El hotel es precioso,muy limpio y con una decoración exquisita que marca la diferencia. Sin embargo, la habitación no cumplió del todo con nuestras expectativas. Aunque bonita (el baño es sin duda lo mejor), resultó ser muy ruidosa. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle, y especialmente del pasillo. Entendemos que el ruido externo puede ser difícil de controlar (aunque nuestra habitación daba a la calle lateral y no a la plaza), pero el ruido proveniente del interior del hotel podría mejorarse considerablemente. Estuvimos en la primera planta, y entre los sonidos del ascensor, las otras tres habitaciones cercanas y el cuarto de limpieza, el ajetreo era constante, sobre todo por las mañanas. Además, las puertas son bastante pesadas y se cerraban de golpe con frecuencia, lo que amplificaba el ruido. A pesar de este inconveniente, queremos destacar dos aspectos que realmente elevaron nuestra experiencia: el delicioso desayuno, variado y de excelente calidad, y sobre todo, la amabilidad excepcional de Borislav. Su atención y cuidado hicieron que nuestra semana en el hotel fuera especial. Nos sentimos realmente acogidos gracias a él, y su trato cálido marcó una gran diferencia.

We stayed at 5 different hotel on our visit to Malt and Gozo. Whilst the location of this hotel was fabulous and we really enjoyed our own private hot tub on our terrace, the room and en-suite is very small and cramped. This is not what we would consider to be a luxury room, as described on the website. The breakfast presentation looked very inviting, however it was not as described and you got what you were given, with no choice. As a pescatarian I had to request an alternative, as nothing was stated - I was given 2 boiled eggs in substitute of the cured meats and advised that smoked salmon would be an extra charge. There is also an additional charge for cooked breakfast of any type, other guests we spoke to chose to have breakfast elsewhere as it was cheaper and better. Also the hotel is split into two separate buildings and our checking and out were not very smooth. Would we stay again, probably not as we didn’t think it was value for money and as described and breakfast was too receptive.

It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!

Everything was fantastic. Super accommodating and friendly. We had a super early departure (3:30) and they made sure we had breakfast for the road.
