The hotel location is fantastic for visiting Europa Park. Its right on the bus route from Ringsheim train station to the park (get off at Bell Tower stop and its down the road) The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks very modern and trendy. It has a bar open most of the night, but no kitchen of its own so only serves bar food. We got a pizza and saw the staff take a shop bought pizza out of the fridge and put it into the Ninja pizza oven. Was a shame to see it happen so blatently after being charged quite a high price for it, but it is what it is. For food, I would recommend going to any of the nearby resturants or lidls for room food. We stayed for 2 nights, and after our first night we went to Europa Park. We came back and our room hadnt been cleaned at all. Not a massive issue, but it meant we had no clean towels so had to go to reception to get some more. Not sure why we werent cleaned, if its policy or something, but something to keep in mind. Overall a great hotel with a few small problems but if you just need a nice modern room to explore Rust / visit Europa Park then this place is great

Hôtel à proximité immédiate de Europa Park (15min à pied). Même si le personnel ne parle pas français, l’accueil est top et souriant. Le hall de l’hôtel est très sympa avec un espace bar et repas/petit déjeuner (pas testé). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et conformes à ce que nous attendions. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence d’un coffre fort dans la chambre qui est toujours appréciable quand on passe 2 jours au parc. A noté que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain sécurisé mais pas compris dans le prix de la chambre (10€/nuit). Le rapport qualité/prix est toutefois bon à la vue des prestations et de la proximité du parc. Je recommande donc et y retournerai sans soucis lors de ma prochaine visite!

Enjoyed our stay at moxy. Staff were excellent. Local shops and eateries, breakfast and snacks on offer at hotel. Loads of parking at reasonable price, we just left the car at the hotel and walked to and from the parks and restraunts.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting europa park. About a 20 minute walk to the park with good transport links. Provided with some toiletries and we were able to ask for extra towels as well. The lockers and baggage hold on site were very useful as we arrived long before check-in so were able to go and enjoy the park for a few hours

Le service de nettoyage est passé à deux reprises avec un intervalle de 30mn alors que nous nous reposions. Nous nous sommes mis d’accord pour qu’il vienne dans l’après-midi. À notre retour dans la soirée rien n’avait été fait. L’employée du bar a été particulièrement désagréable et hautaine.

Malheureusement quelques petits hics : une ampoule défectueuse, le flacon de gel douche terminé et le lavabo en voie de se boucher. Petite surface et pas d’armoire pour ranger ses affaires c’est surprenant. Le prix me paraît donc de ce fait un peu disproportionné, sans doute du au week end de Toussaint et la grande proximité avec europa Park (10 minutes hors Resort) Cependant la chambre était très propre et insonorisée, la literie de bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Personnel d’accueil très agréable et serviable.

Sehr gutes Hotel für den Besuch des Europaparks. Zimmer sind zwar eher minimalistisch aber stylish eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

We had a good stay in a clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the bar area was very nice. The only issue was that our room was not serviced despite being told it would be after two days. All in all a pretty good stay though.

Pour des raisons écologiques et économiques, les lits et la chambre n'est pas faite pour les courts séjours de moins de 2 nuits Bien situé entre les 2 parcs. A 15 minutes de l'entrée d'Europa Park mais à 5 minutes en sortant par les hôtels du parc, coté Espagne.

Die Vorhänge sind total versifft und haben Flecken absolut eklig. Der Teppich wurde mit Sicherheit auch noch nie besser gereinigt als gesaugt, da will man nicht barfuß drauf gehen. Und die Kissen am Bett die man nicht abmachen kann haben auch Flecken. Das Personal ist sehr nett aber die Putzfirma gehört ausgetauscht. Flecken an der Toilette an der Badezimmertüre. Wir waren schon in Jugendherbergen die viel sauberer waren.

Es gibt nicht so viel zu sagen, wenn man Moxy kennt, weiß man, was man zu erwarten hat. Sehr ansprechende, verspielte Einrichtung, gute Betten. Zum ersten Mal auch mit Frühstück gebucht, in Form eines Buffets; nichts Besonderes, aber okay. Die Nähe zum Park ist super und sehr ruhig gelegen. Schade ist nur, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt. Aber ich buche es gerne wieder.

Loved our stay at Hotel Moxy! The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with super comfortable beds and great air conditioning – we slept so well. The TV was up to date and really easy to use, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was compact, as you’d expect, but very modern and really well equipped. The location couldn’t be better if you’re visiting Europa Park – it made our day there so easy and stress-free. We’d definitely stay again!

