Well maintained properties and very comfortable. We loved that every unit had their own firepit and chairs around it. Next year we won't come during bike week, very noisy and annoying. I believe without the motorcycles it's the perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. It was quiet, safe, well maintained. We appreciated the private parking space and the screened in front porch. The pool was very nice but it was too warm to really refresh, but that's not within their control. Its the perfect distance to Ocean City, without the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. Its also very central to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and souvenir stores. Out only complaint is the communication. Nobody is on site to speak to, and when you call the number you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. One day we were there the smoke alarms in our unit were going off and we called and left 2 messages about it and nobody called back. We ended up leaving and coming back a couple hours later and they were no longer going off.

This little gated community of cottages is amazing. It’s such a quiet little place with a nice clean pool and laundry access. The gm Brooks and super intendant Josh are very welcoming and super helpful. Also only 10 minute drive from boardwalk/ beach. Definitely recommend this place !!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay. The screened front porch was great and the outside seating. I wish I knew there was only one parking spot since we had two cars, however that was minor. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to stay here and we will be back!

Nice place. Pool was dirty when we arrived but they had it cleaned up. We never used the pool. Management not on site which was odd to us.

The accommodations were broken down and worn out. The handle kept falling off of the front door, the walls were all scuffed up and dirty in the bedrooms. The beds were uncomfortable. There was only a single washing machine and dryer and they were expensive to operate. But you were only provided with one towel each, so you did laundry. In addition, the EV charging area is used as parking for gas cars. When I complained multiple times, i got no response until several days after we got home. We left a day early because it was SO BAD.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There was plenty of room for us and in a perfect location. They are a short drive from Assateague and the boardwalk. The outside grounds were well maintained. There's a small pool however we didn't have time to enjoy it. Each time we drove by it looked very busy. Easy check-in and checkout. When we arrived we spent an hour killing over 20+ flies inside the cottage. The screened in porch was an added bonus but also full of flies and mosquitoes. The floors also needed a good mopping. The sheets and towels were clean however the comforters haven't been washed in awhile. We will certainly consider staying again in the future.

Dog and family friendly! Away from the noise of OC boardwalk, but close enough to get to easily. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of towels. Screened in porch is a lovely asset! Sparkling pool.

We had a great stay with no complaints! The entire facility was extremely clean and well maintained- shout out to Chuck! We utilized the well stocked kitchen- including a small coffee maker, utensils, plates and glassware. Our unit had a spacious fridge and freezer. The AC units worked well, 1 bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan and got toasty. Some things to realize ahead of time for a beach vacation: 1. We only had 4 small bath towels supplied for a family of four. 2. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire location, so it can be a struggle to squeeze in in a busy schedule. We only had rain through the nights during our visit but nothing really dried hanging on the screened-in porch.

Overall we loved our stay at shore point, pet friendly, very cute and up to date, quiet. However it was never mentioned that it was “contactless” which I feel could be extremely problematic in the event of an emergency and as far as long term upkeep in the property, I’m not sure how good the accountability is with it being contactless (felt like cleaning crew already did a subpar job). Also was not a fan that there’s no early check-in (which was also not specified) and very little visitor parking (maybe 10 spots total).

I didnt like that fact that the place had so many flies upon getting inside. I had to kill so many before i could settle down. The refrigerator had so many strands of hair in it and not clean at all. The celing fans has so much dust on them. The bunk bed didnt have a proper twin size bed sheet they used a draw sheet as the bottom sheet. The 2nd bed room didnr have a remote to the tv. The floors were not moped they were dirty. The pillows were not clean. They had major stains on them. The pots and pans were horrible and were so huge industrial like. Couldve gotten a nice set from Walmart.

Hello. This is my second time staying here and I was quite disappointed. I loved the setup of this cottage more than the first one. However, it definitely was lacking in the cleanliness area. There were no extra trash bags. When I removed the only bag, there were old chicken bones in the bottom of the trash can. Also, the one frying pan was TOTALLY disgusting - full of oil/lard, so I had to wash it to use it. The sheets on the bed I used (by the bathroom) was dirty - there was hair and other unidentifiable specs of stuff on it. I ended up using a blanket from my car and then running to the Walmart the next day to buy a sheet set to throw on top. Also missing lids, cooking utensils, etc. Very disappointed as my first stay there earlier in the year was great! Cottage was super clean and everything was in order. This one even smelled like cigarettes and I thought this was a smoke-free facility. Hopefully, someone will see this and respond as I definitely want to return. Hoping the issues are addressed. Thanks.

Over all the property was beautiful. Until I pulled the sheets back on the bed. Looks like the sheets never got changed from the previous stay. Stains and dog hair everywhere. Inspect what you expect!

It was such a pleasant stay the property is very well maintained. Cottage was very clean staff members were wonderful. It’s a nice tranquil place to escape the busy city life. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit the OC.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Porch area not swept. Dog hair everywhere. And garbage bags still on the porch at check in time . Could been a busy weekend. Top covers of beds need washing . A few towels with dirt stains. The cottage was roomy with basic appliances. Cosy place to stay for quick getaway.

This was our 3rd stay at Shore Point. We love the quaint community feel of it. The cottages are cute and have plenty of room. Our only complaint is that the bedspreads were dirty the 1st time we came, so we have been bringing our own.

There is a bad fly problem in the unit. Every fly we killed 2 more appeared. The 2nd bedroom had an awful odor coming from the bed. The maintenance person came and gave us new bedding but there was still an odor. The unit is way too small for a family of more than 3. The kitchen had limited utensils to make breakfast. Will definitely NOT be returning.

We adored the cottage, it was a really nice stay. I do have to say that there was an ant issue- literally crawling everywhere. However, Chuck helped us out right away (shoutout to him!!) with this issue, and we still enjoyed our stay.

