En general la estancia ha sido buena aunque hay cosas que no se corresponden con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nuestra queja sobre todo es respecto al estado de conservación del hotel: losas del hall levantadas, puertas y marcos deteriorados por humedad, zonas del fondo de la piscina sin las correspondientes losas de gresite, las lámparas del cabecero de la cama medio sueltas de la pared, el plato de ducha de la habitación con mil remiendos, incluso tuvieron que venir de mantenimiento porque caia agua en el comedor. La limpieza solo regular. En los desayunos no hay café descafeinado de máquina, en su defecto hay un bote de Nescafe que tienes que échate en tu taza con tu cuchara al igual que el cola-cao. Es eso una medida higiénica? Una cosa que hay buena es que por todo el hotel tienen máquinas de agua filtrada para que te puedas beber cuanto quieras totalmente gratis, si no fuese porque en el comedor si quieres beber agua te ponen una botella rellena de las mismas maquinas que hay por todo el hotel y encima te cobran 4€ si la quieres de un litro, no tiene ningún sentido Todos estos detalles desmerecen mucho al hotel y hacen que la estancia, por lo menos en nuestro caso, no haya sido todo lo satisfactoria que hubiésemos deseado. Con respecto al personal no tenemos ninguna queja, al contrario, es de lo mejor del hotel, es muy amable, atento, eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Staff friendly but the rooms are becoming very dated and when you look closely all areas of the resort are looking tired and in need of a refresh. Had to repeatedly ask for refreshments to be topped up. However the food was ok, not amazing but plenty of choice, the wine choice is very limited and over priced 3 x that of supermarket prices. Spa treatments and staff very good, I went there a number of times and felt very comfortable as a male on their own. Plastic cups not great at the pool bar but understand why however these are tired and could do with replacing. Aircon in the rooms is weak and has an odd smell. Excellent views across to the marina , plenty of onsite parking that is safe and secure. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for a shower. Good food choice. Plenty of loungers Quiet and relaxing In summary would I stay here again, probably not due to personal preference but it is quite comfortable and nice place to stay.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended.

Lo recomiendo 100%,la única pega y para nosotros muy importante, es que solo abren el chiringuito para tomar café y copa y hacía mucha calor y para jugar un billar o un futbolin tenias que esperar hasta las siete de la tarde que abrían la cafetería con aire acondicionado

Stayed here with my wife and her 2 kids. We real enjoyed staying here. Staff are great. Food good. Pools are great too. Although a little bit of up keep around the pool would be good. Some of the edges starting to look rough but nothing serious to complain about. Odd rules about pool towels having to leave deposit in cash not credit/debit cards. We thought a bit odd. Used the tennis court each day. We were supplied with balls and even a couple of spare rackets so we could all play.(no charge) same with table tennis which was nice. All in all very good. Would happily return

Perfect little vacation, nothing to complain about! The hotel was clean and the room was just as in the pictures. Service was good, some of the staff spoke good english some not so much. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and the food was actually really tasty ( beeing a buffet). The drinks werr not included, but they were not that expensive.

Vi har været meget tilfredse, dog ville vores rating være endnu bedre, såfremt hotellet havde undladt at spille høj musik udendørs helt frem til kl 23. Det afholdt os desværre fra at benytte altanen i det omfang, som vi ellers havde ønsket. Hotellet oplyste på vores forespørgsel, at det var en del af konceptet!

Situado en un lugar privilegiado, rodeado de naturaleza y unas vistas impresionantes. Cuenta con todos los servicios que cualquier persona desea en un entorno maravilloso. El hotel está bien y es cómodo. El personal es muy agradable. Cuando dejábamos alguna toalla para ser cambiada, no había ningún problema. Como peros, las de la limpieza de habitaciomes hablaban alto desde primera hora y por primera vez, porque nunca me había pasado, las sábanas de las camas no se encontraban muy estiradas. Pero la sensación general es buena. Es la segunda vez que venimos.
El hotel está bien y es cómodo. El personal es muy agradable. Cuando dejábamos alguna toalla para ser cambiada, no había ningún problema. Como peros, las de la limpieza de habitaciomes hablaban alto desde primera hora y por primera vez, porque nunca me había pasado, las sábanas de las camas no se encontraban muy estiradas. Pero la sensación general es buena. Es la segunda vez que venimos.

Pessoal simpático. Comida muito boa. Serviço rápido. Limpeza diária dos quartos muito deficiente. Almofadas decorativas a cheirar a suor. Chão a meu pedido para ser limpo de melhor forma resultou nas fotos que anexo. Sentido de Limpeza muito baixo. Banheiras sempre com cabelos dado a falta de rigor na limpeza.

