The hotel needs a massive refurbishment and not the cleanest of hotels. The carpets everywhere were filthy. It was not to the standard of a 4star hotel at all. During our stay only one small lift was working. Pool area was ok but very loud music which was repetitive every day. Breakfast was ok.

Service var ringe. Intet service Pool faciliteter godt til både børn og voksne Maden er ensartet og minimalt udvalgt Dessert var ikke tilfredsstillende Området er godt med både sandstrand og dykkeområder og tæt på byen.

Fantastisk sted. Vi valgte det pga vandlandet og havde en fest.

The food was very good. Cooked very well and a different variety everyday , no complaints. However most of the facilities were not open sauna , jacuzzi and the indoor pool was freezing cold. The gym was only accessable limited hours unless you kept bothering reception for a key so we didn't bother. Not much to do in the surrounding area after about 10pm

LePersonnel de l’hôtel a l’accueil est très serviable aimable oki souriant et fait tout pour vous satisfaire. Si vous avez un problème il est réglé très rapidement! Le personnel du restaurant à part 3/4 personnes la sympathie le sourire ne sont pas de rigueur… Alors le pire le côté animations!!! Aucune présentation de l’équipe, animations à revoir! Animateurs en bord de piscine malaimables! Le planning d’animations matin et soir est exactement le même toutes les semaines…n ‘y allez pas si l’animation compte pour vous! Le bar de la piscine pareil les 2 personnes pas de sourie pas aimable très froids… Sinon bel espace piscine ménage tous les jours (mais pas de toute la chambre…) si vous le signalez ce sera réglé, choix dans les plats entrés etc pour celles et ceux qui mangent de tout sinon… Lit d’appoint pour une adolescent ce n’est pas terrible qui en plus était cassé, a été changé, lavabo non fixé a été fait sur ma demande mais n’a pas tenu le séjour. Sinon bien placé, commerces, restos, arrêt de bus etc en sortant de l’hôtel. Boîte de nuit à côté donc le week-end on entend à fond jusqu’au très tard la nuit. Plage à côté aussi,

Stay was very good. Excellent except for the very old Lifts which were very slow and in bad condition!!

I don't write reviews but I need to warn people of this one! Do not trust the good reviews! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I am a seasoned traveller. Not 4 star as advertised 2/3 at best. This is not a resort! It's a hotel next to a waterpark, charged for entry if you are not all inclusive. Hotel pool was small, merky and cloudy. The second pool is next door and in the same state. I asked for a quiet room 6 weeks before the trip and emailed several times, didn't get a response. I managed to find their number (Not on website) and called. I was told "yes, absolutely i'd be given a quite room on the top floor" (Sea view) Room was the floor below but ok, a nice sea view. On the first night, from about 9pm, the Bar, Nightclub opposite "Nava" began to play really loud music. Loud enough that the room was vibrating from the bass. I went to reception to complain as did other guests and was told it's a celebration week and the music will stop at 12am, it didn't. Went on until 2am! Breakfast at 9am there was a big queue into the dining hall, waited 10 minutes! Got a table, went to get food, came back to find our table had been moved to join the table next to it for a larger group! Staff were disinterested, disorganised & stood around, you could tell they didn't like working there. We tried to cancel the booking and go elsewhere but they would allow it. The reception manager was a god send & luckily got us into another hotel. Awful experience. Stay away!

Old building with moldy and dirty rooms. Looks so much better in photos but there is nothing like in photos. Room was so dirty that I don't think they have cleaned it after earlier guest. Dirty sheets, moldy bathroom. In breakfast there was fruits looking so bad so I didn't have any thoughts to eat them. Those same fruits were there in every morning. Finally they had visible mold but staff didn't take them away, just turning them in bowl - unbelievable!! Hallway's carpet has never seen vacuum cleaner. Food was really bad and I regretted that I have took half board. Really much rude russian people there. If you can avoid this hotel so please do it, there is much better options available. I don't expect luxury for this price but they can do it better with fresh and not-moldy food and good cleaning - just simple as that.

Very welcome staff clean room

We have had the most amazing holiday that we even extended our stay longer, I would suggest you make your own mind up before reading the negative comments. The hotel is spotless the staff are fab and the food is what is expected from an all inclusive. Honestly the hotel can not do enough for you.

The servers were and thats it this is an awful dirty hotel that needs updating it smelt musty the room walls dirty the bathroom was rusted the floor was filthy. We changed rooms twice nasty and definately not a 4star OAG NEEDS TO REVIEW THIS PLACE nothing worked not even rhe room phone

The hotel location is great, the staff are lovely. The rooms were okay, need updating. However we had an issue with ants in our room.