Bed were so uncomfortable. My back and neck hurt so bad we had to leave early. Husband fixed the bathroom sink so water would come out. Dust on all surfaces. Cook top dirty. Sofa was also uncomfortable. No where to put your cloths. The couple of drawers they gave you were full of blankets for the sofa bed. Thin walls. Can hear people talking. People leaving their dogs to bark all day. The bunk bed is a hazard.

The property is well maintained. There was a broken door and a missing remote felt like it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The rooms were very small and not a lot of place for luggage, but it was very convenient in away from all the noise. There’s a snowcone place right next-door to the property that we walked to and it was excellent. Definitely try it.

2 day stay was great in deluxe cabin with 6 people. Only issue was the doors have a large gap under them so you can hear everything through every room but it’s a minor flaw. Overall good experience.

We loved our “tiny home” for the week. Very clean! Just enough space for 2 people. Check in instructions came in plenty of time for check in. Very conveniently located to boardwalk and Assateague Island. Screened in front porch was a plus. Only thing, bathroom mirror was deep from end of sink for someone who is nearsighted to apply makeup. If this is you, I would suggest to bring a small mirror with you. Will stay there again.

It suited us for our weekend. The walls are scuffed up, and the "night stands" were falling away from the walls. There was a terrible odor in the bathroom like mold/must- more than likely dog urine. TVs only have streaming services. Felt cramped, larger individuals would not do well renting these. Overall 4 stars. We only slept and showered there. My daughter rented another while we were there and hers was perfect!

It’s ok if you want a cheaper option to stay with your dog. Room and beds were smaller than expected. The pool was warm and crowded in the summer and nothing special. You could hear loud lawn mowers in the mornings. I wouldn’t stay here again because the bed wasn’t comfortable for my wife and I. We just wanted something cheap for the week and this was just that so you get wahat you pay for really.

At first there was an issue with the unit I originally was assigned. It wasn't properly cleaned and ready as promised for 4 pm which was my arrival/check in time. I made a call to the office, the property manager arrived almost instantly and provided me with a new unit. The new unit was clean and all was well. I enjoyed my stay. The unit was clean quiet and convenient to many places to shop. The experience was great.

This was a really nice place to stay. I loved the keyless entry. I loved the way the little cottage was laid out. It had a modern and cozy flow. It was so nice being able to sit out on the front porch and not worry about bugs coming in because of the whole thing being screened in. The pool area was fantastic as well with a large pool, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and a restroom. The only thing that was odd to me was the fact that there was no host on site. But other then that it was wonderful and I would totally come back. My husband wanted to move there lol.

One day we were there the smoke alarms in our unit were going off and we called and left 2 messages about it and nobody called back. We ended up leaving and coming back a couple hours later and they were no longer going off.
We loved our stay, everything was perfect. It was quiet, safe, well maintained. We appreciated the private parking space and the screened in front porch. The pool was very nice but it was too warm to really refresh, but that's not within their control. Its the perfect distance to Ocean City, without the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. Its also very central to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and souvenir stores. Out only complaint is the communication. Nobody is on site to speak to, and when you call the number you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. The only thing I didn't like was that they didnt have a office on site. I needed a mop because the shower water was running othte bathroom and I called the number but no one answered. But i would still go back and recommend others.

This little gated community of cottages is amazing. It’s such a quiet little place with a nice clean pool and laundry access. The gm Brooks and super intendant Josh are very welcoming and super helpful. Also only 10 minute drive from boardwalk/ beach. Definitely recommend this place !!

We were excited to stay at Shore Point Cottages for its location and charm, but it fell short. Check-in was strictly at 4pm, yet our cabin wasn’t ready. We waited 25 minutes past that while cleaning finished, despite being told it would only take five. Inside, the space felt rushed—scuffed walls, watered-down soap, and glue left on the floor. The screened-in porch was unusable due to strong cigarette smoke from a nearby unit. The final straw came when the manager approached us in the pool about a review I left—publicly, in front of other guests. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We cut our trip short. Some guests may enjoy it, but for us, it was a letdown and not worth the time off. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was looking for larger accommodations so my family and dog could stay at OC for a week. Shore Point Cottages is exactly what I had in mind. It was an easy drive to the boardwalk and Assateague Island. Also, there was plenty of space for everyone, and we liked being able to cook fresh seafood at the cottage. The only issue I had was getting in touch with anyone. I had left a few messages and never heard back which concerns me if I had a real issue. However, I did see the owner of the property more than once and he was very helpful. I am looking forward to going back next year!

We had an amazing time we even extended our stay . The management I believe her name was Erin was absolutely amazing , she was friendly and helpful . The property was so clean and so convienent. We will be back great place to stay .

We adored the cottage, it was a really nice stay. I do have to say that there was an ant issue- literally crawling everywhere. However, Chuck helped us out right away (shoutout to him!!) with this issue, and we still enjoyed our stay.

Way better than a hotel stay. We will defiantly be back. We felt at home. Didn't want to leave. Only a few minutes from the beach and casino. Diner next door. Clean and comfortable cottages. The best choices this summer.

It was a great little surprise. Easy access to everything. A quick in and out drive out of the boardwalk. Plenty of drive through restaurants , coffee shops along the way and shopping near by. The facility was well maintained. Thank You.

It was honestly perfect. Compared in pricing to hotels on the strip/boardwalk, for a liiiittle extra, you get your own little house. It’s still so close to the boardwalk, you’re close to the strip, and so many amazing restaurants and activities right by the property. Will definitely be back

It was a nice, quiet getaway for me and my dog. Very clean modern amenities. Location close to highways, beaches and stores. Communication was great and other guests were friendly. Truly enjoyed everything. Would definitely return!
