AKBÜK TAŞ OTEL

Its a friendly and clean hotel and good facilities our only real gripe is it gives you a list in your room of all you can have for breakfast and we had Turkish breakfast and an omelette and a coffee and on checking out they added a charge for the omelettes and coffee with I thought was wrong as we payed b&b and was not told there was an extra charge until we checked out

Noisy. Music until 1 am. Unhelpful staff. When we asked for the wifi password they didn't know it, and said "it's on the modem" in the hallway. Smelly garbage can in the hallway. etc.

Very poor service. They gave us a wrong room, no quilts, never apologised. The receptionist had ‘I don’t care attitude’

Oteldeki yalıtım çok yetersiz gece 11’de otele girdik yalnızca uyuyup ertesi gün oteli terk etmek niyetindeydik. Bahçede oynanan 101 ve diğer oyunların sesinden asla uyuyamadik, yan odadaki kişilerin konuşmalarını tamamen duyabiliyorduk. Yatagin altında Pet şişe peçete ve benzeri bizden önceki misafirlerden kalıntılar vardı. Çevresine göre çok da uygun fiyatlı sayılmayan bir otel için hiç memnun kalmadık. Tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmem. Yalnızca gündüz resepsiyonda duran beyefendi çok kibar ve yardımsever bir insan ona teşekkür ediyorum.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tweepersoonskamer was niet groot, maar wel schoon (en werd op verzoek bijgehouden), voorzien van een heerlijk bed, eigen koelkastje, waterkoker, airconditioning en uitstekende WiFi. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar erg smakelijk. AHet is geen familiehotel, maar juist ideaal en betaalbaar voor wie op zoek is naar rust en voldoende comfort. De ligging is perfect: direct aan het strand. Als er volgende keer nog plekjes vrij zijn, kies ik weer voor dit hotel. En Akbük zelf? Werkelijk fantastisch!
