Not much on the property to do, the pool was closed still. Exterior being renovated, and had a couple issues with our locks, but the staff took care if those immediately. Interesting to walk through the cemetery next door.

Great location right off the highway. Glad to see guests using the outdoor pool. After driving several hours and desperately needing a bathroom, I was told that the one bathroom in the lobby (accessible to everyone) was for employees only. Hotels and motels should always have a bathroom available for guests in the lobby. We had a non-smoking room, however the bathroom air vent pulled in the smoke smell from other smoking rooms. Check-in was less than ideal since the third-party booking didn’t include the tax. Almost got charged double for my room. Going to go back and check credit card statement to make sure.

Our stay was rough.. I should’ve taken more pictures.. they need to do some serious cleaning in that place & could have nice rooms like the display pictures they use for advertising.. I was pretty disappointed to walk in & immediately feel like there was mold growing somewhere. Found some rough mildew in the AC unit.. and the filter was so dirty it wasn’t getting any air.. there was very noticeable dirty light switches.. The sink was disgusting, the bathroom door & ceiling had splashes of dark colored stuff.. the shower/ tub drain seemed to be clogged & wasn’t draining well at all.. hardwood floors so you could see they didn’t even bother to sweep or mop before we arrived.. the bed was pretty comfy but only 2 small standard pillows for both queen beds..

We arrived at 9:30 pm and things seemed well. Walking in the room (211) it seemed nice and you can tell there were new renovations. The floor was redone, there was fresh paint, and new shower walls. The baseboards were not painted and rough. There were a few stink bugs in the room. The floor needed a better sweep. The bathroom was the worst! The toilet was wobbley almost an inch. When you got up it slammed down. The wall look like someone whipped chew all over it. There was dust and broken hair ties on the floor around the toilet. The ceiling in the shower has yellow drip spots. Check in and check out we're east. We didn't eat breakfast. The fridge in the room wasn't super cold. The ac worked great.

This place was unsafe for me! I could've had an asthmatic attack due to the high level of mold stink in room 117. As soon as we walked in we could smell it. We ended up telling the attendant at the front desk and checked out, could NOT stay overnight in fear of my health. Room was dirty. Do not recommend this place. I have filed a complaint and waiting for my FULL refund. We had to drive back home due to this issue.

3 reasons I give this stay an overall 2 stars. Towels were paper thin. Although they updated the rooms and nicely done, the bathroom left a lot of room for improvement. Perhaps a door stop so the knob doesn’t make holes in the plaster and fix not cover up the water damaged walls snd base trim, even the nails have rusted. And thirdly, they really need to upgrade the wi-fi. I had a hard time connecting due to weak signal and then it continuously kept knocking me off and I had to retry. I would only stay here in a pinch and not if you required internet access- just too weak and unstable.

Was quiet first night 2nd night nosy no free breakfast tv had no good stations on it refrigerator did not stay cold could not turn it on. Was cleaner than last time I stayed and they did not honor the price the 2nd night. But they were nice and guy was very helpful.

This is an older building, but it has everything you may need. Hair dryer, iron n board, tv, microwave, very comfortable beds, and easy access and parking. Not sure about winter stays, my door would probably have a cold draft. For my needs and I’m not a fancy person just down to earth in need of a place to stay this was great.

The property was adequate, although a bit run down i.e. cracked switch plates and dirty baseboards. The room was cold and couldn't stay warmed up. There were only this coverlets on both beds and no real blankets or comforters. My parents were unable to stay the second night due to the frigid conditions. We made the decision to crowd into another space for a warm, good night's sleep.

Went with my daughter for a horse event and it had many men hanging outside on the balcony. It was being renovated so there were pallets around. We took precautions within the room to feel secure. The WiFi never worked while we were there. When I asked for assistance the person said keep trying. The top blanket had dirt on it. There were drilled holes in the bathroom that we covered during our stay - the shower curtain had brown dirt on it and the baseboards were filthy. Ac worked great. We didn’t see where the breakfast was until that last day since the guy who checked us in never told anything. He appeared disinterest just like the other front desk person. Our last night two dogs who were left in the parking lot barked at 3:30 am. We will not be returning

Positive: Comfortable room. Quiet. Would stay there again. Negative: They ran out of regular coffee which is the only kind we drink...none at the front desk. During the night, the refrigerator would emit a loud noise and had to be unplugged in order for us to sleep.

Nice room. A lot of updates have been done. The only thing was the sound the plumbing made, especially when flushing toilet. Sounds like a ghost of a baby or lady crying out. But overall stay was good. We would stay again.

Front desk was easy and the lady that checked us in was SUPER sweet. We came in for Spartan races and this was one of the best hotels we’ve gotten for that price. Y’all were wonderful!

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and they straightened and provided fresh towels daily. The free breakfast was a little lacking, but fresh coffee, juice and fruit was good enough to start the day. I will be staying here again.

I stayed 2 night. On the first full day I was there I came back right before lunch to find my hotel room door OPEN! I know it was closed and secure when I left a little before 9am because I pushed on the door. I had several electronic devices in the room. Housekeeping had come in and took a used hand towel by the sink and emptied one of the small trash cans in the room that had maybe 3 small pieces of garbage. And my hand towel was not replaced with another clean one and the bag was not replaced in the trash can. Either housekeeping did not close my door or it was not shut all the way and came open. Either way I was very angry. I ended up putting the Do Not Disturb sign on my door after that.

Hotel staff was not friendly. Room was average, floor by sink area had shoe marks all over it and bathroom door was splattered at the bottom with either mud or blood. No breakfast area. I would not stay there again.

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and they straightened and provided fresh towels daily. The free breakfast was a little lacking, but fresh coffee, juice and fruit was good enough to start the day. I will be staying here again.

When I originally booked the room I was told that I would receive my $150.00 deposit back, unfortunately that was a complete lie! I got there around 12:45 am & checked out at 8:30 am. Didn’t smoke nor did I damage anything in the room & my deposit was forfeited. I literally stay 7 minutes from the hotel I only came there for a peace of mind which turned into a nightmare! Never will I ever book or waste my money going there again!!!
