Complexe très charmant et bien situé. Piscine et Hammam agréables même si la décoration est un peu passée. Cocktails au bar très bons et service irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié la chambre prestige 137 pour son côté spacieux, le café et thé, chaussons et peignoirs mais elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement voir une rénovation de sa SDB. La baignoire était tachée sur toute la longueur et ne donne pas envie de s’y allonger! Le meuble vasque fait cheap…À savoir que cette chambre doit p-e appartenir à la suite présidentielle (135) car elle donne sur la terrasse de la suite sans pouvoir y accéder. On a un petit manque d’intimité car on s’attend à voir arriver quelqu’un sous notre fenêtre! Bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix et une chambre à ce prix là pas digne d’un 5*

This is a beautiful Normandy-style historical property located across from the Deauville beach and close to the center of town. The reason we picked that property over similar ones was the Diane spa. We were however very disappointed by the indoor pool that was much smaller than it appeared to be on the hotel website and in dire need of renovation. The wall showers outside the hammam and sauna were broken, and only half the private showers were working properly; many of the lockers were also not working. But the two massages we booked were great and the staff at the spa was very nice.

Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon.

The staff lead by the wonderful manager Clement is fantastic. They helped us book tours, transportation and answered our many questions. The hotel is a gem & the surrounding area fantastic. My husband left a camera charging stand and they even sent it to us. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. You could feel the history through the walls of this great hotel. Attention to detail, comfortable and spacious room, attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful Normandy-style historical property located across from the Deauville beach and close to the center of town. The reason we picked that property over similar ones was the Diane spa. We were however very disappointed by the indoor pool that was much smaller than it appeared to be on the hotel website and in dire need of renovation. The wall showers outside the hammam and sauna were broken, and only half the private showers were working properly; many of the lockers were also not working. But the two massages we booked were great and the staff at the spa was very nice.

Complexe très charmant et bien situé. Piscine et Hammam agréables même si la décoration est un peu passée. Cocktails au bar très bons et service irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié la chambre prestige 137 pour son côté spacieux, le café et thé, chaussons et peignoirs mais elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement voir une rénovation de sa SDB. La baignoire était tachée sur toute la longueur et ne donne pas envie de s’y allonger! Le meuble vasque fait cheap…À savoir que cette chambre doit p-e appartenir à la suite présidentielle (135) car elle donne sur la terrasse de la suite sans pouvoir y accéder. On a un petit manque d’intimité car on s’attend à voir arriver quelqu’un sous notre fenêtre! Bref, mauvais rapport qualité prix et une chambre à ce prix là pas digne d’un 5*

Ne mérite absolument pas 5 étoiles Très mauvais service aussi bien en chambre qu’au restaurant on n’a même pas eu le strict minimum pour la salle de bain comme après shampoing. Irruption du personnel dans la chambre quand on dormait, le restaurant soit disant complet à 19h30, on a eu une table à 20h mais le restaurant était quasi vide!…trop de fausses notes Mérite 3 étoiles au plus

Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon.

The hotel is way too pricey. It is priced as a 5 star hotel, however, the service level is not there. We called room service 4 times at 9.30PM, concierge 4 times, front desk 4 times and the main hotel line 4 times with no response. We had to get dressed and go to the reception desk to get the service. This is NOT a 5 star hotel service. Bathrooms are dated. The view was over a fire escape, and this cost for $800/night superior room.... Also, valet parking full, beach chairs full. No information in advance that these should be booked prior to arrival. Just disappointed. Basically the pricing of this hotel does not match the experience.

Our stay at Le Normandy was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my dog Dixie and I were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The generous room upgrade was an unexpected gesture that made our stay incredibly comfortable and exceeded every expectation. A special thank you to Laura, who made check-in effortless. She was thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best room possible. Her professionalism and kindness immediately made us feel at home. I also want to recognize Nathan, the concierge, whose care was extraordinary. When Dixie needed to see a veterinarian one evening, he quickly found an excellent local vet, personally drove us there in the hotel’s Moke to ease my anxiety, and picked us up afterward. His compassion, calmness, and genuine concern for both Dixie and me turned a stressful situation into one where we felt completely supported and cared for. Le Normandy is a beautiful hotel, but what truly makes it special is its people. The warmth, generosity, and exceptional service from every member of the team made this an unforgettable stay. I would happily return and recommend Le Normandy without hesitation.