La habitacion estaba muy bien con unas vistas increible la unica pega que habia muchos mosquitos, en cuanto a la istalaciones, servicio y animacion fueron excelente. Pero hablemos del buffet no tenia apenas variedad casi siempre habia lo mismo de comer parecia un buffet infantil.

Hotel crews are very friendly, welcoming & accomodating. The room as well as the bathroom is very spacious & cozy. Breakfast buffet caters to everyones taste & preferences. We are supposed to stay just one night because we were just passing through but ended up in 5. Hotel vibes gave us a relaxing experience.

En general la estancia ha sido buena aunque hay cosas que no se corresponden con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nuestra queja sobre todo es respecto al estado de conservación del hotel: losas del hall levantadas, puertas y marcos deteriorados por humedad, zonas del fondo de la piscina sin las correspondientes losas de gresite, las lámparas del cabecero de la cama medio sueltas de la pared, el plato de ducha de la habitación con mil remiendos, incluso tuvieron que venir de mantenimiento porque caia agua en el comedor. La limpieza solo regular. En los desayunos no hay café descafeinado de máquina, en su defecto hay un bote de Nescafe que tienes que échate en tu taza con tu cuchara al igual que el cola-cao. Es eso una medida higiénica? Una cosa que hay buena es que por todo el hotel tienen máquinas de agua filtrada para que te puedas beber cuanto quieras totalmente gratis, si no fuese porque en el comedor si quieres beber agua te ponen una botella rellena de las mismas maquinas que hay por todo el hotel y encima te cobran 4€ si la quieres de un litro, no tiene ningún sentido Todos estos detalles desmerecen mucho al hotel y hacen que la estancia, por lo menos en nuestro caso, no haya sido todo lo satisfactoria que hubiésemos deseado. Con respecto al personal no tenemos ninguna queja, al contrario, es de lo mejor del hotel, es muy amable, atento, eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

El hotel es agradable, el mango de la ducha no tenía presión porque se escapaba el agua por otro lado, debería revisar estas cosas. No ponen extras en el baño, el secador antiguo. El desayuno normal, zumo y café de máquina. Retirado de la zona de restaurantes y bares si quieres salir del hotel. Te ofrecen un servicio de taxis a 15€ el trayecto (muy elevado para la distancia que hay que recorrer 2,5km). Preferible llevar el coche, hay P públicos muy bien situados. Por lo demás bien, habitación amplia y austera, buena luz. Personal agradable y ambiente tranquilo. La piscina muy bien y el bar accesible si quieres tomar algo en la piscina.

Staff friendly but the rooms are becoming very dated and when you look closely all areas of the resort are looking tired and in need of a refresh. Had to repeatedly ask for refreshments to be topped up. However the food was ok, not amazing but plenty of choice, the wine choice is very limited and over priced 3 x that of supermarket prices. Spa treatments and staff very good, I went there a number of times and felt very comfortable as a male on their own. Plastic cups not great at the pool bar but understand why however these are tired and could do with replacing. Aircon in the rooms is weak and has an odd smell. Excellent views across to the marina , plenty of onsite parking that is safe and secure. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for a shower. Good food choice. Plenty of loungers Quiet and relaxing In summary would I stay here again, probably not due to personal preference but it is quite comfortable and nice place to stay.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended.

Hola, la estancia en general bastante bien, la habitación muy amplia y el personal muy amable. Lo que nos ha gustado menos es el baño, aunque amplio, está muy anticuado, con bañera en lugar de plato de ducha, sin barra para sujetarse, con peligro al salir o entrar, sin espejo de aumento, inodoro muy pequeño, para una persona grande o rellenita tiene que ser una incomodidad sentarse.

Cerca de la playa a la que se puede acceder andando. El pueblo el Rompido a muy pocos km. (5 min en coche). Cerca también de el Portil. Buenas instalaciones de zonas comunes. Buen desayuno buffet. Buen servicio de animación nocturno y actividades diurnas. Recomendable. Habitaciones con poquísimo aislamiento acústico. Se oyen las conversaciones de los vecinos. La nuestra, precisaba algo de mantenimiento. Salvo eso, todo correcto.

Hotel crews are very friendly, welcoming & accomodating. The room as well as the bathroom is very spacious & cozy. Breakfast buffet caters to everyones taste & preferences. We are supposed to stay just one night because we were just passing through but ended up in 5. Hotel vibes gave us a relaxing experience.

A perfect location for a 'getaway from it all' holiday but with a complete range of facilities and activities to hand. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always a sign of a great place to stay. The nearby beach and marina were very photogenic.

