Quiet convenient clean. Would have stayed indefinitely if i could have

I had a fantastic stay in New Brunswick! The hotel was affordable, with the added bonus of free parking and a complimentary breakfast. The pool was a delightful feature, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value stay in New Brunswick.

The facility was clean. We were disappointed about the pool being out of service. We were told upon check in that there was a pool but that they had not yet fixed the heating therefore the water was cold. When we tried to check it out there was a sign on the door that said out of order and it was locked. When speaking with a local I was informed that it has been this way since before November. That is abit misleading. We booked this hotel with that as an added amenity therefore if there is no plan to service or allow use of the pool there website should be update and ppl should be notified when booking.

Upon arrival the frint desk staff was very curteous. Check-in was seamless. The room was clean and tge temperature perfect. My children and I utilized the pool as well. If I have a suggestion, or complaint I would like to see more breakfast options. Overall a great stay... would stay again.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and nice, and it’s centrally located to many things in the surrounding area. It has a great pool and fitness center. The continental breakfast is delicious, more than just the basics.

Well kept room, nice furnishings and clean. Kitchenette is a nice touch. Staff was friendly and it was great the hotel is pet friendly.

Spotless, excellent service all around. SO much better than the Marriott and Hyatt we stayed at the previous week.

Room wasn’t ready by check in. Blankets were wet, toiletries weren’t replaced and there were strands of hair on the bed.

Everything was very good except for the smell when entering the room, it was a little unpleasant. I imagine it was the carpet, it looked a little dirty.

I arrived early and was able to check in immediately. The room was extremely clean as was all the common areas. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean, but the room smelled of cat urine. We asked to switch rooms and was informed that it booked and unable to accommodate. It was late, and we had to stay there until the next day when we left.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and my experience has always been decent. This last stay, however, there were hairs all over my sheets and on the bathroom floor. I checked in late on Sunday night and didn’t want to risk being moved to a different room and have the same situation (that’s happened to me before in a different hotel.) I’m just glad I had my lint roller and disinfectant wipes. Don’t get me wrong, the sheets were clean and didn’t look or feel like anyone slept in them. But it was still unsettling

There were no food options near the hotel. This location is wedged between a gas station and car wash directly off the high. Lots of traffic which made it tricky entering and exiting the hotel. Between the highway noise the constant hum from the refridgeration and the people above us jumping and walking heavily this is not a hotel I would stay at in the future nor would I recommend it to anyone. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where I could hear the people walking above me. The room was big, but the cleanliness was questionable. There were sticky areas on the carpet. I didn't want to speculate what that could be, so we spent very little time in the room. Front staff were welcoming; however, I left an item and called to see if it was found and never heard back. Kind of disappointing.

The check in process was quick and the staff told me about the rewards program and I received complimentary water bottles. So, the room was very spacious for two queen beds and a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave.

Very nice hotel, HUGE room!

Newly built, clean and spacious. Friendly and efficient staff. Coffee all day that didn't make you wince. Sofa bed that really did sleep two additional people.

Stayed overnight and have been here in the past. Ended up in a King Suite handicap, which was huge. Part of the ceiling is like 15 ft high. Mini kitchen, just no stove. Sectional sofa and small table to eat at in Kitchen/living room. King bedroom had a small chair in corner and one end table. Curtains on electric motor for handicap use. Bathroom had roll in shower and was otherwise handicap friendly. Only problem we had was living room TV did not work and manager came twice to work on it. Also, lots of kids running in hallway and above bedroom. But all stopped by 9 pm. Breakfast just a little better than other hotels in same class. At least good coffee all day. Be careful, limited parking and if full you have to park across the street at a sushi restaurant.

Everything is good except the noises. The hotel is located in a strange area among two highway interchanges. Traffic noises are unbearable.

Evening check-in staff was great TV did not work - maintenance staff was prompt and efficient We were woken shortly after 5:00 by the morning desk clerk shouting at the breakfast staff. This continued for over half an hour making it impossible to go back to sleep. Road noise from truck traffic and “tuner cars” mad sleeping difficult

The room was great, clean, and perfect location for where we were going. The only complaint I would have are the pillows were super odd. Two we very lumpy and one was too squishy

was chosen as the mid-way point for 2 grandsons lacrosse tournaments this past weekend - front desk help was excellent - coffee always available in lobby - free breakfast was acceptable - only real negative was a very heavy sliding bathroom door

Honestly everything is perfect , it’s clean , it’s spacious , very well kept , except for the beds . They are extremely hard and firm , and that’s the only reason why I gave 3 stars for comfort . Might be an idea to do memory foam toppers idk . Unfortunately I suffer from a really bad back and I need it a little softer . But honestly it’s perfect otherwise .

Overall great service and friendly staff, however the hotel is right next to a express way... if you were placed in the wrong side you would be like sleeping on the highway all night, so noisy...

The staff at this location are incredibly sweet. We checked in with Kevin, Emma and Nara. They made us feel welcome, the check in process was super easy and our dog Titan loved them. Rooms are very large and clean but the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Would stay here again. Thank you New Brunswick Team!!

