Ein wunderschönes, perfekt renoviertes und gut ausgestattetes komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung. Sehr gut funktionierende Heizung (Fußbodenheizung im Wohnraum), so dass wir auch im April schon angenehme Raumtemperaturen hatten.

Ein wunderschönes, perfekt renoviertes und gut ausgestattetes komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung. Sehr gut funktionierende Heizung (Fußbodenheizung im Wohnraum), so dass wir auch im April schon angenehme Raumtemperaturen hatten.

Le Petit Tertre Very nice, sunny and quiet place. Very well maintained . The bedroom is large and well furnished, with a very comfortable bed. We came with our dog and having the large backyard was a plus. Not having a TV was not a problem at all. The place is very relaxing and perfect for a long week end. The only critic would be the lack of communication with the concierge to obtain the key on the first day.

Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, alles da. Das Bett ist super bequem, wir haben phantastisch geschlafen. Der Ort St. Lunaire ist hübsch und nicht so überlaufen. 🙁 Es gibt ein kleines Ameisenproblem, aber leicht zu beheben mit z. B. etwas Silikon unter der Türschwelle."

Das kleine Haus am Hügel ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwei kleine Schwachpunkte gab es dennoch. Nur ein Sofa und ein kleiner Bastsessel sind für gemeinsame Leseabende nicht hinreichend. Es wäre schön wenn es mehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Leider war der Kamin nicht nutzbar.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis grâce à la conciergerie et par Virginie elle-même. Suite à un dégât de dernière minute dans le logement avant notre arrivée, elle nous a trouvé un autre lieu au moins aussi charmant et confortable. Nous avons quand même pu visiter et le lieu est remarquable. Je conseille vivement! Bravo à Virginie et le plus de la conciergerie qui humanise la relation!
