Evermore Orlando Resort

Amazing resort. Everyone had a great time and the property is beautiful. The units are brand new, modern and clean. The customer service was exceptional. The kids (age 9 and 10) loved the heated pool with the large slide. Only critique is the 4 bedroom flat didn’t have a bathtub in any of the 3 bathrooms. Not an issue for my party but could be for others traveling with small children.

Loved evermore. Our kids loved the water sports and the lagoon. We loved the restaurant and being able to walk everywhere. So beautiful, clean, and fun. Will be back 10/10

The amenities from the villa pool to the bay pool and fitness center was great. Found it confusing between Evermore and Conrad place. Some parts of resort suggested only for Conrad patrons. We did enjoy the paddle boarding and kayaking for no additional cost. Found the last week of August had so much thunderstorms that the pool closed down too many days and for long periods of time which was unfortunate. The coffee shop is great! Loved my honey lavender latte. The villa was older than the other vacation homes wasnt bad at all but wish I knew that it was the older part of the property. Our AC stopped working so next day had to get someone to fix it. They were quick on site to repair and was up in running in a few hours. Lots of little ants and Geckos so watch out as they did appear several times in our place. Late check out was not allowed unfortunately we had a very late night on Friday at Horror Night Universal Studios but had to pack up and leave by 10 AM ... however was able to stay on resort and relax by pool. Overall was a great resort would consider coming back but perhaps staying in the newer area. Dorothy

Beautiful property with lots of accommodation options. Love the beach/lagoon and the gym! Food court and bar area also nice and convenient! Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic stay at evermore pure luxury for an amazing week in Orlando. Close to all the parks which was great as we had a car so easy to get to all the places we wanted to go too. The pool is insane, we all enjoyed some relaxing mornings and evenings by the pool and made use of the paddle boards. We stayed in the flats D building and had great views of the Disney fireworks from our balcony. The 4 bed flat sleeps 11 and the rooms are very big and comfy. We will certainly be back.

As a family of 6 adults the lagoon view 4 bedroom flat worked really well for us. The unit looked like new and had lots of kitchen storage. Balconies were a fair size though unfortunately only two chairs were provided. We had to ask twice (first time was told there might be safety concerns??) to get two more chairs. Air conditioning was good as we like to keep it quite cool for sleeping. There did seem to be quite a bit of rules though, such as not allowing guests to take their own can of beer down to the beach. Not sure if they were enforcing this rule or not. Also the swim area was quite small. The lagoon is basically a very large "cement pond", but small areas of roped off for swimming/playing. I would like to suggest that we should be able to walk or swim the periphery of the lagoon. In addition to spending time at the Disney parks, we had wanted to play a few rounds of golf. The two golf courses associated with the property were very well maintained and were challenging enough for all levels. Staff was very friendly, but communication between office staff and other staff could have been better. We requested a late checkout (which we thought was quite expensive), however, while on the golf course, I received a call from the office wondering why we had not checked out. After a the office realized their error, we were still locked out after we got back to the room.

Great lagoon/pool

Great pool, very clean. Huge clean villas. Only complaint is really no waiter service at beach chairs for drinks or food.

First visit to Evermore resort and it was fantastic. We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with a group of 15 and it was very spacious. The kitchen seemed a bit small but other then that the bedrooms, bathrooms, patio and common areas were better then expected. The property is beautiful and all staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are pricey as expected for a resort, but they do offer service to your chair. The lagoon is very nice to enjoy as well as the pool and the slide was a favorite. Plenty of hot tubs and firepits to enjoy. I feel like they could have had more live music.

5 Stars - A Perfect Family Getaway! Our family trip to Evermore Resort in Orlando was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The resort was spotless, the service was top-tier, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Our kids had the best time—they enjoyed the lagoon and the heated pools every single day, and the slide was a huge hit! We stayed in the Flats facing the Bay Area, and the view was just beautiful. It felt peaceful and relaxing, like a true escape. Another major plus was the variety of on-site restaurants. With kids, it’s not always easy when everyone wants something different, but having so many options right at the resort made meals super convenient. We already can’t wait to come back in July. Evermore made this trip so special for our family—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and luxurious family-friendly vacation spot!

We stayed here for a week in February. This place is a dream. Super clean, gorgeous atmosphere and amazing staff. Super kid friendly place also. We barely left the resort for our entire stay.

