelled to write a review. Our stay had several issues. The AC unit made a loud, persistent noise, and the toilet broke early on, remaining unrepaired despite multiple calls to maintenance. Shower pressure was low for four days, and we had no hot water for three. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often re-hanging our used towels rather than replacing them. Dining was the biggest disappointment. Most meals were buffet-style, with flies swarming the food, which made dining unenjoyable and unsanitary. Aqua Terra’s menu was supposed to be available elsewhere but never was, and Cerulean’s menu was limited. When we asked to transfer to their sister resort, we were told we’d face a $1,900 penalty, and management was dismissive, saying, “You had a choice, and you chose Sea Breeze.” The ocean views were beautiful, and the staff was kind, but the lack of management response and food hygiene left us feeling disappointed.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly. The location and views are absolutely gorgeous, but I would rate the property as average. The property needs updating- infrastructure and interior. Guests need more access to food. Cutters were the only option outside of restaurant hours and when we went for them, none were available for us . No restaurants available from 10:30AM 12:30 PM, only cutters (pre-made sandwiches). Which were late and limited. After 9PM, there is no food service available. They say cutters are available, but there were no cutters available when we went for them. Alcohol is served until 1AM, but not food. I recommend Sea Breeze add a grill option for those that don't want whats on the dinner menu, or just need to eat later, especially if you are still drinking. There were no snack options and no room service. So if you didn’t eat at the restaurant during your reservation (or had early reservations like we did) afterwards you were limited to cutters, if they were available, and for us they were not. We had a great time in Barbados, but there were times we felt hungry during our stay, that was the frustrating part.
