Studio 6 Suites North Richland Hills TX

Rooms were both roach infested , holes in the walls , broken furniture, very dirty , missing smoke alarms . I would avoid this place at all cost . The management could care less about roaches , when I reported it to hotels.com I was able to switch rooms but once again the room had roaches . Side note , hotels.com was not useful in the least . They should have immediately issued a refund when I advised them of the roach problem , they said they couldn’t and would have to contact property management to see if I could get a refund . Just avoid this place , nasty is a nice word for this property

Bed was comfortable; room was large, did not feel cramped at all. HVAC worked well (needed both heat & a/c, handled it no problem) The "mini-fridge" was larger than the refrigerator in my first apartment. The carpet does need to be deep cleaned. A couple light fixtures were not working, and the slide lock was broke, although it would have held long enough to grab... well, ya know. Had a coffee maker but no coffee, no soap or shampoo, either (although I don't know if Studio 6 normally provides those). It was rated higher, but honestly, it's a 6 at the most.

The staff here is the BEST...every last one of them. I always enjoy my stays here.

The room was dirty, when I first walked in I found a live roach on the curtains. Even when I had a non smoking room and it reeked of the smell of cigarettes.