My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom house which was much older than expected. I assumed the whole property was new but that is not the case. While the house was spacious the carpet was a bit dirty and we had to request them to vacuum it. Upon housekeeping coming to vacuum the dirty carpet and dead bugs, it appeared much cleaner as if it was never cleaned prior to our arrival. We also found someone else’s hat in the bedroom which then made me feel disgusted. My family and I then began to clean everything from the bed linen, bathrooms, kitchen etc. In addition to the uncleanliness, there was a boil water advisory and we were told to take showers at our own risk which discouraged us from enjoying the pool and lagoon. Considering the price to stay at this property, we did not get out monies worth and feel that we need a do over for free or a discounted price. Overall, the property is beautiful which is what attracted me to it, but it honestly didn’t live up to my expectation due to the dirty carpet and Orange County’s boil water advisory. I would love to experience this property in the newer phase and perhaps I may feel differently. If you’re thinking of booking this property, I’d suggest the newer flats or villas which are larger than 2 bedrooms.

My stay at Evermore Resort was profoundly disappointing, marred by a significant issue that was handled poorly. During my stay, I encountered cockroaches in my room, a distressing discovery that greatly affected my comfort and perception of the hotel’s cleanliness. When I reported this to the front desk, expecting immediate action or at least a change of rooms, I was met with a response that was both shocking and unsatisfactory. They informed me that the issue would be addressed after my checkout. This dismissive attitude towards such a serious hygiene concern left me deeply dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate that a resort, which promises a pleasant and comfortable stay, falls short on basic cleanliness standards and customer service responsiveness. I cannot recommend Evermore Resort based on this experience. Future guests should be wary of the potential for not only encountering similar issues but also facing a lack of immediate concern or action from the management.

Property was absolutely gorgeous and it was great to have everything in one place; we didn’t have to leave for three days! However, things went downhill from there. Ants were an issue in the kitchen, they were over any and everything on the counter. There were no mixing bowls or baking sheets. I had to call after the app would not work several times. Coffee machine was dirty and when I used the Keurig side, coffee grinds dumped into the cup along with the coffee. Despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping was exiting the unit as I approached. TV’s did not work for 2 of the 3 days we were there. I called for an engineer to return after attempting a repair, but they never did. Felt like they could care less. I am astounded by the lack of service given the amount I paid for this stay.

Also wasn’t aware there was no included housekeeping. For two families, the mess can accumulate quickly. For almost $1k a night, I don’t want to have clean. The service people around the resort are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The food at the restaurant was good however the kitchen was incredibly slow and I think the waitstaff is still figuring it all out. Also of course it’s overpriced. It felt a bit disorganized at times.I believe they have just opened. The lagoon is beautiful and the small pool area was fun. Not sure there’s enough to do if you want to stay mostly in the resort. There was no event’s calendar or activities as advertised. I prob wouldn’t return as it just didn’t feel very luxurious but it’s a good option for families traveling in big groups.

This is an amazing property. My family and I stayed in a four bedroom flat. It’s the most luxurious condo I have ever stayed in. I was very impressed and planned to come back for another visit in the future.

Spacious resort. The bay looks amazing. I stayed in a four bed flat. Really good size with bathrooms for everyone. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay at Evermore. The flat we stayed in was clean, spacious, and quiet. Added bonus, we were facing the bay/pool and at night, you could easily see the Disney fireworks. We kayaked, tried the stand up paddle boards, and enjoyed swimming in the bay. Lots of extra touches—the stand up/automatic sunscreen sprayer, swings, unique seating, pool toys/floats etc. Something is always happening if you want to try a new class. The only downer—food etc. at the market and restaurants is pretty pricey. We went to a nearby Aldi to get some snacks/basics and went for meals at nearby restaurants off site. Otherwise fantastic visit. We will go again!

Beautiful property. Our room was great. Clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The chat and text messaging feature is good. If you sit at the Bay beach with the chairs and umbrellas, apparently only the right side is taken care of by the staff. Many of us on the left were completely forgotten about or not noticed at all that we needed service. We had to go order our food and pick it up ourselves vs the other side of the beach where several people were waiting on the guests and serving their orders. Even upon requests we were pretty much ignored with our flags put up. The restaurant over looking the bay was great. Our waitress and hostess were nice. The food was good and presented lovely. Thank you for a good breakfast/lunch. The staff at the burger place was not so friendly. The woman there seemed to have a lot on her mind and she was not afraid to share her attitude with everyone. When part of our order was not given and we returned for it she rolled her eyes as if it was our fault. The bar was not busy the first day and unfortunately the pool was closed due to the rain. We ordered their famous pineapple drink which was pretty but weak of alcohol. Not worth the price. Ice cream truck is a cute touch and great add. The Bay was amazing. Very beautifully done and so amazing that we could swim and canoe together. The beach setting was great to have! The rooms were priced well except for the high/ overpriced property fee.

This was a phenomenal resort and the perfect location for a long weekend with our extended family! We can't wait to return (and have several more weekends already on the books)! The guest service was incredible! Every person we interacted with was top notch professional and over the top friendly!