This hotel has so much potential but is very ran down . Inside the hotel is filthy corridors wasn’t hoovered once since the day I got there and looked like it hadn’t been done for months . Rooms were filthy to the point I had to ask for a cleaner to come clean room when arrived and friends found old dirty clothes left in the room under the bed . Everywhere just needed money spent on it . Outside area was not so bad , pool needed cleaning but was useable , food was ok but started to get repetitive after a few days mainly lunch and snack bar was same food ! So… staff was probably only two friendly staff members at the hotel . Was harassed by management 3 x times due to my partner’s medical condition which we had a special permit for from the government of Cyprus but they kept telling us it not good enough and tried to discriminate against it asking to search the room ect . Also found that the hotel treat different ethnicities different . As a biracial couple and also friends the same we were treated not great by the staff . Would serve people before us even though they could see we was in the Que first . Our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days(yet the cleaner was on our floor everyday ) and had to ask for it to be done and then still no cleans towels ect. In restaurant in the hotel we was approached rudely by staff for no reason . After all this it was ok but really needs money put into the hotel to make it a 4 star. !!

This property needs to be shut down! It’s not even 1* nevermind 4* The rooms were horrific, there was blood stains on the sheets and everything smelt musty. The bathtub had rust in it, and we were advised the hotel is full so rooms cannot be changed. We had to shower outside by the pool so that we didn’t catch anything from the bathtub. The food was terrible, hardly any vegetarian choices apart from fries and pasta. The fruit was mouldy, we picked up watermelon at the morning buffet which was covered in slime and clearly would have made us so unwell if we had eaten it. The damp smell in the corridors is awful, it’s as if the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. We booked to stay 4 nights but only managed 2 and when we checked out early, the rude member of staff on reception said “oh you’re leaving early” There was no question as to why, or if they were happy to do anything to make us stay. They just let us go which is absolutely appalling. I would say avoid this hotel at all costs!! And also any other Tsokkos brand hotel as they are all the same!

Although the hotel's location was ideal, as far as it concerned the cleaning services were nto good at all. 1. Crisps from previous occupant were found in one of the room drawers on check in. 2. I left the patho towels in the bath so that these to be replaced. I wss surprised to see that the cleaners left them there and they havent replace them with clean ones. It is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to have such bad cleaning services.

Overall the hotel was average. The hotel and rooms need updating but we did sleep well with comfortable bed and pillows. The food was okay but we felt it was very repetitive and not enough selection. Everything is winthin walking distances there's so much to explore. I would highly recommended hiring a buggy for the whole day. We explored 4 of the best beaches on the island. Overall we have had an amazing holiday and will definitely be coming back to Cyrpus 🏝

The food was fantastic. Great staff who were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little dated but great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

Çevreden çok ses geliyordu bu nedenle rahatsız ediciydi. Çalıṣanlar gûler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otel temiz, yemekler çeṣitli ve lezzetliydi. Ses geçirmez odaların olması kaliteyi artıracaktır.

Please please reconsider before choosing this hotel. Overall staff are polite and helpful and made us feel welcomed. On entering our hotel room we immediately noticed that the room was poor in condition. We reported to reception staff that there was visible blood stains to the bed sheets which was rectified and a timely manner but not before leaving an awful taste in our mouth. Rooms are outdated as is the hotel in general. There was paint to many of the fixtures. This hotel will not see me again

Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. Maybe it would be better for such workers to be at home with angry faces? Such employees reduce the level of the hotel.

It was a dismal experience. Staff very unfriendly. We were all inclusive but we’re grumpy when asked a soft drink. Did not give even shower gel. Hair dryer was broken. On the last day the cleaner took away all the towels and we were left with none before check out late night

Room wasn't ready for my arrival but Kuna (hotel manager) was very prompt in making sure room received a deep clean after I had returned from beach walk which is 5mins from the hotel

I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. The bartenders were kept busy and were not tipped as much as they deserved. Very walkable on both sides with the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Walking a little way down the boardwalk you will find nicer beaches.

Mat, dessert og drikke i hotellet hadde ikke god kvalitet for all inklusive pasasjerer. De bruker masse fett i desserter og salt i mat. Jeg har bestilt rom med 3 senger, men rommet var dessverre ikke klar den første natta før vi skjekket inn midt på natta til hotellet. Hotellet har veldig fin beliggenhet i forhold til waterpark, strand og butikker rundt.

Prior to coming, I was concerned by some of the poor reviews. Having spent a week here I concur with some but not all. It is well situated in easy walking distance of nice beaches, bars and tourist shopping. As for the property I would rate it as 3 stars at a push. Yes it has facilities BUT quality of build and particularly maintenance/cleaning make it look tatty and as others have remarked, tired. Money spent in the right areas would easily improve it. My wife and I thought the food was decent and we always found something we liked but again some aspects are cheap, like chicken nuggets, fish fingers and battered fish which is for the kids, is of poor quality and practically in edible. Most of the staff are pleasant and I single out Saskia in the restaurant for being a great host and politely correcting and improving my Greek. Finally on a serious H&S note, the hotel safety and security is wanting. No proper fire doors and what they have are propped open and storing of fold up beds and old mattresses on fire escape stairways. As for security, in room safes are not bolted to anything so effectively useless and external fire doors are propped open as convenient entry points for the staff. Would we return, probably not.

Jeg har bestilt rom med 3 senger, men rommet var dessverre ikke klar den første natta før vi skjekket inn midt på natta til hotellet. Hotellet har veldig fin beliggenhet i forhold til waterpark, strand og butikker rundt.
