The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Whenever I needed something they were there when I needed to have additional rooms reserved the next day they did it within minutes and had all the rooms organized from my guests. I can't wait to come back to this hotel next year for our annual trip to the big house.

It was a quick and easy check-in. We enjoyed the stay. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer. We also enjoyed breakfast. Parking was conveniently located near the room. Hotel centrally located to our game and food.

Good location, hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast person was no where to be seen - there were no knives, no more potatoes and no more scrambled eggs in the chafers. It was 8:30am and breakfast ran until 10am so that was pretty disappointing. But what was there was good.

Although the room was exceptionally clean and the front-line staff was courteous, my recent stay fell significantly short of expectations and failed to justify the nightly rate. Several distinct areas demonstrated a lack of basic maintenance and hospitality standards: - Substandard Breakfast Service: The morning offerings were unacceptably poor, consisting of low-quality fruit and communal milk. Additionally, providing an industrial roll of paper towels in place of proper napkins is inappropriate for a hospitality setting. - Non-functional Room Amenities: The television remote in my room was broken, requiring me to manually navigate channels using the buttons behind the screen. While I chose not to escalate this during a single-night stay, fully operational equipment is a baseline expectation for any rental. - Neglected Facilities: There was no drinking water available in the fitness center. While your staff is pleasant, the current state of the property suggests that ownership lacks a basic commitment to the guest experience. Given these oversights, I will not be returning to this location in the future under any circumstances.
