The managers of the property were fantastic! The room was small but met our needs. The pipes are very loud and the water gurgles in our room when the neighbours use their bathroom. The proximity is quite close to the other rooms so you hear everyone coming and going at all hours. The street is noisy during the nights as this is when the maintenance crews work and garbage is collected by 5am. The roads are mostly 1 way so the “beep beep beep” of the trucks backing up is loud if you are a light sleeper. The bed was comfy, AC was wonderful after long days of walking. The hotel is close to a lot of major attractions so walking is very convenient. You can eat at a variety of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location near the colosseum,quiet and easy to get around. Bring your own toiletries. Illaria is an amazing host. She is responsive and very helpful. If you are arriving at the Rome airport I recommend asking her to schedule a pick up. She works with Dario who was perfect.

I stayed in the "Diana" room. The small room is perfect for a solo traveler! The small closet and mini fridge served their purpose and the bed was very comfortable, not too hard or soft. The bathroom was very clean with a nice size shower and hot water. Really appreciated the bathroom night light sensor that keeps you from 'bumping around' in the dark. The unexpected bonus in the bathroom was a towel warming rack!

Otel çok temizdi lokasyonu çok iyiydi her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz özellikle Kolezyum‘un yakınındaydı 7 dakikada yürüyerek gittik ev sahibi de çok ilgiliydi.

If you are going to Rome this guest house is a great bargain compared to many other hotels in the area. I especially want to recommend using the car service available through the guest house. Dario picked us up from the airport drove us to the guest house made sure we were able to get into the building and to our room. He then drove us to the port for our cruise and took us to the airport after the cruise. He is very professional, an excellent driver and his rates are very competitive with other shuttle services. He made our time in Rome much more relaxing because we knew we could count on him being there.