The staff friendliness really made this experience outstanding! From the front desk, to the servers, to the security and Pool staff, they all made my family’s stay a 5 out of 5. The kids activity by the pool kept them fully engaged and gave us parents a moment to relax. Speaking of relaxing, kayaking around the lagoon was my personal favorite! Excellent job, team!

Entire staff were friendly and helpful ! Great for families

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Evermore. Rooms were modern and clean. The amenities were nice, properly was well maintained and clean and staff was very friendly from lifeguards to waitresses to bartenders. There were a couple items that were frustrating and their seems to be some issues with the guest services area (although they were all cery friendly). We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready at check in which was disappointing after a long day of travel and we weren’t given an expected time it would be ready so had no choice but to sit around. We also were never asked about having a car or how to enter the gate with a car. After the gate attendant told us to contact guest services, one day I called guest services 3 times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I went in person and the person took down my license plate number and said I’d be all set. Well the gate never once raised for us for a week. It was annoying to have to have attendant come out to let us out n the gate every time we came back to the property. We were also told the flat would be cleaned on day 4 of our 7 night stay and that never happened. Lastly we had reserved a cabana’s one day. Due to an expected storm we asked to have the date changed and were told by guest services it was all set. The day of the original reservation another employee called us to confirm the cabana and had no record of the reservation being changed. All in all we loved our stay but these interactions were surpr.

Close to Walt Disney World; on site security patrols are very visible; employers are friendly

Very family friendly and lots of activities for the kids. Would recommend renting a car as it is easier to get around the property and easier than uber/taxi services.

Evermore was different than anywhere we’ve ever stayed near Disney. What we loved the most was the newness and scenery of the beautiful Bay and its soft white sand to walk through every day. It wasn’t crowded at all. They planned the layout extremely well. Disappointed that they don’t offer shuttles to the parks.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience I recently stayed at this property for four nights and I am beyond disappointed. The cost was an outrageous $9,000, and I expected at least a decent level of service for that price. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, there was no room service, no trash pickup, and they never cleaned our room even once. I had to deal with dirty towels and an unkempt room throughout my stay, which is completely unacceptable for the price we paid. It felt more like I was camping than enjoying a luxury getaway. The so-called “artificial lake/bay” was nice, but it certainly didn’t justify the exorbitant cost. Additionally, the on-site restaurants were a letdown. They offered limited food choices at prices that were just as ridiculous as the room rate. To top it all off, the customer service was abysmal. Staff seemed indifferent to our complaints and concerns, which only added to the frustration of our stay. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. It’s not worth your hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and look for a better option elsewhere!

The place is incredible. Well built and the family had a blast. We shared a flat and it was plenty of room for everyone 5 adults, 2 kids). Food and dining is on the expensive side and quality is average. Service by the pool was good but slow. Poor guy is running as fast as he can but is totally overrun with orders. Would be wise to allow users to order through the app and just have the staff running it out. Overall, will definitely go back.

This is a beautiful property that is stylishly designed & architecturally close to perfect! The resort is unique and the restaurants are excellent & give you fine dining experience in a family friendly atmosphere. There are a lot of activities offered from volleyball to golf to outdoor movies…great for big groups! The HUGE downside is the 20-22% service charge they add to everything and call it “gratuity”…then add a line for more gratuity on every item from pool drinks, to spa services and a simple cup of coffee. Would recommend to all who choose to stay here, bring your own alcohol, drinks, snacks etc. Will definitely be back and better prepared!

Beautiful property, superior staff and service, and the quick service food was great.

The grounds of the resort are beautiful. We ate lunch at Twin View. Delicious. Dinner at Ceiba in The Conrad may be one of my top ten best dinners ever. And Daniel, at the beach bar, made my day with a tasty mango margarita, ok maybe two!

Need more food options.

Great property for large families. Lots of activities. Super clean. Restaurants are good, just pricey. Make sure to make reservations if you want to eat at one of the nicer restaurants, those are hard to get into.

It was a great stay, albeit pricey one. The facility is outstanding, majority of staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Jacob, at client services was great and made sure we understood everything, knew how to find any amenities. Negative, there was no daily room service during any of the 4 nights we stayed. We stayed at a fantastic 4 bedroom flat, although i only had 5 people. 2 were small children. We dined twice at Disney restaurants 10 minutes away. Twin View onsite was not all that impressive though. They didn't have key items that were on the menu and other things we ordered were ok. My 6 year old granddaughter was supposed eat for free with my 4 night stay, but we ended up paying. My fault though, i didn't say anything. Overall, it was a great stay all enjoyed tremendously. The lagoon is nothing short of spectacular, so was our flat.
