Nest Hotel Naha Kumoji

This was a clean, comfortable stay! We booked a family room, which gave us two separate bedrooms and bathrooms connected by a private hallway. It was perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter, giving us the comforts of a hotel room with the connectedness you generally only find in an apartment. We had the room doors open most of the time so it didn’t feel like we were separated but we had our own space to wind down and get ready. The staff was very friendly, giving great food recommendations and even helping us make a booking when we had trouble with a reservation site. The property itself is an easy walk to Kokusai-dori but in a nice quiet part of town so we could rest and recharge at night.

Everything about this place was fantastic. Originally it was supposed to be 3 adults but ended up only being 1. The room was set up with 3 twin beds. Probably not enough room for 3 people to relax or hang out in the room but since it was just me it was great. The customer service was top notch. ALWAYS so nice, helpful…..not something you see in America to be honest. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and at a great price. 5 min walk to the monorail station. 1 minute walk to 7-11 or Lawson drug store. 10 minute walk to the ferry port to go to the other islands. 100% will stay here again.

This hotel is excellent. If I may offer some suggestions to make the stay even better: the room would benefit from a chair with back support, as the sofa is a bit too low and deep for resting properly. Additionally, the pillows aren't quite comfortable for me—one feels too low while the other is too high, which made it difficult to rest well.

Laundry was easy to do at this hotel.

Breakfast is very good. It has a lot of local varieties. Excellent. The hotel staffs are very kind and very helpful.