Das Zimmer war im Grunde total okay. Für uns war es leider blöd, dass sie uns in ein Familienzimmer gebucht hatten. Hier ist eine Leiter ins obere Bett vorhanden aber man kann dadurch auf dieser Seite nicht ins Bett einsteigen konnte sondern übers Fußende rein und rauskrabbeln mussten. Rest war echt okay. Neim Frühstück haben wir Hafermilch vermisst , es gab nur Milch oder Soja.

Die Zimmer sind zeitgemäss-modern-modisch, allerdings finden sich weder Schränke noch Kommoden oder andere Ablagen. Statt einer Garderobe ist nur ein Metallgitter flach auf der Wand angebracht. Wer hat sich wohl so etwas ausgedacht? Der Zementboden der Gemeinschaftsräume versprüht den Charme einer Fabrikhalle, das Unkraut in den Pflanzentöpfen auf der Terrasse einen Hauch von Verwahrlosung.

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy Rust, the rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (approx 10-15 minutes) from both Europa-Park and Rulantica. There are a couple of supermarkets close the Moxy Rust, therefore, you can grab some drinks and snacks. The only things to note are that the rooms do not have a shaver point in the bathroom or a kettle/team making factilites in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy Rust, the rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (approx 10-15 minutes) from both Europa-Park and Rulantica. Great little hotel. Took us a couple of days to figure out transport options for Europa Park and Rulantica- would be great if staff were more informed on this as they weren’t able to help! We discovered the free Rust-Bus loop on our final day- stops opposite Lidl and both theme parks and runs every half hour. Limited choice to eat out- lots seemed to be closed on the Mon and Tues evenings we were there, but BFB was great on Wednesday onwards.

The staff in the hotel were excellent ,very friendly and helpful.could have done with more staff to help the few who were there .anytime you asked for something they would help.Bed was comfy, room a little small ,bathroom way to small ,the room was very clean Bar area very good ,,breakfast was a bit pricey for what was served.would stay again if rooms were a little bigger.

Erneut ein toller Aufenthalt im Moxy Rust. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Frühstück ausreichend. Problem mit der Fernbedienung wurde sofort behoben. Alle sehr, sehr freundlich.

The hotel location is fantastic for visiting Europa Park. Its right on the bus route from Ringsheim train station to the park (get off at Bell Tower stop and its down the road) The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself looks very modern and trendy. It has a bar open most of the night, but no kitchen of its own so only serves bar food. We got a pizza and saw the staff take a shop bought pizza out of the fridge and put it into the Ninja pizza oven. Was a shame to see it happen so blatently after being charged quite a high price for it, but it is what it is. For food, I would recommend going to any of the nearby resturants or lidls for room food. We stayed for 2 nights, and after our first night we went to Europa Park. We came back and our room hadnt been cleaned at all. Not a massive issue, but it meant we had no clean towels so had to go to reception to get some more. Not sure why we werent cleaned, if its policy or something, but something to keep in mind. Overall a great hotel with a few small problems but if you just need a nice modern room to explore Rust / visit Europa Park then this place is great

We enjoyed our stay at the Moxy Rust, the rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (approx 10-15 minutes) from both Europa-Park and Rulantica. There are a couple of supermarkets close the Moxy Rust, therefore, you can grab some drinks and snacks. The only things to note are that the rooms do not have a shaver point in the bathroom or a kettle/team making factilites in the room.

Für 15 € pro Person erwartet man mehr als aufgetaute Semmeln und eine sehr dürftige Auswahl. Das Angebot war extrem einfach gehalten und insgesamt ziemlich lieblos. Man bekommt in der Umgebung bei anderen Hotels oder in einer guten Bäckerei deutlich mehr Qualität. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal definitiv auf das Hotelfrühstück verzichten.

Het was een leuk en top verblijf. De bar was spijtig genoeg wel gesloten op de 2de avond door personeels gebrek, wat jammer was want we hadden dorst. Geen spek of vers fruitsap bij ontbijt, te weinig tafels om het ontbijt te nuttigen.

We had an excellent stay there during our trip to Europa Park. It is very close by. The breakfast at this hotel was so great and it was a comfortable stay. I would for sure stay here again.

Séjour en couple. Largement suffisant pour notre séjour sur Europa Park. Un hôtel très familial. A 15-20 min de l’entrée du parc et a 5 min d’une sortie (sortie des hôtels du parc) Un service de qualité ! Seul point négatif de mon point de vu. Le petit déjeuné qui est chère pour le peu de choix.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay.
