Excellent hotel, amazing. Rooms were great - spacious and clean. We travelled as a family of four with two kids aged 9 and 11. Good pool, kids loved the buffet, very helpful staff. Short drive to the main restaurant area but parking at the hotel is easy if you've got a car.

Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff, breakfast cooked items to order not left out. The view from my balcony was stunning across at the bay, rooms spacious, heated pool, comfy sun loungers, nice restaurant across road called aqua bistro with good food and others along road, would highly recommend this hotel, I had a great stay and would go back.

Loved our stay here, pool was quiet and plenty of sunbeds available. Bar/food was very well priced and convenient. Staff were very attentive and polite, couldn't fault the place.

Il nome dall'hotel deriva da una tomba antica ma era tutt'altro che un loculo, le stanze sono davvero ampie, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Per il resto siamo rimasti delusi, ci aspettavamo di più dalle immagini reperite su internet. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza vista mare, ma il mare si vedeva solo in lontananza da un angolo del balcone. La struttura non ci é parsa molto curata, i corridoi sono sempre molto sporchi e non venivano riforniti i bagnoschiuma. Anche la colazione andrebbe migliorata poiché ha una proposta molto limitata e ripetitiva

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auf unser Zimmer gebracht, wo uns eine kleine persönliche Willkommen-Notiz und ein Obstteller erwartet hat. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln von seitlichen Meerblick/Poolblick auf direkten Meerblick- sehr schöne Aussicht und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist ok für 2 Nächte, könnte bequemer sein. Die Sauberkeit war leider mittelmäßig, sehr schmutzige Fenster, die jungen Damen vom Putzteam haben allgemein leider keinen so guten Job gemacht. Aber das sehr nette anderweitige Personal hat uns darüber hinwegsehen lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überdurchschnittlich gut, tolle Auswahl, liebevoll und appetitlich angerichtet, sehr gute Kaffeespezialitäten. Top. Großer Parkplatz, mit dem Auto ist man zB schnell am Kaputas Beach. Die hübsche Stadt ist auch im die Ecke. Hat uns gut gefallen

Otelde tüm detaylar ince ince düşünülmüş. Oda dizaynı, kişisel bakım ürünleri, yatak konforu hepsi çok güzeldi. Kalkan'da olduğumuz gün hava yağmurlu olduğu için çoğunlukla odada vakit geçirdik. Otel odasında gibi hissetmedik. Çok temizdi adeta evimizde gibiydik. Kahvaltı için ayrı bir başlık açmam lazım :) Dışarından bile kahvaltıya gelinir. Ürünler o kadar kaliteliydi. Bildiğiniz açık büfe ortalam ürünlerini unutun. Gerçek lezzetlerin tadını çıkarın. Manzara beklentiniz yoksa hiç tereddüt etmeden rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz.

Our room was perfect in terms of having a double bed and a day bed. We loved the pool and the location of the hotel. It is just outside the main busy centre of Kalkan but within easy walking distance as the town is small but full of restaurants. We were delighted at its proximity to Korsan which is a delicious restaurant. We had issues with the a/c in our bedroom which was a great shame as it was very hot. Staff helpful but little they could do and we had to change rooms late in the evening one night to stay cool. We will definitely come back.

Our second time at the Payava and we stayed in one of the new loft rooms and it was fabulous, lovely sea view and very spacious room. Great pool and friendly staff, even got suprise birthday cake in our room. Would definitely recommend staying at the Payava.

The hotel is in a great location in Kalkan. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a balcony with a beautiful view. There was construction going in during our stay and certain items seemed unfinished. There were no lights in one part of the hallway on our floor and a small leak in our bathroom from the shower, which was great as far as water pressure, etc. Plugs and other small details in the room were not Well conceived. The free tote bag was a great addition. Breakfast was good but not great in comparison so many of the other places we stayed in Turkey. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Unser Zimmer lag vis àvie von Bar/Restaurant, von da laute Musik bis in die Nacht dröhnte. Im Badezimmer roch es nach Kanalisation. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hingegen der Service eher unaufmerksam und öfters am Handy. Wir haben zweimal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Die Mahlzeit war köstlich! Hingegen der Kaffee am Morgenbuffet und auch aus der Kaffeemaschine wässrig war.

Fab property, well located and with exemplary staff. Definitely exceeded our expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice … centre of town was a good 20 minute walk … yes it is hilly in places but we enjoyed the walking … taxis are very available if walking is too much. Pool was clean with sun beds always available and generally a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location in Kalkan. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a balcony with a beautiful view.