The room was beautiful. Staff was great but, for all the money that I paid, I didn’t expect for the refrigerator not to work or the kitchen sink to be clogged so I wasn’t able to utilize any of it!!! Then on top of that I told the front desk when I went down for breakfast around 7:30 AM just to make sure that they knew before the next check-in and when I went back up to my room, I find this young man in there trying to fix the broken things instead of waiting for me to check out at 11 AM that part was very unprofessional. I had all my personal belongings in there. I don’t think I will be going back to this place.

Front desk staff was great! Even helped me with a lost item that he held for me.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel hours before I was to check in. The guest in my room wanted to extend their stay and as there were a elite member they were allowed to do so at my expense. Still waiting in my refund.

The room was great- very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was clean. Only issue was I called the day before to see if I could check in early: they said it shouldn’t be a problem, call at 10 am in the morning to be sure. 10 am I called. The gentleman at front desk said that he was sending cleaning staff in then, and he would call me soon as it’s ready. I waited and waited, no call. At 1:30 pm, still no call so I went to the front desk to see if we could check in. The man at the front desk said he was sorry I didn’t get a call, but he cleaning staff was heading into our room right then, and it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. I was frustrated, but went to lunch. I came back at 3:30, and the room still wasn’t ready. I spoke with a 3rd man, and he apologized but said it hadn’t been “checked yet” and I would have to wait. By this time, we were late meeting our friends and way behind schedule. I waited another 1/2 hour and was extremely agitated . A woman came out from the back and apologized and said there was a mix up but the room was in fact ready. My husband and I went to the room and there was a worker in there. He said he was “fixing the toilet paper roll” and would be done in a minute. By the time I met up with my friends, we were 2 hours late. So I’m torn, hotel room itself (I reserved the largest, most expensive room abvailable) was great.. service was severely lacking from the start.

my experience would have been wonderful if it hadn't been for the overnight receptionist Marcus; this gentleman was very rude and mean when talking to us and might you that he did not greet us when we came in to the hotel and humiliated us in front of the lobby full of people. Very bad customer service!!!

As always Home2Suites never lets me down,this is my go to whenever I’m in New Jersey,from the rooms to breakfast,and most importantly the staff.Keon went a little bit extra he helped my kids to the free Halloween candy,also the great customer service with a smile and he also remembered me and my family from a previous stay it lets me know that my business is appreciated thanks Keon,and the rest of the team!

Check-in by Brandon was exceptional and courteous. However check out by a female receptionist was discourteous and rude. Property was clean but because of the checkout person I will never stay there again.

The night started out with the front desk clerk being rude. I was not welcomed as a Hilton honors member. We got to our room and found a hair in the tub followed by three hairs in the bed. I called the front desk and no one answered so I went downstairs. The front desk clerk told me the phone did not ring. She offered a new room but I couldn’t trust it was clean. We left and had to spend an extra $200 to get a room at new hotel.

Great customer service. Front desk went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed. Great place to stay for a short business trip.

Difficult location to get in and out of

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. The hotel was immediately surrounded on all sides by a highway and main road, which would be convenient for people who desire easy access to the highway. However, because of this, there are no stores nor restaurants that one may walk to, and it may be noisy for some people while sleeping at night if your room is facing the highway.

Wry nice property. Very clean and staff was great. There’s only 1 restaurant within walking distance but it was very good too. The only drawback, which to us was very minor, is it’s a little confusing getting in and out and back on 95.

This property is close to all Rutgers Newbrunswick campuses. It's clean and the breakfast had variety though the taste was not extravagant it was much more than continental. Rooms were quiet though its right net to the Turnpike Toll and route 18.

Right off route 1 and close to I-95. Clean. Plenty of parking. Nice indoor pool and gym. Close to Rutgers, New Brunswick. Not walkable.

The free parking and free breakfast are great. But not easy to find this hotel as I missed 3 times. And close to high way, a little noisy.

Impossible to find entrance! I circled the area for hours and then drive home!

New hotel with very large rooms, nice kitchenette, comfy beds, and A/C worked great. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Getting in and out of the hotel property was challenging with majorly highways literally surrounding the lot. Kinda noisy too with traffic and on/off ramps right outside the rooms.

Really hard to get to the hotel --- stuck in a cloverleaf on off ramp...dangerous

The bed was too soft and the eggs were cold.

Efficient check in and staff was on top of their game, overall very helpful. Well equipped room with kitchen stuff, clean bathroom, free coffee all day. The only thing I didn't like was their breakfast, I am gluten free and brought my own bread/bagels but the eggs were horrible, fake and I couldn't eat them. That left me with only carbs. Also they could make their rooms a bit brighter.

Your directions to the hotel are needed because WAZE doesn't work with the address you provide. The hotel breakfast was awful. There is no other way to describe it. Bed sheets were not changed at all. Bed was not remade. Just the blanket was rearranged over the bed. Felt that my stay was too expensive based on the lack of services provided.

Great breakfast and the staff seemed accommodating. Very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was fresh and variety

We had a good stay, but this hotel lost some points on the included breakfast. By 8:30 many breakfast items were out/empty and not replenlished over the course of the hour that I was there with my colleagues. Also many items were not marked as to their contents - I'm a vegeratiran and it was hard to determine which items did not contain meat. All in all very disappointing because we didn't have time to go elsewhere to eat before the work day.
