Excellent property to stay in downtown Cincinnati. Walking distance to many restaurants. No free parking, but we did pay only $6 to park overnight in the parking garage behind the hotel.

Comfortable hotel with modern styling in the center of downtown. Easy walking distance to everything (restaurants, trolley stop, baseball, football, river park and TQL soccer stadium). The room with king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette was quite spacious. Breakfast was typical affair. Downstairs recreational area was exceptionally spacious with pool table, foosball, lots of seating and tv viewing areas for lounging outside of the room. Valet was quick and easy.

The property is great, and centrally located. The young lady Tanisha was friendly with a great personality at arrival, she tended to all our request in a timely manner. The lounge area and pool were amazing.

The staff and services were AMAZING! Everyone was friendly, and the rooms were clean and exactly as pictured and described. The game room was fun! My wife and I played pool and listened to music and had a great time! The down side is parking. You can Valet for 40$/night or you can park 2.5 blocks away and walk. When you have suitcases, luggage, backpacks, etc., the walk can be fun. And the way back too with all of it. I can say that’s the only real negative. The exercise room is pretty good. All in all, it’s 4.5 stars for me. If they fix the parking issue l, it’s a solid 5!

Only 1 elevator is working….waiting for long periods up and down. Paid for valet, but the valet couldn’t drive a manual shift. I had to walk 2 blocks and up 3 flights to parking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was a great option everyday to start our day. Easy parking next door if you don’t valet. Pool, gym, and game room with foosball and billards. Easy trolly and bus stops close by. Very walkable during the day. Lots of restaurants and options within a few blocks walk. Nice room. Good Air Conditioning.

The rooms are decent size for a downtown location in a big city. Nice beds and good water pressure. The suites are nice to have if you are staying a while. TVs have an option to log in to a few streaming services which is a nice feature. The self park option is comparable to other properties and it seemed easy to get in and out when needed although we walked most places. There are rentable scooters and bikes all over the downtown area. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast which has rotating options including some really tasty ham and cheese croissants! (I take this over a free cookie any day!) The pool is a bit small but is heated and didn't seem busy during our stay. The gym is larger than I expected and has all the basics. Front desk and valet staff were all very lovely and helpful. Color printing is available behind the front desk in small amounts. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved the location of this hotel and the outside. It was a beautiful hotel inside and out. If only the floor was clean, my review would be perfect. My 2 year old had black feet after walking barefoot around the room and the shower floor was full of hair when we got there. There was also “residue” on the toilet seat from #2 if you get my drift that I had to clean off myself. Not sure it had been cleaned in a while. We went to a reds game and took the street car there and back and it was easy to do. The staff was excellent and was really nice every time we came in. I just wish the floor & bathroom had been cleaner :( the bed was really comfortable as well. We would stay here again but with socks lol we also loved the big refrigerator and the fact papa John’s was right next to the hotel.

Room size was great, hotel area walkable. Didn’t like that the glasses in cupboards were dirty, and had to run dishwasher just to trust to use anything after that. Clearly fingerprints and lip marks on glasses- all four. Not a single disposable cup anywhere. That was a real turn off, and causes one to question the cleanliness of the entire room.

Visually, we were very pleased with the hotel. The disappointment came with how terribly dirty the floors were. Our socks/feet were black from walking around in the room. After a shower, I walked to the bed and, other than a few steps to the bathroom during the night, I woke the next morning to rinse off and could see black rinsing off my feet in the shower. Other than that, I was surprised with how rude/cold the lady was at my initial checkin. Again, we liked the look and feel of the place…it just needs a regular mop and vacuum in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly. However the room wasn’t as clean as I’d like. We noticed right before bed that one of the sheets was not clean. When we asked for the sheets to be changed the next day, the front desk said they would, but no one ever came. In fact, no one came to service our room at all. I never saw any housekeeping during the three days we were there. Aside from lack of cleanliness it was good?

We really like the hotel, the room, the service, almost everything. The only one detail was that the cleaning staff forgot to take out the trash from the previous guest, so even when the room and bathroom seem pretty clean that little mistake can make you doubtful

Check-in and valet were good. Upon entering the room and stowing our sodas and snacks, we discovered leftovers from prior quests were still in the fridge. After unpacking discovered the shower did not function. We then made a call to have the shower fixed. After 45 minutes, we were moved to another room. The upgraded room was clean, however, it was a corner room and the "black-out" curtains do not cancel out the light at night. The pool was "cold" not freezing, however, could have been several degrees warmer. The coffee provided is weak and the sweetener & creamer packets were hard. Take-aways, 1. Bring your own coffee. 2. Don\'t expect much from breakfast. 3. Light sleepers will hear everything outside. 4. Pool is shallow, 3\'6" max,

Absolutely beautiful room and hotel overall. Staff awesome. The noise at night was crazy! People yelling at bar next door. Tires squealing. Sounded like street racing going on. If the outside noise could be cancelled out this place would be all 10’s.

Did not sleep for 3 nights due to horrific noise from street and all the racing cars, motorcycles, loud people at wee hours of the morning along with police being called on more than one occasion. Sofa bed was not real bed, no mattress & hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. No sound proofing in walls, as if we were outside all night.

