Todo excelente con mi estadía, las áreas del hostal son demasiadas y siempre al aire libre. La piscina super bien, así como la cocina y su espacio de co-working, nada de lo que me pueda quejar. Especial agradecimento a los recepcionistas, Dani, Leo, Luis y Fati!!

I chose this Nomads because I wanted to have the option to meet people but also relax if I wanted and it was exactly as I expected Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious with great staff too. The hostel offers different activities that make socialization much easier for solo travellers as well. Only that most of those activities happen or leave from the other nomads but they are only 6-7min walk from the mezcal hotel. Would definitely come back :)

Nice place, with a lot of plants and green areas, the staff is really cool, the room was beautiful and clean, there are a lot of places to share like the pool, the kitchen, a cowork, and the best of all is the quietness, makes you feel safe.

If you’re looking for a short stop in downtown cancun before exploring Quintana Roo, this is the place for you. Boutique vibes at hostel prices, we went for a private room which was lovely. It is SUPER quiet, which was just what we wanted. The co-working space is great, pool is lovely, and kitchen has all you need. Tattoo shop is cool! The local area is great and there is the nomads party hostel nearby where you can get your party vibes fix! It’s situated just off a rod with a bunch of great restaurants, all walking distance. Everywhere felt super safe, and rooms / communal space very clean. Downtown cancun gem - don’t miss it!

Adoのバスターミナルに近いので選びました。建物や設備は新しくないようでしたが、清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。（客室清掃スタッフに感謝）レセプションスタッフも親切で、全体的に居心地の良いホテルでした。カンクンは暖かいので、客室に冷蔵庫があるともっと良かった。（私が事前に確認していなかったので、ホテルに不備はありません）

El hotelito está bien chulo, muchas plantas, fresco y bien decorado. Tenían opciones de comida y un bar. La habitación me hubiera gustado que tuviera un minibar para guardar el agua fría después de un día caluroso. También hubo un detalle en la ducha que no funcionaba muy bien, estaba roto el plato, pero por lo demás todo bien. Gracias al equipo, nos sentimos en casa.

The front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade and staff helped to organize both activities and to coordinate with other travel bookings we had. Walkable and enjoyed being able to go be apart of sister hostels as well! We did not understand the hot water system at first but staff were quick to help!

Great little spot close to restaurants and shops. Was a bit concerned because they asked for a cash or ID deposit- would have appreciated a heads up on that requirement. Otherwise the accommodations were lovely!

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find out that they charged me double when I extend for 3 more days without informing me beforehand. The reason was “ last minute reservation “ Despite this issue, the stay itself was good and the staff were friendly. I hope that in the future, the hotel improves their communication with guests to avoid similar issues. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but suggest being cautious about unexpected charges."

My stay here was okay but some things need to be made public. First of all, the staff was attentive and polite. That was appreciated. This property operates under three names and Mezcal Hotel is nowhere on the building that I could find. Luckily my driver knew the property. The restaurant on site serves some good food but the hours are inconsistent. WiFi was out and the same typical story of it has been reported and ‘the man’ is supposed to be coming. That took about three days. The massage therapist was in house and very sweet but he sure you are on the same page. I needed a shiatsu/derp tissue type of massage which I clearly explained but she proceeded with a tantric massage. It was really nice but not what I asked for. I left still in pain. I would stay again probably but I’d verify everything is working first.

This property operates under three names and Mezcal Hotel is nowhere on the building that I could find. Luckily my driver knew the property. The restaurant on site serves some good food but the hours are inconsistent. WiFi was out and the same typical story of it has been reported and ‘the man’ is supposed to be coming. That took about three days. The massage therapist was in house and very sweet but he sure you are on the same page. I needed a shiatsu/derp tissue type of massage which I clearly explained but she proceeded with a tantric massage. It was really nice but not what I asked for. I left still in pain. I would stay again probably but I’d verify everything is working first.

The front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade and staff helped to organize both activities and to coordinate with other travel bookings we had. Walkable and enjoyed being able to go be apart of sister hostels as well! We did not understand the hot water system at first but staff were quick to help!

Adoのバスターミナルに近いので選びました。建物や設備は新しくないようでしたが、清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。（客室清掃スタッフに感謝）レセプションスタッフも親切で、全体的に居心地の良いホテルでした。カンクンは暖かいので、客室に冷蔵庫があるともっと良かった。（私が事前に確認していなかったので、ホテルに不備はありません）

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. An unforseeable maintenance issue came up with my room and they made everything right and upgraded me to a fancier one. Amazing location. Great walking distance from local markets and restaurants and easy access to the ADO terminal and hotel zone busses. Oxxo around the corner

Es hermoso, tiene un estilo único y los alrededores son distintos restaurantes para todos los gustos, justo en la esquina está un Oxxo donde pueden comprar cositas simples que necesites, además es de muy fácil acceso, estuvimos saliendo en tours y siempre estábamos a tiempo por la cercanía con la zona hotelera y la marina.

It is SUPER quiet, which was just what we wanted. The co-working space is great, pool is lovely, and kitchen has all you need. Tattoo shop is cool! The local area is great and there is the nomads party hostel nearby where you can get your party vibes fix! It’s situated just off a rod with a bunch of great restaurants, all walking distance. El hotelito está bien chulo, muchas plantas, fresco y bien decorado. Tenían opciones de comida y un bar. La habitación me hubiera gustado que tuviera un minibar para guardar el agua fría después de un día caluroso. También hubo un detalle en la ducha que no funcionaba muy bien, estaba roto el plato, pero por lo demás todo bien. Gracias al equipo, nos sentimos en casa.

I chose this Nomads because I wanted to have the option to meet people but also relax if I wanted and it was exactly as I expected Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious with great staff too. The hostel offers different activities that make socialization much easier for solo travellers as well. Only that most of those activities happen or leave from the other nomads but they are only 6-7min walk from the mezcal hotel. Would definitely come back :)

This is a really cute and charming hotel. I would say that it has many things going for it that are very positive. The hotel itself is charming. The decorations and ambience are really unique, especially for a couple traveling. The only reasons I gave it 2 stars instead of 3 or 4 is because the beds are outrageously uncomfortable. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at more hotels than I care to count. And this place is in the top 3 most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. So while the hotel grounds and decoration are charming, nothing makes up for a horrible night of sleep on an outrageously comfortable mattress. They also charged me $1,000 MX when we bumped a table in the lobby with a very cheap little buddha statue on it. The statue fell on the floor and broke. So while it was our fault for bumping the table, you really shouldn't put something that you think is valuable in a place that is so easy to have damaged. And even though this statue was some cheap plastic chinese-made crap, they decided to take advantage of us and charge us $1,000 MX. Totally classless. So NO, we won't stay again and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Faites attention quand vous reservez une excursion pour Chichen Itza à l'accueil. On a payé un dépôt de 700 pesos (pour 2 pers), avec une facture. Surprise le lendemain, on nous dit que l accueil a fait une erreur et nous a chargé 70 au lieu de 700 pesos. C est effectivement ce qu indique le reçu de transaction broché à la facture. Donc de bonne foi, nous avons payé la différence, MAIS pour nous rendre compte que le reçu broché était daté de la veille de la transaction.... Nous nous sommes plaints, avons prouvé leur "erreur" avec relevé bancaire. Avons été remboursés, mais sans aucune excuse ou explication de la direction. Douteux.