Perfect little vacation, nothing to complain about! The hotel was clean and the room was just as in the pictures. Service was good, some of the staff spoke good english some not so much. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and the food was actually really tasty ( beeing a buffet). The drinks werr not included, but they were not that expensive.

El complejo es excelente, la comida genial, el servicio espectacular, las instalaciones un 10. Las habitaciones muy amplias cn balcón, mucho sitio para aparcar. Solo tiene de pega que está un poco lejos de la playa y apartado de todo, no hay tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Esta perfecto para desconectar de todo y tener una estancia de relax

La habitacion estaba muy bien con unas vistas increible la unica pega que habia muchos mosquitos, en cuanto a la istalaciones, servicio y animacion fueron excelente. Pero hablemos del buffet no tenia apenas variedad casi siempre habia lo mismo de comer parecia un buffet infantil.

Una cosa que hay buena es que por todo el hotel tienen máquinas de agua filtrada para que te puedas beber cuanto quieras totalmente gratis, si no fuese porque en el comedor si quieres beber agua te ponen una botella rellena de las mismas maquinas que hay por todo el hotel y encima te cobran 4€ si la quieres de un litro, no tiene ningún sentido Todos estos detalles desmerecen mucho al hotel y hacen que la estancia, por lo menos en nuestro caso, no haya sido todo lo satisfactoria que hubiésemos deseado. Con respecto al personal no tenemos ninguna queja, al contrario, es de lo mejor del hotel, es muy amable, atento, eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
En general la estancia ha sido buena aunque hay cosas que no se corresponden con un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nuestra queja sobre todo es respecto al estado de conservación del hotel: losas del hall levantadas, puertas y marcos deteriorados por humedad, zonas del fondo de la piscina sin las correspondientes losas de gresite, las lámparas del cabecero de la cama medio sueltas de la pared, el plato de ducha de la habitación con mil remiendos, incluso tuvieron que venir de mantenimiento porque caia agua en el comedor. La limpieza solo regular. En los desayunos no hay café descafeinado de máquina, en su defecto hay un bote de Nescafe que tienes que échate en tu taza con tu cuchara al igual que el cola-cao. Es eso una medida higiénica? El hotel es agradable, el mango de la ducha no tenía presión porque se escapaba el agua por otro lado, debería revisar estas cosas. No ponen extras en el baño, el secador antiguo. El desayuno normal, zumo y café de máquina. Retirado de la zona de restaurantes y bares si quieres salir del hotel. Te ofrecen un servicio de taxis a 15€ el trayecto (muy elevado para la distancia que hay que recorrer 2,5km). Preferible llevar el coche, hay P públicos muy bien situados. Por lo demás bien, habitación amplia y austera, buena luz. Personal agradable y ambiente tranquilo. La piscina muy bien y el bar accesible si quieres tomar algo en la piscina.

Situado en un lugar privilegiado, rodeado de naturaleza y unas vistas impresionantes. Cuenta con todos los servicios que cualquier persona desea en un entorno maravilloso. Hotel bonito y limpio, como sus instalaciones. El desayuno formidable, siempre lo elijo. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas un 10. Lugar increible para desconectar y disfrutar, lo recomiendo.

Staff friendly but the rooms are becoming very dated and when you look closely all areas of the resort are looking tired and in need of a refresh. Had to repeatedly ask for refreshments to be topped up. However the food was ok, not amazing but plenty of choice, the wine choice is very limited and over priced 3 x that of supermarket prices. Spa treatments and staff very good, I went there a number of times and felt very comfortable as a male on their own. Plastic cups not great at the pool bar but understand why however these are tired and could do with replacing. Aircon in the rooms is weak and has an odd smell. Excellent views across to the marina , plenty of onsite parking that is safe and secure. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for a shower. Good food choice. Plenty of loungers Quiet and relaxing In summary would I stay here again, probably not due to personal preference but it is quite comfortable and nice place to stay.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my wife and her 2 kids. We real enjoyed staying here. Staff are great. Food good. Pools are great too. Although a little bit of up keep around the pool would be good. Some of the edges starting to look rough but nothing serious to complain about. Odd rules about pool towels having to leave deposit in cash not credit/debit cards. We thought a bit odd. Used the tennis court each day. We were supplied with balls and even a couple of spare rackets so we could all play.(no charge) same with table tennis which was nice. All in all very good. Would happily return

Perfect little vacation, nothing to complain about! The hotel was clean and the room was just as in the pictures. Service was good, some of the staff spoke good english some not so much. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and the food was actually really tasty ( beeing a buffet). The drinks werr not included, but they were not that expensive.

A perfect location for a 'getaway from it all' holiday but with a complete range of facilities and activities to hand. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always a sign of a great place to stay. The nearby beach and marina were very photogenic.