If you are looking for a room that has some amenities like a full service kitchen, this is a great place. The staff is friendly and it's quiet inside...though if you have a city view, the streets of Cincinnati are pretty loud late night (not the hotel's fault however). Overall, a nice place to stay!

(I take this over a free cookie any day!) The pool is a bit small but is heated and didn't seem busy during our stay. The gym is larger than I expected and has all the basics. Front desk and valet staff were all very lovely and helpful. Color printing is available behind the front desk in small amounts. I would stay here again without hesitation.

After unpacking discovered the shower did not function. We then made a call to have the shower fixed. After 45 minutes, we were moved to another room. The upgraded room was clean, however, it was a corner room and the "black-out" curtains do not cancel out the light at night. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, even though we weren't there very long and were only in the hotel to sleep. We came to drop our kiddo off at college for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the staff were PHENOMENAL! The only drawback, and it really wasn't that big of an issue... it was really noisy on Saturday night. Motorcycles and cars were loud. The GM has complained to the city, but not sure they can do much about it. I wear earplugs so it did not bother me so much but I could hear it. We were also up on the sixth floor so that helped. Overall, I would stay here again, and tried to book again this weekend but it's full. Love the staff here most of all!

Concierge could not have been better. They allowed us to store our bags so we did not have to carry them around Downtown all day. Very kind and friendly staff all around. We parked our car with the valet and the area was very walkable, close to public transit.

I want to mention Matea, that worked the front desk when we checked in and was there for the evening. She was so friendly and super sweet!! And the valet guys were so nice, when we dropped off the car and picked it up. Very pleased! Will stay again, when we come to downtown Cincinnati. Thank you!!

I called to see if I check in early on the day of my check in. I was told no because they were booked the night before. I said fine but wasn’t told that I had a deadline of when I could check in. When I got there at 11:40pm I was told my room was canceled and was given to another guest. No rooms were available. The front desk person only has so much power and so many resources he can pull from. With no response from any of his upper managers and the timing of another guest checking out at almost 2am, he cleaned that room himself and gave us that room. How my room was canceled is still a mystery. I was still fully charged for my room and at no point in my stay did any of the daytime managers apologize for what happened the night before. No comps, no discounts, no anything. All hotels in the area were full booked too. So if it wasn’t for that random guest checking out when they did I’m not sure what the end result would have been.

We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …. Sofa didnt fit our height and one of us ended up sleeping on the floor which we definitely didnt sign up for. Will never be returning for this service. Terrible

Comfortable hotel with modern styling in the center of downtown. Easy walking distance to everything (restaurants, trolley stop, baseball, football, river park and TQL soccer stadium). The room with king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette was quite spacious. Breakfast was typical affair. Downstairs recreational area was exceptionally spacious with pool table, foosball, lots of seating and tv viewing areas for lounging outside of the room. Valet was quick and easy.

If you are looking for a room that has some amenities like a full service kitchen, this is a great place. The staff is friendly and it's quiet inside...though if you have a city view, the streets of Cincinnati are pretty loud late night (not the hotel's fault however). Overall, a nice place to stay!

The hotel is in a convenient location in downtown Cincinnati. All of the events downtown are walkable. We felt safe the entire trip. There are two areas of concerns. The first is the valet parking was not really available as multiple cars were stacked up in front of the hotel waiting for service that did not appear to work with any sense of urgency or efficiency. Fortunately, there is a parking garage next door that did work well and was much less expensive. Secondly, the traffic noise at night was significant. Apparently, some of the locals like to cruise loud cars and motorcycles downtown on the weekend.

Great hotel if you are going to the Reds game. It’s in walking distance to the stadium. Uber isn’t expensive from the hotel to anywhere Newport KY. If you have to park I recommend parking at The Phoenix. It’s only 1 1/2 blocks away. It’s $9 a night

We loved the location of this hotel and the outside. It was a beautiful hotel inside and out. If only the floor was clean, my review would be perfect. My 2 year old had black feet after walking barefoot around the room and the shower floor was full of hair when we got there. There was also “residue” on the toilet seat from #2 if you get my drift that I had to clean off myself. Not sure it had been cleaned in a while. We went to a reds game and took the street car there and back and it was easy to do. The staff was excellent and was really nice every time we came in. I just wish the floor & bathroom had been cleaner :( the bed was really comfortable as well. We would stay here again but with socks lol we also loved the big refrigerator and the fact papa John’s was right next to the hotel.

Great location. Close to connector which runs for free from the Banks area to Findlay Market. The hotel has a great breakfast. Rooms are not cleaned daily, unless requested. But even after a request for a basic clean (trash, towels, and beds made) they only left clean towels.

My family and I came to Cincinnati for a Reds game. We stayed 1 night here and we were very impressed. The staff, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

The location of the property was excellent! The staff was wonderful the room was immaculate! Check-in process was so easy and the gentleman that checked me and let me know everything that was going on around town the best dining, where to park etc. Would love the room the bed was so comfortable! They do offer a free continental breakfast. I was not impressed with the breakfast 😔 but I'm thankful they had waffles that turned out pretty good the sausage was gross in the scrambled eggs very very gross. But I did have an option of fruit hard boiled eggs cereal and muffins. I want to go to the doctor's I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Overall it was good, what prevented 5 stars was 1.) the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable and narrower than a regular king size. 2.) the windows didn’t seem well insulated and we heard a lot of street noise.
